The yakitori was overcooked and heavily drenched in what tasted like store-bought teriyaki sauce. The shrimp tempura didn't taste like shrimp, despite each piece having a tail attached. We got the rose roll and the SF roll and one more roll that I can't remember the name of and none of them disappointed. Each one was amazing. I can't seem to get her attention because all the workers are doing is talking very loudly and then talking on their personal phone with the speaker on. I eat what I can and don't want to order anything else because of the horrible quality of the first item. I use the men's room because the ladies is closed and walk out the hallway and realize how dirty things are. I was the first person in the place but trash is almost completely full and light switches are dark gray with dirt. I'm trying to get a Lyft back to the dealership and have no coverage so ask for the wifi password so I can get the hell out of this place with the horrible food and service and the woman looks at me like I have three heads. The roll was just OK and did not spark any big interest in flavor or uniqueness. The rice was also very dry and hard in the roll. The dons were mediocre. The Chirashi was better than the Unagi Don.
