My only regret about my experience with STL Closet Co. is not doing it sooner! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, patiently, and expediently. Our designer Libby is such an excellent representative for the company and handled some glitches (multiple changing minds about location for a full-build; hidden "features" in an overcrowded closet) along the way with grace and impressive problem-solving. The installers were super professional and communicative, asking questions and talking us through issues to make sure we were all on the same page for the outcome. As a city resident, the proximity of their amazing showroom made seeing and handling the materials and built examples in person for multiple visits easy and fun. And catching a glimpse of the production area where they build almost everything is awesome. I'm thrilled to support a locally owned, conscientious business that clearly runs an impeccable operation through and through. My home is a not-fancy 100+ year old South City brick four square, with all the quirks that entails -- and likely why I hesitated to contact them sooner. Knowing what I know now, I could have started with one of the smaller, obvious needs. Oh well -- better late than never! I'm already starting to dream about future projects for my home... read more

This is the second house I've hired st Louis Closet Company to build systems for my pantry and master bedroom. I've tried using other systems like the Elfa system through the Container store. Don't waste your money on Elfa. The prices are comparable but the customer service and quality is much better with St Louis Closet Company. I will certainly use and recommend St Louis Closet Company again. read more

We hired St. Louis Closet company on the spot and they came out to our home. We expressed exactly what we wanted and the spacing that we needed and everything in between. When it came time to install, I feel like there was a breakdown and communication between what he had stated we wanted and the designs. We are not familiar with their design process and they use an iPad so when they stayed, there was enough room I just took their word for it. However, Jennifer, the owner has been truly amazing and ensuring that we love our designs. Jennifer came up with a new design for us that we absolutely love, and it is exactly what we had originally wanted as far as spacing goes, and she went above and beyond as well to add additional pieces at no cost to us. I truly cannot speak enough good things about Jennifer between her communication, sending us updates and even coming on site to make sure we were happy with everything. She was a phenomenal. We hired her to do all our closets in our additional closet space I would hire her again. Recommend her to all my family and friends. She is one of the nicest owners that is actually close with her as well as all the projects not an owner behind-the-scenes she is very much present read more

I've been a returning customer for a few years now and recently had another consult to upgrade a few other spaces in my home. Special thanks to Heather as she comes up with great ideas for our spaces. The quality of the material is great and I love that we can go back and make adjustments to areas without redredoing everything which saves us money. I believe they cut the pieces in-house too which is a plus. You don't have to wait months to have them installed. read more

Saint Louis Closet - My pantry! - Home Organization Near Me - St. Louis, Missouri

St. Louis Closet Company & Angela did a great job on both of the areas they transformed for us. In the master Closet we had an island made with drawers and a triple jewelry storage area. The granite top looks great and is very functionable. We absolutely love it! Out first project was our laundry room including the organization in the existing closet. We added cabinets and shelves above the washer/dryer and a storage area with bench seating as well. Before all we had for storage was one cabinet under the sink and the basic closet. It has enhanced the storage and use of our laundry room and looks amazing! It's absolutely perfect and we love it! The price was good and Angela put together a great design in both spaces! We would highly recommend Saint Louis Closet! read more

St. Louis Closet just completed a project for me. This is the 2nd time I chose them to improve my storage spaces. Saint Louis Closet - Small closet much improved - Home Organization Near Me - St. Louis, Missouri

I have desperately needed storage space in my home for years! My basement leaks so it's impossible to store anything down there. I had a big blank wall in my kitchen and decided to add a pantry. I worked with Mary Cain at St. Louis closet company for the sales. I wanted something to put my wood floor steam cleaner and vacuum cleaner in as well as having shelf space for small appliances, extra dishes, food items, etc. Instead of just a pantry, she came up with a storage closet on one side and pantry on the other. I initially scheduled for July 5. They actually called me about a week ahead of time and said they had an opening on July 1 and would I be interested in it. You bet! Jamie was the installer. I had been told at the time I signed the agreement that it would be an all day project. Jamie had the closet put together in two hours! He did a fantastic job. It looks absolutely amazing and is extremely sturdy. He even added some extra little touches like rubber doorstops, so the doors would close quietly. I went to three different closet companies. I decided on this company for two reasons. First of all they had a show room. I liked being able to go in and see things already constructed. Second of all, I happened to hit when they were having a sale. The price ended up being cheaper than a place I looked at in Creve Coeur as well as the place I went to that had no show room. Most of the people there were friendly and very helpful. read more

