I'm from out of the country and stumbled in not expecting to hit a gold mine! I love love love the brands and products they carry. Whoever your merchandiser(s) are they do a really good job selecting product that's very in, timeless, unique, and best of all good quality. I enjoyed shopping here so much that I visited 2 other of their locations that same day! The end of season sale was AMAZING. I found stunning pieces for a very good price. The customer service was also spectacular. PLEASE OPEN SHOP IN THE UNITED STATES! I've had such trouble finding a one-stop shop for men's clothes that's good quality, hip, and unique. I especially enjoyed seeing pieces that I've never seen in stores, made my experience very exciting and refreshing. Keep up the awesome product selections and great sales! I should mention I probably wouldn't shop here if it weren't for the sales, their products are a bit pricey BUT they are very good quality.

It opened earlier this month, in the brand new South wing of Park Royal shopping mall. What I really love about this Plenty store is their vast selection of women's & men's fashion, accessories, bags & footwear. Also, the fitting rooms & waiting area is absolutely gorgeous! I'm sure many a boyfriend or hubby wouldn't mind chilling there with a magazine in hand while waiting for their partner. The beautiful decor of the store & large selection of product available at this location makes finding the fashion pieces I want such a breeze! Will definitely be back again soon!

Other than the decor and the west van feel, there's nothing prompting anyone to really come here…read morefor sales, there's some but not as much as Metrotown....hey, it's Park Royal lol. The usual brand names like Diesel, Hugo Boss, etc. but did notice John Varvatos here, not surprisingly. Great label by the way ;) It's a good size door, lots of white. located new side of the Village.

Ken made a call to make a inquiry as to what my credit had been redeemed for, he told me it was for a Hugo boss idem. The cashiers name was Lucus who redeemed it. I recognized this cashiers name as he used to hold my credit for me at the store in the till. He also used to sell the store items at discounted prices for CASH only to a number of my friends. I told Ken when I was in the store that its pretty obvious what has happened.....Lucus has taken the number off my credit and used it with out my knowledge. The policy clearly states that if you loose your credit note there is no way you can redeem the value. Ken told me he would look into this matter and get back to me with a resolution. After 10 days of not hearing back I called and spoke to the store manager Aras. After speaking to him on the phone he tried to tell me that he had applied my credit note to a dress that I had purchased .....I was really taken back that this employee was trying to cover for his friend. I happen to still have the receipt for the dress and it shows I paid full price. Clearly something shady is going on here......When Ken called in to inquire about where my credit had been redeemed he was told by head office it was a hugo boss item and now Aras is trying to say that they gave me a discount on a dress and applied my credit to that without taking the paper copy back?....He asked me to call back the next day at 10 am and speak to Josh. I called the store a number of times from 10 am to 12, even called another store and request that Aris or Josh call me back about this matter and I have not hear from them since. Not only have they not called me back but no one will answer the phone at the store when I call. I still have my credit note as proof of the amount owing to me and would like a full refund of this value as I will never shop at this store again. I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint two weeks ago. They reached out to this business and requested a response giving them 2 weeks to do so and nothing.........

Now the policy has changed. Because I am a member, the shopping bag is free. I do like the clothing here as I find them pretty durable. My rain jacket is still working in repelling rain after 8 years. I still have a light jacket from the 1990s which is still usable though I hardly wear it now. I like the frequent promotions and sales which do help to make things affordable. I wait for those times to buy parkas and jackets which can be in the $300+ range. I love the jeans and guide capris and I hope they never get discontinued. I do find the jeans wear out quickly if you live in them. Maybe because I wash them after 2-3 wears? So I do buy the jeans often. The leggings and tops (t shirts and long sleeved) are great too. The leggings hold up well and don't roll down easily. The carry on suitcase and packables are great for traveling. Sneakers and slippers quality is good. I love the throws too. So comfortable and warm. This store is great for picking up stuff. Service is ok.

I haven't been in one for years..since my teens when I lived on the prairies and Eddie was actually a "cool" place to shop...don't ask...I though I would drop in just to see if their clothes have changed over the years..the answer is no..same ole stuff..but I am thinking that the target audience for Eddie probably likes it that way.. I could imagine ever buying anything for myself but did find a few things my Dad would love...the lady working there tried her hardest to sell me something..she kept telling me all about the new "collection"..not a word I would use for new Eddie wears..but whatever..she tried and I have to give her snaps for that!
