I was really looking forward to shopping here and I finally had time to go and online they said they were open until 6 p.m., but when I arrived there at 5:20 p.m. I found that it was closed and the woman inside told us that they weren't open. I love lulu but I will no longer be giving business to this particular store. First, it's always out of sizes. Second, your employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I bought a pair of leggings in Savannah and I got the wrong size. I came in to return them and there was a $10 difference (like I would know why). I asked the employee to look up what they were online (not that it makes a huge difference but just wanted to know). She gave me attitude the whole time. I also was returning another pair of leggings and didn't have the card it was brought with. This employee treated me like an absolute idiot. She then wasn't sure if she could put it on a gift card. Cmon chick, it's 2022. I was dying to get out of the store and never go back. Wish I got her name. Customer service skills suck. Be nice or go away. read more

I can truly say that the staff at this location is amazing. Not sure of her name but the girl with blonde curly hair is a true example of excellent customer service! She helped me every step of the way in finding my perfect leggings. I have been an avid shopper at Lululemon for years because of the way the staff go above and beyond to help you find what you need. The clothing isn't cheap but it's definitely worth the high quality. read more

Walked in looking for specific leggings I had seen online. I asked one of the employees for assistance and she was kind of rude to me. She pointed me in a direction and kinda just said they're over there. No thanks to her I found them. Another employee saw me looking at the leggings and came to help me she was extremely nice and helpful she definitely made up for the other rude one. However my nice helper went to work the register and I had to ask the rude one to open a dressing room for me. Once she realized that I was actually intending on purchasing something she suddenly became very interested in helping me. Anywho ended up buying two pairs of leggings only because I love lululemon. Had I not known how great their leggings are I probably wouldn't have made the investment because of how rudely I was treated. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in retail. The employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. Every time I asked a question which was maybe three times they acted like they were being bothered. The only smile I ever got was from the cashier. I will never return to this store again. read more

I have never before walked into a Lululemon. Yesterday was my very first experience... was not pleased at all. The set up was clean and organized. Customer service is offered but with an attitude. Maybe it was a mistake telling the girl who helped me that I have never shopped at lululemon because then she eyed me up and down and then everyone else was looking at me odd. I even saw a male employee point at me and laugh.. gesturing towards another one of his employees like look at what she's wearing. I felt super uncomfortable and the service wasn't sincere it was like "I'm only offering to help because I have to not because I want to". Retail is a job you choose to work in and it should be a natural response to want to be nice and help people. With those attitudes.. more than half of them have... it won't last. And if it does they will all just be replaced. That needs to be handled not by managers of the stores but district and regional managers. I have never felt like I have been eyed with such judgement. The only reason this store isn't getting 1 star is we had for the most part ok experience on Thursday. However my experience Friday was a nightmare. We came to the store Thursday and both my husband and I found an article of clothing we wanted to purchase but we realized my husband had forgotten to bring his wallet with him and in it we have a ton of Lululemon gift cards we wanted to use. 2 of the items were sales items and therefore non-returnable. When we explained our dilemma to the woman who was helping us she said they normally aren't allowed to hold items past the end of the business day but she would make an exception this once and keep the items on hold for us till end of day the next day (Friday) so we could come back with our cards and purchase them. Fast forward to Friday when I call with our gift card information around 2pm to pay for our items. The most unhelpful girl answered the phone I've ever had this displeasure of speaking with. I think her name might have been Rebecca? I explained that the items were supposed to be left on hold for us, she stopped me mid-sentence and said no they won't be there we don't do holds past the end of business day. I explained that they had made an exception for us, one again she rudely states that incorrect we wouldn't have done that it's been put back. She didn't even look to be sure. I then ask her if she would look for the items on the floor, she didn't seem happy about it and made a half hearted effort and said nothing was there. After begging her to look in the back so put me on hold and after awhile the phone weirdly disconnected. I called back hoping to speak to someone else but got her again. She said she was right and nothing was back there for us but she did find a pair of the exact pants in the back that were supposed to be on hold (it wasn't our hold though just stock). I then moved on to ask about my shirt thinking this would be easy. Their store is small and I found it on their sale rack which was very small and my size only had a few items. I explained the color and look and size of the top, that it was on the sale rack and that there was another top of the same size and style in white on the sale rack as well. Nope nothing fitting that description she says and she's super busy so we need to hurry it up. What was the name of the top? Well I hadn't looked because I didn't plan to have to go through this crap but I looked up the Lululemon tops online and told her the exact name and size of the top. She said no we don't carry that at all in our store. Funny thing is it was showing they had that top, the white one and several other ones at that specific store. I explained this to her to which her answer was just "no you are wrong". I don't know how this girl got a job here but she obviously doesn't want to work and customer service is a foreign concept to her. We are trainers and part of the sweat collective and I'll definitely be reporting this. read more

Lululemon is full of beautiful athletic wear plus helpful and friendly staff! It's an expensive place - two pieces of anything will run you $100+ but certain pieces are worth it. Their free to be wild bra is amazing and so is their what the sport short. I own those two plus a pair of roll down boogie shorts I found on sale and a glass water bottle that I use for my yoga classes. Their sale rack is actually pretty great so I always head their. Fitting rooms are not that spacious but they're nice and have good angled mirrors. The staff will switch out sizes and colors for you as well so you don't have to leave the fitting room. The downside aside from the price, which who minds paying a lot for quality? however all their yoga crops and pants are of poor quality. I have coworkers who own their product from years ago and love it but it seems quality has gone down a lot. I bought a pair of pants that ended up being completely see thru and returned them. I've also been in plenty of yoga classes with people wearing their pants and in any down dogs I can see their underwear. However this store and location is really nice and welcoming. I always come back and buy something more. read more