We moved in November, 2018. After finding the home and getting our offer accepted, my wonderful wife and I both knew we would be installing a St. Louis Closet Co. closet. We had worked so well with Amy back in March/April to get the closet installed in the home we moved from. It turned out that the closet wall space/ length in the new home was almost identical... just a different shape... from rectangle to L-shaped. So Amy worked with us to adjust to the new size and for taller ceilings. After a couple discussions we had our plan for the closet. And now that it's installed we are soooooo happy to have it! Amy also worked well to get us a great option to make the home office more functional with shelves and counter workspace and another work table for homework. In the end we realized that desks in the kids' bedrooms would handle homework better, and that let us turn the home office into a pool table room. Thank you, Amy, for the office plan... and for making our new closet so awesomely organized. read more

Theeee best! From the design, to installation I couldn't be more thrilled with my St. Louis Closet Co. closets. Designer Angelia was amazing! She listened carefully to what I needed and then followed with suggestions I would've never thought of, that really took my closets to a whole new level. I love them! The installer was super professional, and being the neat freak that I am, I couldn't believe after he was finished with doing both of my closets that he cleaned and vacuumed everything. He even wiped off the steel bar racks. Shiny new! All I had to do was hang my clothes. They did two closets. I can now show off my fancy shoes, purses and they even made a little section for my dog's cute little outfits. (Don't judge) They can design anything for you! I'm a repeat customer. Most recently they designed additional storage in a little nook in my laundry area. Again, amazing! You guys are the best! I seriously never thought I'd be so excited about closets! I'm serious, you will too if you call Jennifer Williams and her staff. read more

After moving into our new house I really wanted to change up our laundry room and add cubbyholes for everyone to hang the coats and stash their shoes. St Louis Closet Co was easy to work with and very helpful. After my initial phone call they sent me a large brochure to look through while I waited on my consultation with Tammy. Tammy was on time and very detailed in her measuring and going over exactly what I wanted. They were having a 20% off sale and I ended up getting the work completed for less than I budgeted! Installation was quick and the gentleman was very nice and accommodating. I love the space and what they did. Also came with a lifetime warranty! read more

Love, love, LOVE. One of the (many) projects I'm working on in my house is redoing the closets. I'm pretty happy with the closets in my bedroom, but my big issue was with my hall closet. It was TERRIBLE. It had one shaky shelf that I never used because I wasn't sure if it would collapse, so it really just ended up being a closet where I stored brooms and mops. Lots of wasted space. I decided to bite the bullet and do something about my hall closet, and St. Louis Closet Company was the first company that came to mind. I pass by the place everyday, and I've met the owners -- they're great people, and I'm super happy to support a local business. Anyway, I scheduled a consultation with Shayla and told her what my issues were. She took some measurements and told me a little bit about how the whole process would work, and what they could do. I picked a design, made my appointment, and I was set! During the time I made my appointment, they were running a 20% off special, which was awesome. The closet installer came by a few days ago, and he was very professional and friendly. He completed the work in a few hours, and ohhh my godddddd. I freaking LOVE my hall closet now. Sidenote: you know you're approaching 30 when you get excited about hall closets. But I digress... Anyway, the closet is fantastic. I am able to store SO much in there due to the design, and it just looks really nice. I'm a huge fan. I'm working on redoing my office (installing some custom bookshelves), and I've already made my consultation appointment with STL Closet Co. Can't wait to see what they come up with for this one! Highly HIGHLY recommended. read more

Last June, we moved into a new home built in the 1930s. Much of the house had been updated with new kitchen, baths, etc. but many of the closets were original, in poor condition, and not the best use of space. As we settled in, I knew I wanted to get the closets done but really had not explored options in years. Saint Louis Closet Co. was able to come up with creative designs and gave us wonderful options for the unique spaces. We worked with Angelia. She was fantastic! She met with us twice to ensure we had multiple options to make best use of the space. Based on what Angelia was providing us, we even decided to do our laundry room, which was not originally on our list! Saint Louis Closet Company was by far the most competitively priced. As a result, we ended up having them do all of the closets in our house. Scheduling was so easy, we had the closets done all at once. The process was remarkably seamless and easy. The installers Luis and Pat were awesome to work with and have in our home. They took their shoes off in our home and cleaned up everything before they left. I can't believe how much extra space we have in our closets! Everything is adjustable, and even the laundry room is designed for various washer/dryer options in the future. We ended up doing an amazing walk in master closet, 2 additional master closets, 2 Entry Closets, Laundry Room, 2 Guest Closets, a linen closet, and our pantry. We could not be more pleased with the closets we purchased from Saint Louis Closet Company. The best additions to the house we have made! I can't recommend them enough! read more

