Not sure why ANY negative reviews. It's been several years that I've been coming and only once was I disappointed. And that was just due to holidays and temporary management while family was traveling. Now, I won't go anywhere else. They've become family. Excellent customer service, excellent quality of service - manís, pedis, you name it - have been pleased every time. read more

This nail salon needs to be shut down immediately! They violate so many health codes! This nail salon is FILTHY! They do not follow ANY proper sanitation procedures! Stay away! I left worried I was going to get either foot fungus or nail fungus! read more

I had a pedicure today. First the employees were YELLING at each other, sounded like a fight was about to break out, sure enough the guy doing my pedicure marched over to the other guy acting like he was going to hit him. The female employees got in between them and defused the situation. But honestly it was frightening. I will never go back! read more

Such a waste of money. I went in and asked if they carried a specific opi color and they said yes. They took me back in right away. The establishment was full. The guy who was working on my feet was scrubbing my feet real fast and when he scrubbed the bottom of my feet they hurt a lot. I had to pull away a couple times. The end result was no opi color and all the scrubbing he did caused the bottom of my feet to feel not smooth and rough from all the hard pressure with the hard sponge. I warm you to go elsewhere for a professional pedicure. read more

Great service. Great attitude, great job. Toni and Traci are highly skilled when performing their job. I had pedicure by Toni, he is gentle when using the nail tools and also he is great at leg massages. Traci worked on my manicure and nails, she was focused on not missing details on the design I requested. She is also gentle when using the nail tools. They're open until 7. I definitely recommend this place. read more

So many things wrong with this nail salon ... rude rude technician, she was so rough with my feet. Poked me 4 times and was yanking my foot very hard in and out of the basin. She rushed through the pedicure and didn't clean my cuticles and the coloring was just sloppy. Told me it was 35 and then said no it's 40 because I had to remove the color from previous pedicure. And the one thing that got me is the sanitation. She used the pumice stone that was covered with other client's dead skin. Yes .. disgusting !! And there were so many non customer in the salon, chit chatting, loudly laughing and being rude. Go somewhere else. read more

I have been going there for a very long time. Enough is enough. Last time l chose the upgraded service at 50.00, expecting callus removal to be included. The tech was very tough, stabbed me, cut my nails incorrectly causing an ingrown toenail. The calluses were not removed. The massage was very painful, l asked her to stop numerous times, she cut my toenails again. In the end l paid and left after more than a half hour, It will be a very long time before l return. I should have listened to my friend who had also stopped going there due to poor service. read more

Not only is this place overly expensive the fact that I got a pedicure and the lady was taking off the gel nail polish off my toes practically sod down my whole nails made me scream! I would definitely not recommend this crappy nail salon. I don't care what people say about the happy feet. It's horrible. Their pedicures are terrible. !!! Find somewhere else to get your nails done. and my best friend got a full set and they look horrible !! I'm doing a review on yelp read more

Saigon Nails Spa - Terrible work! - Nail Salons Near Me - Green Valley, Arizona

Salon is cluttered, disorganized, and dusty. My mom was told she was done before her mani dried and got messed up in the car. When we returned they rushed to " fix" they quickly redid the messed up ones and put them under the lamp to dry.. mind you it was not a gel mani. Tech who "fixed" them didn't even come back to check if they were dry or better, she hid in the back while we waited for them to dry which took forever because the top coat was too thick. Her nails are different lengths and shapes and the polish is a wrinkled texture due to the thick topcoat. There was also a water leaking from the roof and just not a good experience. Good location but would not recommend. read more

I had a mani pedi. It was done by a young not real experienced girl I should have said I want someone else but didn't. She cut my nail way too short and cut the cuticle. I can't wear any closed toe shoes I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD read more

