The food is consistently great. The quality of the sushi feels noticeably higher than several other places I've tried. I ordered the Level King Roll, Angel Roll, and Godzilla Roll, and one of them has officially earned favorite status. I believe it's the Level King Roll. Fresh, flavorful, and well put together. I do have two pieces of constructive feedback for both the business and future customers. First, some rolls are advertised as spicy, but the heat isn't really there. If you're expecting spice, you may want to ask for extra. Second, the business name appears differently across platforms, sometimes as "Level Restaurant and Bar" and other times as "Level Sushi and Bar." A little consistency there would help with clarity and searchability. Outside of those small notes, this place is a winner. I'll definitely be ordering again.

We started with one roll and gyoza. The gyoza was great. All of the fish was fresh, our only complaint being the rice was warm and falling apart. Our first roll was the queen roll. It was a dolled up California roll. Next we ordered the Las Vegas roll and the shrimp tempura roll. The Las Vegas was fried a little too long so not the best fried salmon roll I've had. It was also thickly cut and COVERED in mayo. The shrimp tempura was delicious but barely had any eel sauce on it. Next we did the volcano roll and the Christmas roll. The volcano roll was hands down the best roll I've had. Spicy, crunchy, and full of flavor. The Christmas roll was pretty but the amount of fish eggs was a bit overpowering.
