It was creamy and milky and not overwhelmingly sweet. The drunken noodles were also fantastic, it was chewy and flavorful and had lots of thai basil in it. The basil really brought out the dish, it was minty and herby and really counterbalances the heaviness of the dish and acts as a palette cleanser. I do wish the beef was a little more tender though but the taste is perfection.

Upon receiving the bill I look at it and there is a $3 up charge for cheese curds, finally I can't hold it in anymore and I asked the server if they really up charged me for cheese curds? And she says yes, I said where on the menu did it say there would be an up charge? She grabs the menu and under the $14 hamburger menu is the up charge. One of the others servers over heard the conversation and apologized and said they would fix the bill only because we had one order of cheese curds.
