Today, 9/20/26, my wife asked if they had any more Six-Cheese Bagels. The employee responded with an angry and dismissive tone, telling us that what was in the display was all they had. She then complained that they only had one baker and that the baker was working hard. We completely understand being busy and short-staffed. What we don't understand is what happened next. While waiting for our order, we watched two customers after us ask similar questions. The same employee went to the back to check for them, something she refused to do for us. My wife eventually spoke up because the difference in treatment was difficult to ignore. We have been regular customers at both locations and have never experienced anything like this before. The inconsistent treatment was concerning enough that it left us questioning why we were treated differently. Busy or not, every customer deserves the same basic courtesy and respect. We still enjoy the food, but management really needs to address the customer service and make sure employees understand that every customer should be treated with the same respect and dignity.
