Probably the worst experience I've had from a sneaker boutique. While it was on online order for the 13s, they gave me literally no details regarding my order when I asked why it's been two weeks and UPS said it hasn't received the package. After a month they canceled my order and when I asked for an explanation of the reason why, they just said they couldn't fulfill It. It's funny because I know these solefly 13s were not as in demand as something like AMM Jordan 4s or Concepts orange lobsters but they managed to screw up something seemingly so simple. I'd say these guys need to do better but based on all the reviews I doubt they'll improve. read more

Great service, fast easy clean store. loved it have been shopping here for years always have a great experience

This little gem is hidden in a very peculiar shopping center of random stores and that's probably why it's so hidden. But, if you're able to locate the Dunkin Donuts next to it, then you have found it! It is a small but good variety of sneakers and sports apparel. I went with my son to get him some new and cool gear. Although he's not the sporty kinda guy, we did find a very cool long sleeve top with an actual positive message after going through so many shirts with horrible messages! But, anyway, I was happy to find a shirt I actually wanted to get for my son. The store is medium sized, not too big, not too small. There is plenty of parking on the front side of the store which they do share with other merchants in the shopping center. I will definitely go back to get more things for my son. Some of the items we saw that he liked were a bit over my budget but were very unique items from brands not found at your regular mall. For example, there was one very cool t-shirt with a price tag of about $90. That's a bit over my current budget but if I had the extra money, I would definitely buy it for my son for its unique look. Hopefully, I can find it discounted next time we visit....crossing my fingers! I noticed that many of the 1-star reviews are from folks from out of town and the better reviews are from more locals....hmmmmm...weird! read more

Would give them 0 stars such a crap store ordered the solefly 13s and they claim it will take 1-3 weeks to ship they created a label and never shipped them and had the nerve to charge 25 for shipping multiple people on Instagram and Twitter haven't received their orders or gotten ignored via email or comments they actually been deleting comments to clean up their image they are back door kings here they give pairs to friends family and celebs and don't care for their customers don't waste your money with them let them go out of business just another shady store read more

If you order online they are strict about return policy and you can't return to the store which makes zero sense! I bought shoes and because they were over the return policy they would not even exchange them! I just bought the wrong size and the ONLY reason they were past the return policy is because they were a gift for Christmas. I explained that and they said sorry no exchanges. It was not my first time shopping here but it will be my last for sure! If you want to keep a family business alive this is not the way to do it! read more

They back door all their shoes to celebs or resellers for profit. They will be shut down soon hopefully.

Might be a great store if you go there in person but beware shopping online. Their customer service for online shoppers is non-existent. I ordered shoes as a Christmas gift on 12/10. I received free expedited shipping b/c of the price. Since the shoes were in stock and with expedited shipping, I didn't think I'd have an issue giving them as a Christmas gift as it is what my daughter really wanted. Well it's now 12/23 and they still haven't shipped. I could deal with that if they worked with me and kept me posted but the biggest issue is their complete disregard for my numerous phone calls and emails. I've sent them several messages and called several times. They don't respond or answer the phone. The 1 time someone did answer, they said I would need to email them. I explained my situation and he said he couldn't help me....seriously???? I've filed a complaint with PayPal and now have to try to get my money back that way. And as far as the Christmas gift goes, well that's completely ruined. Beyond frustrated. I would caution anyone else to either go to the store in person or shop at a reputable online store. This place is a joke. read more

The shop is so unprofessional. They sell you shoes that aren't the actual size that you need and then tell you that you have to pay a restocking fee not to mention you have to pay a return shipping cost. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

CONSUMER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS ALERT - IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED SIMILAR, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO WRITE A REVIEW AS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY POTENTIAL CONSUMERS WILL KNOW WHAT THEY COULD BE GETTING AND EXPERIENCING I normally do not use all caps, but this is the worst experience I have had with a 'business'. I purchased a Hypebeast x Kaws magazine from them and here is the exchange in communication I have had (Pictures are uploaded for your consideration): Me - Hello, you shipped me a damaged product. This is meant to be a collectors item, but this is not acceptable condition. Please advise. [photos of damaged product attached] SoleFly - I do apologize for the inconvenience unfortunately it might have been cause by the post office, and also we are all sold out on the item the best we can do is have the item returned and issue you a full refund for the product. [blame it on the post office?] Me - Hello, I strongly believe it was not caused by the post office as it was packaged in two bags that had no rips or tears. You shipped me damaged product. Please provide me with a shipping label to send back. SoleFly - Sure. [they attached a screenshot of their return policy showing a $14 restocking fee and I am expected to pay for return shipping. THE MAGAZINE COST $20 + $10 ORIGINAL SHIPPING] Can't believe Jordan Brand is associated with this retailer - SMH! read more

