Got my car back from Sai auto body yesterday. Left it there for approximately nine days. Sai did a complete paint job using a pearl crystal black paint, very difficult to spray. If I may, without a doubt this man Sai has got to be the best. The car is cherry. He went the extra five miles on this one, fixed even the minor dings and detailed. I got estimates from other places and Sai's was half the cost. His estimate is what you pay. I'm not saying you should go there. I'm saying if you don't you will miss getting the highest quality and most reasonable if not unbelievable cost of his exceptional talent in the field. He is the most friendly and humble man. I brought my daughter's car here on the recommendation of a friend. Best decision I ever made. Normally I'd have used another body shop that I've been to before, even if I wasn't 100% happy with their work in the past, particularly because I'm tired of trying new places only to be more disappointed. Since the damage was covered by someone else's insurance this time, I figured why not give Sai's shop a chance. I dropped off the car on a Saturday morning, with a huge dent in the fender, right on the curve, and a few deep scratches in the bumper, clearly needing paint. About 24 hours later I get a call to pick it up! Now I'm not sure if the quick service was due to the connection I had with Sai through a friend, but the quality of work done in that amount of time was impressive. Sai's was the ONLY auto body repair shop that would take my disabled vehicle, after I blew out 2 tires on the passenger side. I spent many hours trying to find someone to take my car in and then turned it over to my State Farm agent who also came up empty-handed. She said she had never seen anything like this in 18 years! Sai was extremely kind and helpful, even going out of his way. He was very good about answering my phone calls and returning messages in a very short period of time. He is a great communicator, even via texting, updating me on parts arrival and estimated finish date. He even arranged a tow (at a small expense to me) to and from another car repair shop so my car could be worked on for another problem while he was waiting for my parts to be delivered. I was referred to this shop by mechanic and cousin. Come to find out the owner is a family friend. We took not one but three of our cars here. My boyfriend had a dent on the right side of his truck, I wanted to fix my screwed up bumper on my Benz and my sister brought her car in for a side scrape from our fence. All of our cars were finished within days looking brand new. The painting Sai and his guys did was great. It doesnt look cheap nor off colored. I wish I took some before and after pictures but we literally just dropped off our cars and told him to call us when it was done. The price was reasonable and definitely cheaper than what we'd pay if we went to the dealers. I'd recommend this place to whoever needs to fix any dents and dings. Brought in my lease car to fix a fender bender on the front side near the headlights that pushed into the passenger door making it so I couldn't open it. This shop is a hidden gem!! I was referred to Sai by a close mechanic friend. My daughter's truck needed bodywork to pull out dents and the front end had been damaged by one of Pinky's towing driver's. When I first met Sai he asked what I wanted done and he made a few suggestions and we immediately came to an agreement. I wanted every single dent pulled out, the grill replaced, back bumper replaced and entire truck painted a different color. I also told him about other problems like the back sliding window did not lock, door lock was jammed when someone tried to poke at the lock. We set an estimated time for the work to be done. I was in no rush and asked him if he could keep the truck a little longer because of the problem with the door lock. Sai did exactly as I wanted he fixed the door lock and fixed other things as well. He also pulled out the dents in the bumper, repainted all the vinyl parts of the exterior, cleaned the brake lights and restored whatever parts were salvageable and kept in touch with me during the entire process. I was paying out of pocket and not using my insurance and he worked very closely with my budget. When I went to see the final results I did not recognize the truck at all! It looked brand new and I couldn't believe how much detail was put into the work he did. That was the best deal I have ever had on full body work and an auto paint job!! He did a few extra things without charging me for it. I wanted to cry at how grateful I felt for finding this hidden little body shop. Sai is a very humble, hardworking man, he was very honest and cared more about working with my budget to give me the best results possible.
