Last time we were in there, one of the staff (or an owner) was seated in a booth by us and coughing (more like hacking) the whole time. We almost left since it was so bad. He should have left the dining area if he was that sick. As mentioned, pho is pho... spring rolls were ok since I didn't know what to expect from them. Second visit was for the 3 Sum rice platter. Most of it was good, but my first time as a Vietnamese person eating shredded lettuce in my rice and meat platter. The pork chop traditionally has always been thin and grilled to a light char, this thing was massively thick, luckily it was still juicy and flavorful! Overall, pretty good. Spring rolls on the other hand... needs more practice. One of the two had no vermecilli noodles and was just lettuce and shrimp, while the other had a pinch of noodles. A bit short on the ratio. Still have their banh mi to try, so we'll see how that goes.

However, it was a little more watery than I prefer, and while it was good, it wasn't quite as good as the best Khao Soi I've had elsewhere. I also would have preferred traditional egg noodles instead of the wider white noodles used here. One thing I would have liked to see was more vegetables.
