    Black purse

I got an email with a 40% discount code for a purse that I want to buy. I was not able to use the code online, so after spending half an hour with their customer service they told me they couldn't honor the discount. This is completely deceptive advertising as the email that I got with the discount code included the same model and color I wanted to buy.

On a Sunday the last place I want to be is inside a mall. Especially, inside one of the larger malls. But for better or worst on a recent Sunday I found myself at Dadeland looking for a last minute dress to pinch hit for the dress that somehow no longer fit right... :( (don't ya just hate it when a dress you love no longer hangs right) So I go all over and at one department store even have to speak to a manager about the lack of customer service. And then right when I'm about to call it quits and just try to somehow make something in my closet work. I think... SAKS! Saks is where I heard a choir of angels and even met one in the form of Melissa Quesenberry. At first one of the shop girls was unhelpful telling me to "go look around the corner for some stuff." but then I ran into Melissa. Talk about a Grand Dame and social graces. This lady is straight out of society pages classy. She is my top choice for my all American grandmother. She helped me find a gorgeous green Nanette Lepore number, one shouldered and fresh. Sadly, it didn't fit perfectly but Melissa jumped on the computer and tracked down 2 more dresses. Sadly, they were in other states. She even offered to help me go through the floor again but alas I was on a time crunch. Regardless, I'd come back to Saks any day and make sure Melissa was working then head straight to her for a lesson in the art of conversation and some retail therapy.

Return policy on the perfume area is a joke and there no help from customer service or their managers.

That was cool already. One of Miami Beach's favorite retail destinations for luxury brands, Babalu Miami is located in the heart of the Herzog & de Meuron-designed retail, dining and parking structure at 1111 Lincoln Road. With products ranging from top fragrances, jewelry and accessories to beach gear and home décor, it's a one-stop shop for a chic lifestyle. Babalu Miami is one of the only stores in Miami where you can purchase Fornasetti decorative objects, Ortigia Italy candles and AussieBum swimwear. This happened to be one of my favorite boutiques that lines its shelves with everything from swim trunks to watches, home accessories to skincare, books and more. Designers Greg Melvin and Paolo Ambu opened Babalu Miami in 2010 and feature a coveted selection of luxury and must-have items. Sample fragrances from sought-after brands like C.O. Bigelow, Santa Maria Novella and Alvarez Gomez. Sunglasses from Mosley Tribes, Paul Smith, Ray-Ban, RetroSuperFuture and more are summer's ultimate accessories. Pile on jewelry from Kenneth Jay Lane, Noir, Miriam Salat and Dinosaur Designs; and stock up on skincare products from Malin+Goetz. One-stop shopping while waiting for your elevator has never looked so good!

If there are any problems, questions, and/or concerns that I have regarding me order or their website, I send over an email or message them on their social media. I also love how they price-match local competitors in the downtown area.  But the price-matching doesn't really move me because of the two larger competitors in the area, one of them is a huge ripp-off, and the other has many inferior quality beads and some of their beads are double the price of what I can get at Bead Bazaar. The customer service is also great! You can even order online from their website: https://www.thebeadbazaar.com/ If you want to buy in bulk make sure to inquire about wholesale pricing.

The Golden Triangle has been in the Gables for as long as I can remember, and the perfect place to pick up a unique gift. I visited here around 1 PM on a Monday in November. There was one person finishing up a big shop and chatting with the employee as we walked around and looked and interacted with all the little trinkets. It's so hard to even describe the store because there's any and everything here. In the back right, there were clothing. In the front right of the store, there were magnets and other things for your desk. In the front left of the store and along majority of the left wall, there was everything from essential oil of candles to incense. In the middle of the store, it was a mosh pit of everything else you can think of that is inspired by south and Southeast Asian culture. I go to the swap meet, flee market, and cultural stores a lot and this place was a bit cheaper than what I seen in other places. The only downside to this place is that it is overstimulating. I love colors but even this was a bit much for me. I was visually overstimulated. The smells were a bit overwhelming. I was just not prepared for that.
