I loved my experience here! I went twice! The spa is very well- maintained, clean, and a relaxing atmosphere. Booking appointments online was seamless. I prefer masseuse Rose- she gave me my Signature Massage on 11/30. She made sure to hit all of the pressure points. Rose had excellent technique- just the right amount of pressure and stretching. I will definitely ask for her again! read more

This is my first visit. Nice place. Rachel and Rose did a great job. I like the hot stone especially. Will recommend to a friend.

Saigon Spa is a must try, Located in Los Altos. My wife and I did a couples massage and we loved that we were in a private room. Music was light and floated me off into the right mood. Mindy was soft spoken but handled the message with such strong pressure for the whole 90 minutes. Overall great experience. Thank you read more

Rose was phenomenal. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I need to do this more regularly! Highly recommend!! read more

I got a vigorous massage and body polish here. The masseuse did well at getting knots out and getting deep without causing pain. It's definitely not the kind of massage you sleep through as she worked quickly. It was my first time getting a body scrub, I expected it to hurt but it didn't. My skin felt soft after. My masseuse did massage first then scrub then shower Downsides are she did not massage the front of my body even at 90 minutes. read more

Saigon Signature 90mins with Anna The receptionist was kind and welcoming. The massager was not as professional: nails were long and kept cutting into my skin, the massage was more of the same thing over and over again for 90 minutes rather than a 90-minute well planned massage. What's funny is that the massage actually felt rushed. And it was more of rubbing the oil rather than massaging. It might be that I'm just used to better service, but when you're paying $145 for a 90-min massage, you expect the best service. Unfortunately will not be coming back. read more

The place is very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are very kind and they are very attentive. I had Jon and Diana for my couples massage with my partner and Jon made sure to try to get all my knots out. I was very stiff, but after the massage, I feel a bit lighter. It's a small parking lot so there may or may not be any parking depending on how busy they are. I would come back again. read more
