The following morning, someone from the shop called me early on to inform me that they did not have any orchids available for the bouquet I had purchased. I was given the option of choosing another one or delaying the delivery till the following day. I chose to wait for the orchid delivery and have the bouquet sent the following day. The bouquet did not disappoint the next day. Someone from the flower shop even texted me to let me know the time range that the flowers would be delivered. She is generous with her time - quick to respond to messages and willing to meet in person as your plans evolve.
