The owner, Jeremy, impressed me, but after the crew arrived he left and it went downhill. Our organized packed boxes were rearranged and thus many heavy boxes got put on light boxes. Some items got damaged, dropped, turned upside down and didn't tell us they broke our front step. Lied to their boss about breaking an item. Stepped on a box (shoe print and broken item). Drawers for dressers/desks taken out and left for another trip which wasted time and space. The worst was the refrigerator that was dropped upside down with all the shelves in it and then left closed with moisture in it for weeks. Overpriced and disorganized. We opted to have them stop about 1ish and we would finish even though it meant we worked until 11pm (they began at 8am) and we were exhausted! We would need to rent a truck for all that they "won't " haul anyway. Despite the offer from the owner to replace or repair any damage items with receipts, we did not do an estimate of anything because the next moving company did an amazing job three weeks later and moved everything so much more efficiently and without damaging a single item! The items that got damaged were things I got secondhand or very discount but it was the principle. As far as the step that they broke we were moving from the house and luckily had a part that we can leave the new homeowners to repair it. The refrigerator had to be thoroughly cleaned with bleach and a shelf is bent!!
