Tried this restaurant for the first time. I ordered 4 take out items, was a little surprised to see .50 charge for each item ($2.00) on the bill after payment was made. While placing the order, we contemplated between having the eggrolls or the spring rolls, decided to go with the spring rolls, seen on the bill again after payment was made, they put the order in for both rolls (I thought well ok, what the heck). My son ordered Chicken Pad Thai, it was ok. I ordered Pho with Beef Shank, but received something different. My husband and I split this order, there was 3 meats or something included, we only recognized the raw steak, had no idea on the other 2 ingredients (husband does not eat pork-religious). We each only took a few bites as we did not like not knowing what we were eating (was supposed to be beef shank). The remaining portion was discarded. I called the restaurant to discuss all the above, there was no answer, I left a message, did not receive a callback. Apparently they have no interest in customer service. I ordered a Thai tea and she asked if I wanted boba. What Thai tea fanatic would pass up some boba! Both were very good! I was quite impressed with this location, especially for being in Yuma. After placing our order, we were suprised at how quickly our food was served! Everything was delicious! I had the Vermicelli Salad with Grilled Beef, which was very good. I usually have the combination pho and it's simple and tasty. The broth does change from time to time I guess depending on who is cooking.
