The pho is very good, the only way to eat it is with lots of chillie oil, lime and sprout. I only give this 4/5 is due to their portion. I've been waiting for them to open and finally it happened. 3 of us went there today and we will definitely come again. The Pho was amazing. I didnt want to miss any of it and finally picked up the bowl and drank it, not missing a drop. One of us had the Korean BBQ which came with rice and a small salad plu the Pho broth. Another the garlic pan fried chicken. All of the food was delicious. Well prepared and presented. The only draw back was the kitchen. They seemed to have trouble getting the orders out quickly. The staff was friendly and so wanted to please. The owner definitely puts customer service up front. He has a good product and wants to share it with the community and to eep his clients coming back. my thai iced tea was all ice and only 2 ounces of tea for $3.50 the raw beef is supposed to cook in the soup but the temperature of the soup was barely warm. ecoli requires 180 degrees to die. gross. i took my soup togo and ate it ate home after i cooked it again. read more

It's all about the broth to me and of course tender beef. So glad we stopped in! The broth was so flavorful and delicious, as good as or better than many others all over the U.S. that I've had. I had take out today. A simple combination pho to see how the different meats tasted. I'm pleased to say that the tripe tendon brisket and rare meat were all very well cooked and they tasted great. Most importantly the pho broth was flavorful with enough star of anise that I could taste it but not be over powered by any one spice. I will definitely be going back for my bowl of pho! read more

We were so excited to try this restaurant and have some yummy Pho in Yuma. However, we're allergic to beef and pork and therefore cannot eat their pho. Their menu advertises veggie broth but every time I call (once a week) they are all out. I have more friends in Yuma who haven't gone there yet for that exact reason. Tried the vegetable stir fry combination as a first timer. Excellent flavor. I prefer the tails on the shrimp be removed before serving. Price is middle of the road for the portion size. The stir fry beef looked more like Yero meat with a tender calamari texture. It tasted bland, was spongy and more resembled something processed. After leaving I got on Yelp and reviewed other pictures. Sure enough, another stir fry vegetables dish with beef looked exactly the same. Other dishes that contained beef looked more like actual beef. I'd try one of those next time. Inside the restaurant was pleasant and modern. I'll come back, but will avoid the stir fry beef and try the other beef selections they have like the tenderloin. read more

When I heard there was a pho restaurant opening in town, I was excited but also skeptical. We ordered the chicken pho with vegetarian broth for takeout. They gave a generous amount of herbs and jalapeños. Good quality chicken and the broth was sooo tasty!! Sometimes pho doesn't taste as good when you get it as take out, but that definitely wasn't the case here. The only downside is that it's a little pricey for pho compared to other places I've been to in other cities, but I will definitely be coming back read more

The food is good, the service is friendly. But I'm only giving it four stars because the price and portions, and call in orders are almost never correct. I've been to this restaurant at least 15 times since they open because the food is so good. When they first opened the price was easily justified by the portion size. Over the last couple weeks the portion sizes have been getting smaller. The coffee is delicious but it's literally twice the price of Starbucks considering their cup of coffee is six ounces and is almost $6. The food is authentic and delicious! It was super busy when we went, but the owner himself took our order and made sure we were doing ok. The staff were friendly and professional and the owner goes out of his way to make sure his customers are being taken care of. Phó is made to order and people need to remember it is NOT fast food with food sitting under a warmer. If it takes a minute for your food to arrive, just chill, your food is coming and when it gets there it will be amazing!! Restaurant is new to Yuma and appears to have some growing pains to get thru. When we walked in the staff was friendly and told us to sit where we wanted. No menus were provided once seated and a gentleman came to take our order and I think assumed we knew exactly what they served there. Clearly it's a pho place but I expected maybe a few choices to be laid out for us to choose from. I told him to give me whatever he recommended as their best dish, and he recommended the combo so we could try a bit of everything in the bowl. I had no idea what that entailed and he was a frazzled it seemed to answer exactly. We also ordered spring rolls since he told us they offered them as well as drinks. The spring rolls came out and were quite good with a nice sauce. Drink orders were slow however and their method of refilling soft drinks was awkward to say the least (brought another serving cup of soda and dumped it into my wife's cup as opposed to taking and refilling or replacing the drink as most are used to). The pho- hmmm. Well the broth was ok, not too flavorful but not bad either. It didn't have an array of add ins like you might see to give it some depth besides lime, cilantro, and bean sprouts. The beef was disappointing, the meat balls were hard to identify (like what the hell am I eating here?), and the- not sure what to call it, but it was intestine wasn't enjoyable and gave the soup a smell like menudo. Some love it, some don't. I would have preferred a warning. It had an earthy smell that wasn't pleasant to my wife or kids and it honestly ruined it for me. Noodles were good and the soup was manageable once adding more hoisin sauce and sriracha. I can't say I'd return for a while until the kinks are worked out. read more

I've had a lot of pho in my days, and this one is at the top of my list of best bowls. These guys could hang with a couple spots I know in San Diego/Eastlake area. Broth was clear, and flavorful. Shrimp pork spring rolls were amazing, and their customer service was spot on. I think I speak for everyone when I say that this place is a VERY welcomed addition to the restaurants in Yuma. Delicious food, just like I've had in Vietnam. We had pho as well as the fresh spring rolls & crispy egg rolls. We also had hot green tea (Jasmine tea). I went on the grand opening day & they were so busy I ended up getting a refund & leaving after waiting an hour for a takeout order (I had somewhere to be), but the owner insisted on sending me on my way with some fresh spring rolls as an apology. He was very apologetic & I went back next day for dinner when things were calmer. He thanked me for coming back & we had excellent service & food came out within a few minutes. Will definitely be back, this is a new Yuma favorite. read more
