Probably the worst experience I've had from a sneaker boutique. While it was on online order for the 13s, they gave me literally no details regarding my order when I asked why it's been two weeks and UPS said it hasn't received the package. After a month they canceled my order and when I asked for an explanation of the reason why, they just said they couldn't fulfill It. It's funny because I know these solefly 13s were not as in demand as something like AMM Jordan 4s or Concepts orange lobsters but they managed to screw up something seemingly so simple. I'd say these guys need to do better but based on all the reviews I doubt they'll improve. read more

This little gem is hidden in a very peculiar shopping center of random stores and that's probably why it's so hidden. But, if you're able to locate the Dunkin Donuts next to it, then you have found it! It is a small but good variety of sneakers and sports apparel. I went with my son to get him some new and cool gear. Although he's not the sporty kinda guy, we did find a very cool long sleeve top with an actual positive message after going through so many shirts with horrible messages! But, anyway, I was happy to find a shirt I actually wanted to get for my son. The store is medium sized, not too big, not too small. There is plenty of parking on the front side of the store which they do share with other merchants in the shopping center. I will definitely go back to get more things for my son. Some of the items we saw that he liked were a bit over my budget but were very unique items from brands not found at your regular mall. For example, there was one very cool t-shirt with a price tag of about $90. That's a bit over my current budget but if I had the extra money, I would definitely buy it for my son for its unique look. Hopefully, I can find it discounted next time we visit....crossing my fingers! I noticed that many of the 1-star reviews are from folks from out of town and the better reviews are from more locals....hmmmmm...weird! read more

If you order online they are strict about return policy and you can't return to the store which makes zero sense! I bought shoes and because they were over the return policy they would not even exchange them! I just bought the wrong size and the ONLY reason they were past the return policy is because they were a gift for Christmas. I explained that and they said sorry no exchanges. Might be a great store if you go there in person but beware shopping online. Their customer service for online shoppers is non-existent. I ordered shoes as a Christmas gift on 12/10. I received free expedited shipping b/c of the price. Since the shoes were in stock and with expedited shipping, I didn't think I'd have an issue giving them as a Christmas gift as it is what my daughter really wanted. Well it's now 12/23 and they still haven't shipped. I could deal with that if they worked with me and kept me posted but the biggest issue is their complete disregard for my numerous phone calls and emails. I've sent them several messages and called several times. They don't respond or answer the phone. The 1 time someone did answer, they said I would need to email them. I explained my situation and he said he couldn't help me....seriously???? I've filed a complaint with PayPal and now have to try to get my money back that way. And as far as the Christmas gift goes, well that's completely ruined. Beyond frustrated. I would caution anyone else to either go to the store in person or shop at a reputable online store. I don't know about these previous reviews but my experience has always been great at Sole Fly. They have one of the best sneaker selections around, the guys there know what they're talking about and definitely hook it up. If you are looking to get a fresh pair of kicks for your collection or just to rock for the weekend, I'd definitely recommend checking them out, you can always pick up the newest Jordan's or Nike's on release date for retail prices. The do have plenty of t-shirts and the price range is $25+ but that's if you are into that and they are worth it. Well for starters me and my family are visiting from Caracas, Venezuela. We popped in just to see what this store was about because i've heard nothing but great things about it. We were not disappointed, all three of the associates were very attentive to us with everything that we asked them to bring. Even my mom was trying on shoes! I called 30 minutes later and spoke to a different person on the phone. I said I was ready to order the watch for $120 and they said they were unable to do that. The employee claimed they only got 4 in total and they were $140 + $10 shipping. I asked if they could honor the previous quoted price (which is the MSRP of the watch - $110) and they said NO. They also said the retail price for the watch was $140 which is incorrect. I ordered the watch over the phone from Nordstrom a few days later for $110 + shipping. I had an experience where they raised the price of an item above retail since their stock was getting low. After posting about my experience on Facebook and tagging SoleFly, instead of getting an apology or response, I was blocked from their page. I later posted on Twitter and was blocked as well. It's a little unbelievable that no one addressed my concern and simply blocked me. Be careful. They are scammers. They post shoes at regular price when they are sold out, then they turn off the phone line so you cant call and verify that they have shoes. They always sell jordans at ebay price instead of retail price. People dont go there unless its for jordans and the clothes there suck. So once they sell out of jordans no one goes there to shop so they will do anything to get you in there. read more
