Had a great experience. I ordered the ginger stirfry with chicken and white rice, and my husband got the panang curry chicken. The portions were generous. The service was great and the ambience was very good. I will definitely come back.

I ordered food for pickup. Got there in about 10 minutes, I was greeted right away. My food was ready within minutes. Quick and easy, exactly what I needed to end my Sunday. I got the dynamite roll and a yellowtail sushi order. The food was fresh and I'd totally go here again.

What we ordered here was good taste wise, but the portions were quite small. It's obviously a family business. The guy was doing all the order taking and serving and the gal was doing all the cooking and preparation -- including the sushi. It seemed a bit harried and unorganized. Luckily, we were not in a rush when we stopped by for our lunch. They advertise on their storefront window their $15 lunch specials and also list them on the menu, so that's what my husband decided to get. He chose their sushi box. It came with soup or salad. I got a salad with one of their appetizers. The small salad that we both got was generous with iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, and a tiny tomato. We both chose their ginger dressing. The dressing came in a small plastic container and my container was barely half full. There wasn't enough dressing for the salad. I did request another container not realizing they would charge me for it. The price of the additional dressing was cheap enough (50 cents), but it would have been nice to get a full container to start with or to at least have been told that there would be a charge. We also requested another paper napkin (they gave us only one and there were none on the table) which we never received. My husband's sushi box had one fried spring roll, one fried crab Rangoon, 4 small pieces of a California roll and three pieces of sushi. He was still hungry after his lunch. After my salad, I had their salmon in a blanket appetizer. I'd gone online to see what this looked like. Online, this was shown as 5 triangles with a flat square of salmon wrapped in each piece of dough and even though it was an appetizer, it looked quite large. What I got was five little rolled up fried wonton wrappers with a touch of salmon inside. They were crispy and good with the sweet eel sauce, but way too small for a "meal" and a tad overpriced at $12. I'm glad we came to try them. Now we know.

Another fairly new Asian restaurant located in the Polo shopping center. Huge menu of sushi, Thai , and Japanese items. I tried the Thai Crispy Wings, chicken wing served with Thai sauce. Huge wings that lacked taste and flavor except for the Thai dipping sauce. Also the Soft Shell Crab Bao Buns, , Soft shell crab panko fried, hoisin sauce, spicy mayo sauce and Asian pickles, Two to an order, small and tasty.

Craving sushi for lunch today and stopped in to give this place a try.A bright and nicely decorated place with tables and booths. We took a booth and looked over the menu.I chose the Sushi Bento box which sounded like it would be enough. .. it fell short of the typical bento boxes I have enjoyed at other locations. The fish was fresh and good, just a bit sparse in portioning. My wife asked for extra napkins, (for her messy husband), but we never received them. The only two people we saw working during lunch was a woman who was also preparing food and a man who waiting on tables. Now we know.

This restaurant is only been open for maybe two weeks. I must say they are really trying hard. We went there seven of us for dinner tonight. The chef actually came out and helped us with the menu to explain everything the food was very good. An Asian kitchen with sushi We had pineapple fried rice with tofu pie Thaidrunken noodles with tofu, delicious jackpot soup, nice large portions very hot when it comes out service was a little slow but they really are not fully equipped with help yet. I think this one is going to be successful. They seem to really care about making everybody happy we will be returning. Parking is easy. It's a big shopping center parking lot. They do carry out really nice extensive menu.

Tempura Appetizer (we ate the shrimp already)

Wow! Was on way to Publix by Clint Moore road and military trail. Saw this place, stopped and asked my wife to go in and grab a menu to go. It looked good so we skipped Publix and came in and gave it a shot...boy was that a great decision! So fresh, nice portions, amazing chef! A little hidden gem that is totally worth a try. Come in and sit and have it fresh, sooooo good!

Boca Raton can be... polite…read more Safe. Predictable. A place where flavor sometimes shows up wearing loafers. And then there's Chow Thai Cuisine, which kicks the door in and reminds you that spice is not a suggestion -- it's a lifestyle. Let's begin with the Tom Kha Gai. This soup isn't comfort. It's therapy with a PhD. Coconut milk silky enough to calm your nervous system. Galangal and lemongrass punching through like they have something to prove. Lime snapping you back to attention. It's hot, bright, layered -- the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-sentence and just nod. Fire. Absolute fire. Then came the Spicy Virgin Chicken -- and whoever named it that undersold it. This thing was off the chain. Bold heat. Real heat. Not Florida "mild but we call it spicy." The kind of balanced burn that builds instead of bludgeons. Flavor first. Heat second. Respect maintained. You can tell when a kitchen knows what it's doing. This one does. And here's the real test -- the only test that matters: Would we come back? Not "maybe." Not "if we're in the area." Not "with a coupon." Yes. Without hesitation. The Thai tea deserves its own paragraph. Creamy, sweet, but with this subtle floral undertone that sneaks in at the end like a quiet encore. It doesn't scream. It lingers. It knows exactly what it's doing. Now the tragedy. I didn't order the spring rolls. Why? Because I ran out of stomach. Which is both a failure and a victory -- because now I have a reason to return. And I will. The decor? Unexpectedly transportive. You walk in and it feels like you left Boca for a minute. Warm lighting, layered textures, a quiet otherworldly vibe. Not cheesy. Not forced. Just enough to shift your mood. Some restaurants serve food. Chow Thai serves intention.

We walked in to the place and grabbed a couple spots at their bar. Its a nice unassuming place. There people hustling about including the bartender. But she had 2 drinks over to us pretty quick. I wanted to try something new so I got the Nam Gek Huay. It was a tasty beverage with tea as the mixer. There were cloves of something on the top that were a nice touch. We found ourselves to the back where the small stage was. It was a nice turn out of people. We all got to hear about a dozen songs. Meanwhile we tried the pad Thai. I would say it was above average. I went with a friend, and one thing to note is that the parking lot is very small -- we ended up getting the last two spots available. The main issue we had was with the spice level. My friend is currently on medication and specifically cannot eat spicy food, so we asked for our dishes to be made non-spicy. Unfortunately, the food still came out spicy. We mentioned it to the waitress, but nothing was really done to address it. We also had a problem when paying. We were splitting the check, but when the handheld device was given to my friend to pay her portion, it accidentally charged her for the entire bill. We worked it out between ourselves, but it definitely wasn't how the payment process should have gone. That said, the Thai food itself was flavorful and enjoyable, so we're willing to give EatThai another chance and hope these issues were just an off night.

The flavors are so deep and you can tell the authenticity of each dish. Some of our fave dishes include khao soi, papaya salad, duck soup, kra pao and the massaman and red curries. Also, I've had their Thai tea and Thai coffee--both good! My husband enjoys the beer Singha. The only downsides are the long wait times (the place is small and so popular, so you can only imagine) and a couple times when we ordered mango sticky rice, either they ran out of ice cream or mangos.
