The installation took several days, and their attention to detail was impeccable. The lead installer (the owner's son) went above and beyond to ensure a section of slat wall that was initially cut incorrectly was corrected and installed perfectly. Beyond Storage did an excellent job creating closet space in my bedroom. The designer, Chelsea, listened to my needs, drafted my thoughts into a diagram and gave vision to my plan. I loved her patience and understanding with the many changes to her draft. To solidify our plans the owner actually came to visit the site to finalize the measurements. On day of installation and building of unit, the installer was a master builder. He too was very patient with all of my questions and I watched him build an elaborate storage system that fulfilled my dreams. My friends and family were amazed at the before and after photos. My friend now wants to design a unit in her upstairs loft area. Beyond Storage is the appropriate name for this organization because they went beyond my expectations and created my dreams. We bid several closet companies and felt good about this one. Their attention to detail was high level and their price more reasonable than all the others. Plus, our project was a little outside the norm and they were flexible and creative in giving us what we wanted. It's a family-owned business including the leader of the installation team who came to our house. They did great work and cleaned up every scrap and bit of dust before they left. I highly recommend Beyond Storage. The process was so easy. They were always on time and did amazing work. The closet door fell off the track and I couldn't get it open (not their fault at all!). We started pout planning to do a master closet and pantry project. After talking with Chelsea and feeling confident in her design, we ended up adding two more bedroom closets. She presented us with options that fit our price point, room dimensions and storage goals. They have a showroom that displays style options and storage options. Beyond Storage organized our laundry/mud room and tailored it to our specific storage needs. Chelsea did a great job incorporating our suggestions while making the space look pleasing and polished. My favorite part is the counter over the washer and dryer which is used for a drop zone, folding laundry and arranging flowers. And they do a great job at customizing the closets and pantry to function well and utilize the space perfectly. Beyond Storage did a very good job on our garage, adding slatwall and cabinets. The one issue we saw later was that on cabinets the shelves did not have grooves where pins allow height adjustments, which resulted in one of our shelves in cabinet falling, from vibration as door closed going inside from garage. Using mending plates I fixed all shelves so no issues now. read more
