I went and picked up some yellow roses for my mom's birthday yesterday and they were already opened and by the time I took them down there, the edges were starting to dry out, so I guess I should've asked for Rosebud's so they would open better I'm a little un very disappointed in the product since I went through a lot trying to find them Looks like their selection is really good. Customer Service is very good, but I was surprised that the quality of the.

My friends from out of state surprised my Fiancé and I with these beautiful flowers! Delivery person had trouble delivering them to our house so we had to go pick them up, but luckily we were nearby. Great quality!

It is an amazing arrangement, and if I didn't go through what I went through to get these delivered, I wouldn't have noticed what wasn't....

I just got off the phone with Kristi, for the 3rd time today, and the 4th call since last night, since receiving a 'we've HAND DELIVERED your flowers' email early yesterday morning...... FOR FLOWERS THAT WERE NOT DELIVERED! When I didn't get a call or a message from the recipients, I had to have them use security footage to figure out what happened as I imagined the worst... wrong address, porch pirates, etc.... and by the time I figured out what happened I reached out to the flower shop (after hours of course) to let them know what happened! I have actually ordered from Kyle Flower Shop several times before and been very pleased, and I have been trying to have 'covid forgiveness' and 'pandemic chaos' and 'supply chain issue' understandings, but 4 calls and 2 emails into it, and then being told "they will be delivered in a few minutes' 2 hours ago and then come to find out they are STILL NOT DELIVERED and when I call to ask what is going on Kristy doesn't know, and she has to call me back. Now I am going to leave her 'explanation' out of this post out of respect for her privacy, but what I am even more disappointed in is there was no sense of real 'apology' or any gesture to improve the situation, or my experience as a repeat customer. In my continued conversation with Kristi where I had to switch from 'consumer' hat to a 'professional and business owner' hat and I expressed how unacceptable this was, and all i got was a continued explanation of 'what happened' and a real sense of 'you should have known what you can't possibly know' as to when I am really going to get the delivery after being told 3 times it would be first thing this morning, in a few minutes, etc..etc.. It's now mid-day.... so without having a personal tracker on the delivery person and an itinerary I couldn't have possibly known and her posture and tone with me didn't improve, and again, no apology what-so-ever. I myself am in business and customer service, and we have all been under strain with 'the world' but when you really screw something up, you should really sincerely apologize and when someone gets a premium flower arrangement, and tips fairly well, for less than a 10 minute drive, and is a repeat customer there should be some sort of gesture, no matter how small, other then to simply explain things away and continue to under perform. Eventually the flowers got there, and I was told the arrangement was amazing, big and beautiful! Which I am grateful for, on their behalf! I've attached the picture I was sent, and because I am 'not thrilled at the moment' what I see is at least one partially bug eaten leaf, and another one that looks like it was torn or damaged.... :( Sincerely disappointed is all, and I hate it when my expectations can't be met, even after 'helping' to meet them, when all I am doing is what I can to brighten up my Families' Day and Holidays! Here's to wishing better operations and customer service!

Almost forgot mother-in-laws birthday. Found KFS which is conveniently located in Kyle we're she lives. They had a good selection of various bouquets on their website and given the short notice I was still able to place an online order for next day delivery. Flowers were fresh, delivery was made on time and MIL loved them.

I live in San Antonio, but my mother lives in Kyle and I wanted to send her some flowers for Mother's Day. I called three shops. This was the only one who answered (all nonessential retail was closed, because it was during the coronavirus shutdown). The person who answered was cheerful and helpful. I got exactly what I needed. The flowers were lovely and delivered right when they promised.

Needed to send flowers for a same day delivery for my sister's birthday and was so glad I found this shop. I was able to order online and they delivered it right away. My sister loved her flower arrangement and it made her day! I'm so happy to be able to support a local business during this time. Highly recommend.

Service was above and beyond! I needed flowers delivered to my aunt in the hospital, and called on a Saturday 10 minutes before the shop was closing and the delivery truck was out. Instead of saying I was out of luck, Erika made an exception and whipped up a beautiful custom arrangement that she personally delivered, all within 30 minutes of my call. She even sent me a picture of the arrangement. My aunt loved it, and it lifted her spirit. This is the best service I've ever received in my life. I highly recommend Erika and Kyle Flower Shop!

This place is amazing. My bouquet was a gift, but my friends and neighbors say their prices are great, too! Check them out- you won't be disappointed!

10 hours later flowers were delivered without balloons.  Balloons were delivered one day later. This was approx. 10 hours later.

She is generous with her time - quick to respond to messages and willing to meet in person as your plans evolve. She puts a lot of effort into helping you get all that you want within your budget and her years of experience are helpful when you find yourself overwhelmed and indecisive. She made a beautiful flower crown for my Bridal portraits and also provided beautiful blooms is assorted glassware for my rehearsal dinner at Deep Eddy's Tasting Room. Day Of, she and her team turned Pecan Springs Ranch into my dream wedding venue. One thing that really made a difference for me: I kept my outdoor ceremony site very simple (we only spend 15 minutes there really and I had other floral priorities!) Kari had cleaned out the walk-in that day and, after asking the Bride of course, lined the isle with beautiful flower petals. It was such a lovely touch! Can't recommend The Flower Girl enough -- weddings, rehearsal dinners, non-wedding events!

Needless to say, I was determined to find someone, hopefully locally, that could resolve my situation. I found The Flower Girl in a recent local magazine ad section. Oh. Did i mention it was also Valentine's Day week??? They were very professional and compassionate about what I was trying to accomplish and we worked out timing, pickup, and design to make this happen for my 22 year old. This was so easy so I was a little nervous on how everything would turn out. But to my joy, the arrangement and vase and yes, the three peonies were beautiful! Striking! Perfect! I was so excited to have stumbled upon The Flower Girl who truly is a LOCAL business! I would strongly recommend giving this creative gem a try with your next important flower arrangement.