I have had at least 8 custom closets installed from St Louis Closet Company over the past 17 years, and I have never second guess by decision because the closets are both functional and beautiful. All of the wood selections and accessories are of the highest quality, and are extremely durable. The closet designers are professional, come on time, had all of their measuring equipment with them, helped make suggestions through best practical designs, and had great follow-up and flexibility in installation dates. I love the floor based systems because I feel it's better for the walls, and provides more storage space. The closets have helped me and my family stay organized, and have a place for storing everything! This type of home improvement only increases the value of my home as well. Extremely satisfied! -- SE read more

St. Louis Closet Co. has knocked it out of the park...again! I used them previously on our bedroom closets and decided I also needed help with organizing my mud room / laundry room. We had some old wire cabinets above the washer and dryer plus a storage area that just wasn't working. Angelia came to the rescue and designed a wonderful space that is beautiful and functional. I highly recommend their services to anyone that is need of help with organizing ay space! Thank you St. Louis Closet Co.! read more

I am so happy I chose St louis Closet Co. to do my various projects in my home ( laundry room, mudroom, linen closets & more). After nearly 8 yrs. in my home, I had one shelf that was defective and they gave me a new shelf right away. I was nervous about the warranty but they pulled up my blueprints and accommodated me the same day. They even offered to have someone come out to fix it. Amazing company, very much recommended! read more

What a smooth and easy process this was. We cleaned out the closet. They came last Thursday to remove the hardware and repair the walls. We painted this weekend. On Monday they installed the new closet and cabinets. Everything looks sharp and clean. If every home improvement project was this smooth and easy, I might do more of them. Thank you Angelia and Jennifer. read more

I love my closet, and I love the great design Shayla came up with! I was re-doing my master suite (moving around walls and plumbing and the whole thing...), so I wanted to get a closet organization system for my newly built closet. I shopped around because this was going to be a big ticket item. St. Louis Closet Co. had the best options for my space and my needs and the best cost too (I locked in my order while they had a discount available). I now have a wall of shoes and plenty of rods/shelf/drawer space. read more

Every step of my service experience with Saint Louis Closet Co. was top notch. I chose this company because it is locally owned (also not a franchise) and I believe in supporting my community's businesses. I had the pleasure of working with Janet as my designer. She was prompt, helpful, friendly, patient and attentive. Since this was my first closet design I appreciated her suggestions, but she also listened carefully to my priorities. The two gentlemen who installed, Mark and Derek, were also friendly, skilled and careful in protecting my wood floors and walls. They left the work space very clean once they were done. I love this closet and admire it with fresh eyes whenever I walk in. Highly recommend this company. Also, the showroom is worth a visit: cool renovated building and a number of closet configurations for inspiration. read more

I LOVE Saint Louis Closet Company! Their product is second to none. We have used their custom closets in four different homes over an 18 year time-frame. Definitely a repeat customer. In fact, I love their company so much, I recently accepted a position as 'designer' and now I am in training to help others with their organizational challenges. You won't be sorry you got organized with Saint Louis Closet. Best investment in our home and lives ever! read more

I relocated here near the end of 2014. Didn't have a lot of time between heading to my new job and settling into my new house. We had two major problems with two of our storage areas (pantry and kids closet). Decided that a closet organization system would help us maximize the space. We made an appointment and were assigned Amy Shea to work with us. We were still in the throws of unpacking and things were a real mess at the house. My kids were kind of going crazy and unsetled since we were still early in our move. Amy came in and measured our spaces. She talked us through a number of options for each space and then drew up a couple scenarios. While she took her measurements she told us what she was thinking and shared some information about optimal spacing. I'm an engineer and think I'm good at measurement but she had an excellent mastery for space optimization. Before we set up the appointment I was really worried that we would get pushed to add gadgets and specialty items to pump up the cost, I never felt pressured at all. When Amy drew up the designs, which were very lovely, she then talked us through each of them. We were able to talk about the pros and cons of each design and the cost. We then scheduled time for the installation. Communication prior to the installation was very good. I received a letter with information I needed to know as far as what materials needed to be removed from the existing closets. I also received a reminder call of the scheduled date for installation. The installers arrived on time and were very pleasant and efficient. They had all the equipment they needed and the work they did looks very nice and has held up well. One item of interest is that I was out while the installers were working, my husband at home. When I drove up I could tell that their van had broken down. My husband had no clue. The installers had called for backup assistance within the company and I could see they were helping to transfer tools and gear to another van. Although they had that issue neither of us were aware of it and I doubt it delayed our installation by much more than 20 minutes. It was another reminder that this company is very organized and executes projects as well as resolves challenges in a good manner. I can't recommend Amy highly enough. She did an excellent job and I'd use her again in a second. The designs she helped us settle on are working great. In addition, besides nicely allowing me to deal with my crazy, angry for moving me kids she provided great tips for the area. read more