3 stars because i feel indifferent about this store. i'm neither here nor there. they call themselves a sneaker boutique which means that prices are jacked up. the cheapest t-shirt i saw was $24.99! hell to the no! other than that it's just another sneaker store. shoes, socks, and of course, overpriced tees. read more

Scammers. Slimy store that only cares about money. Backdoored most of AJ shoes and then baited customers into buying MORE merch for a chance to be picked for shoes. Disgusting. I hope they get SO many chargebacks for those purchases. You guys suck. GO TO ANOTHER SNEAKER STORE read more

I don't know about these previous reviews but my experience has always been great at Sole Fly. They have one of the best sneaker selections around, the guys there know what they're talking about and definitely hook it up. If you are looking to get a fresh pair of kicks for your collection or just to rock for the weekend, I'd definitely recommend checking them out, you can always pick up the newest Jordan's or Nike's on release date for retail prices. The do have plenty of t-shirts and the price range is $25+ but that's if you are into that and they are worth it. They also just put up a new hat rack with a way better selection of hats, Fitteds and snap backs. Awesome store and staff!!! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE **** I order a black tank on line on Friday June 15 and its a week later and I have not received any communication on what is the status of the order. Wow... Amazing customer service ! The sec I walked in I was greeted with the most exceptional help. Will be back soon thanks guys !

Well for starters me and my family are visiting from Caracas, Venezuela. We popped in just to see what this store was about because i've heard nothing but great things about it. We were not disappointed, all three of the associates were very attentive to us with everything that we asked them to bring. Even my mom was trying on shoes! The music was great, the Miami Dolphins game was on, and the all around atmosphere of the store was great! I highly recommend this store to anyone visiting, if they want to get a real Miami vibe from a store. Daniel, Deeno, and Kevin, thx for all the help! We will be back on our next trip to Miami! read more

" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called SoleFly to order the Krink x G Shock watch over the phone. They told me it would be $110 + $10 shipping and that they had 10 left. I called 30 minutes later and spoke to a different person on the phone. I said I was ready to order the watch for $120 and they said they were unable to do that. The employee claimed they only got 4 in total and they were $140 + $10 shipping. I asked if they could honor the previous quoted price (which is the MSRP of the watch - $110) and they said NO. They also said the retail price for the watch was $140 which is incorrect. I ordered the watch over the phone from Nordstrom a few days later for $110 + shipping. I refuse to ever order from SOLE FLY again unless I at least can get an apology. They were wrong and were trying to overprice their stuff and take advantage of customers" read more

If you're looking to shop at an over-priced sneaker shop where people treat you poorly, then this is the spot for you. They charge people above retail on a lot of items and lied to me multiple times. I tweeted about a bad experience here and instead of responding, THEY BLOCKED ME! Not the smartest way to win back a customer. I would not recommend shopping here, there are plenty of great sneaker spots in Miami and elsewhere. read more

SoleFly is the worst sneaker store, and actually the worst retail store I've ever dealt with. I had an experience where they raised the price of an item above retail since their stock was getting low. After posting about my experience on Facebook and tagging SoleFly, instead of getting an apology or response, I was blocked from their page. I later posted on Twitter and was blocked as well. It's a little unbelievable that no one addressed my concern and simply blocked me. Either this store needs to change the people they have representing their company, or they need to grow up. read more

Be careful. They are scammers. They post shoes at regular price when they are sold out, then they turn off the phone line so you cant call and verify that they have shoes. They always sell jordans at ebay price instead of retail price. People dont go there unless its for jordans and the clothes there suck. So once they sell out of jordans no one goes there to shop so they will do anything to get you in there. read more
