We were literally the last to leave having arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Not once did we feel hurried which is a credit to not only Lily but the staff behind Lily from Chef to checkout. The arrangement my mom received was a weird arrangement of roses and orchids. It was not at all what we had ordered, but it was one of the pre-made designs offered on their website. Much more expensive than what we ordered, as well. This year on Valentine's Day, I was very specific in the way I explained what I wanted...11 red roses and one white rose ONLY and nothing else. She received the same bizarre arrangement as she had the year before. I called and spoke with Katy. I told her what had happened - twice - and let her know we would no longer use them. She offered to send my mom a new arrangement like we had ordered in the first place, and I said she did not need two arrangements, so she offered a credit, which I accepted. Only because we had a credit, my siblings and I decided to order our mom's Mother's Day arrangement from them. I left a voicemail yesterday inquiring about the amount of the credit. By this afternoon, no one had called me back. I called them today and was told there were notes on our account but nothing about a credit. I was put on hold and eventually the system disconnected the call. Katy did call me back. She read me the notes on the account, much of which I had not said. This is a strange way to run a business. There are way too many good florists in Austin to waste your time and money on this one.
