Salon is cluttered, disorganized, and dusty. My mom was told she was done before her mani dried and got messed up in the car. When we returned they rushed to " fix" they quickly redid the messed up ones and put them under the lamp to dry.. mind you it was not a gel mani. Tech who "fixed" them didn't even come back to check if they were dry or better, she hid in the back while we waited for them to dry which took forever because the top coat was too thick. Her nails are different lengths and shapes and the polish is a wrinkled texture due to the thick topcoat. There was also a water leaking from the roof and just not a good experience. I used to be a loyal customer but the last few years the quality of service and cleanliness has really declined. From my experience I would get pedicures and half way through the employees switch to get the new people coming in and I get someone else to complete the job. I also don't think this business should be removing ingrown toe nails, leave that to podiatrists! There was a gentleman a couple chairs down and he let out 3 screams, not sure what that was about but I wanted to run out at that time! I would have if I had paid but I still needed to pay for the very low quality pedicure.The cleanliness is down with small children of employees roaming around putting chewing gum on hands and even vomiting right in front of me. Employees cleaned up with a towel and NO sanitation of anything. I'm not returning. The business seems to want as many customers in but forgets the QUALITY of service. Stations are dirty, floors are dirty. I don't see handwashing between customers. I will drive to Tucson from now on because I want my QUALITY SERVICE OVER CONVENIENCE. read more

Just don't unless you already have a trusted tech. I was a walk in pedi and I'll never go back. Tech dropped nail clippers on ground and picked up and used again. At that point I should have walked out. Now I have a severely cut cuticle and I had to ask her to spray with alcohol...absolutely no sting which means it's watered down. read more

My sister wanted a couple hearts on her nails for valentine's. She showed them the picture, they said they could that that and took her back. Almost done, she asked when they were going to draw the hearts on and they said "oh sorry no one does that here"... This review is based on a recent manicure, which was mediocre. Concerns of cleanliness in this salon, The service tables are in desperate need of a good scrub! Not sure about the sanitation of the tools used. The man (I believe to be the owner) was the nail tech I ended up with. He was not interested in listening to what I was asking of him. I had to ask several times to use the file to even and smooth the edges of my nails, the polish applied ended up being extremely thick and ended up under my nails. I asked for a tool to remove the excess polish - he ignored me. I'm not sure that I'll return to this salon. read more

So!!! I'm so pissed off! I've been going here for a bit and today I called and made an appointment with Tony! He told me to come at 130pm so he can do my fill and pedicure. I got there at 1pm for him to push me on another tech THEN said he would help me after he finishes with his current client. After that he came and finished doing my feet. Then he starts talking to another tech and she comes to look at my nails. I said I have an appointment with Tony and then he pushes me off to her!!!! Not cool!!! Definitely didn't care about his customer! But kept telling me he'll do it next time! Had the nerve to say to tell my husband and son to come and see him! Seriously!?! Paid a lot of $$$ for gel nails. I've always had good luck with gels lasting 4-6 weeks. Not these. Not even 10 days. Had 2 peeling off so I went back. They were really good about it and redid the 2 nails that had come off. Next day another one has lifted off. Major pain to go back AGAIN since it is 20 miles into town. The worst mani pedi I have ever had!!! I asked for callus Removal and she flat out told me no. The polish is all of my cuticles and skin on both my mani and pedi. Between my mani and pedi they took care of another individual and left me to "soak off" I got to the salon at 11am and was not finished until 2:30!! My nail polish on my fingers is not even, parts of the nail are not painted, and the shape of every nail is different. Very sloppy work absolutely not worth the 80 dollars I was charged! The young girls are nice.. but the owner (older lady) and the other older lady are rude.. and this is the 4th time I make an appointment and when I get there they say come back later because they are too full.. after saying I made appointment, but they accepted all the walk-in's before my appointment even after I arrived. WORST mani/Pedi I have ever received, and that's saying a lot considering I am over 60. It took over 2 hours and even though it was horrible I left because I didn't want to waste more time to have them try and fix anything. My 10 year old granddaughter can paint nails better.