I used to be a loyal customer but the last few years the quality of service and cleanliness has really declined. From my experience I would get pedicures and half way through the employees switch to get the new people coming in and I get someone else to complete the job. I also don't think this business should be removing ingrown toe nails, leave that to podiatrists! There was a gentleman a couple chairs down and he let out 3 screams, not sure what that was about but I wanted to run out at that time! I would have if I had paid but I still needed to pay for the very low quality pedicure. The cleanliness is down with small children of employees roaming around putting chewing gum on hands and even vomiting right in front of me. Employees cleaned up with a towel and NO sanitation of anything. I'm not returning. The business seems to want as many customers in but forgets the QUALITY of service. Stations are dirty, floors are dirty. I don't see handwashing between customers. I will drive to Tucson from now on because I want my QUALITY SERVICE OVER CONVENIENCE. read more

Staff is amazing and service is great! I've been going to this salon for 20 years. By far best mani's and pedi's in Sahuarita!!!

Just don't unless you already have a trusted tech. I was a walk in pedi and I'll never go back. Tech dropped nail clippers on ground and picked up and used again. At that point I should have walked out. Now I have a severely cut cuticle and I had to ask her to spray with alcohol...absolutely no sting which means it's watered down. read more

My sister wanted a couple hearts on her nails for valentine's. She showed them the picture, they said they could that that and took her back. Almost done, she asked when they were going to draw the hearts on and they said "oh sorry no one does that here"... This review is based on a recent manicure, which was mediocre. Concerns of cleanliness in this salon, The service tables are in desperate need of a good scrub! Not sure about the sanitation of the tools used. The man (I believe to be the owner) was the nail tech I ended up with. He was not interested in listening to what I was asking of him. I had to ask several times to use the file to even and smooth the edges of my nails, the polish applied ended up being extremely thick and ended up under my nails. I asked for a tool to remove the excess polish - he ignored me. I'm not sure that I'll return to this salon. read more

Called for an appointment, the receptionist replied as if I was stupid because I asked if they provided a service.. I'd never been there. Got to appointment, went to pick a dip color, over half the lids were unmarked. The receptionist shrugged me off. There was no color wheel so I guessed. The nail tech showed me the color but didn't seem to care I wanted something lighter. She didn't want to wait for me, like I waited for her. The color wasn't bad so I let it go. But I won't go back. read more

So!!! I'm so pissed off! I've been going here for a bit and today I called and made an appointment with Tony! He told me to come at 130pm so he can do my fill and pedicure. I got there at 1pm for him to push me on another tech THEN said he would help me after he finishes with his current client. After that he came and finished doing my feet. Then he starts talking to another tech and she comes to look at my nails. I said I have an appointment with Tony and then he pushes me off to her!!!! Not cool!!! Definitely didn't care about his customer! But kept telling me he'll do it next time! Had the nerve to say to tell my husband and son to come and see him! Seriously!?! The rest of the tech there aren't good and don't take the time as they should. I haven't dealt with the younger techs. read more

Paid a lot of $$$ for gel nails. I've always had good luck with gels lasting 4-6 weeks. Not these. Not even 10 days. Had 2 peeling off so I went back. The worst mani pedi I have ever had!!! I asked for callus Removal and she flat out told me no. The polish is all of my cuticles and skin on both my mani and pedi. Between my mani and pedi they took care of another individual and left me to "soak off" I got to the salon at 11am and was not finished until 2:30!! My nail polish on my fingers is not even, parts of the nail are not painted, and the shape of every nail is different. Very sloppy work absolutely not worth the 80 dollars I was charged! I could have done a better job doing my own mani pedi! read more

The young girls are nice.. but the owner (older lady) and the other older lady are rude.. and this is the 4th time I make an appointment and when I get there they say come back later because they are too full.. after saying I made appointment, but they accepted all the walk-in's before my appointment even after I arrived. Hopefully the younger girls can go to another salon and I would follow them. read more

WORST mani/Pedi I have ever received, and that's saying a lot considering I am over 60. It took over 2 hours and even though it was horrible I left because I didn't want to waste more time to have them try and fix anything. My 10 year old granddaughter can paint nails better. Photos included. I now need to make time to go to another salon, pay again and paint the nails again. do yourself a favor...AVOID THIS PLACE. (And yes, the toe nails were just as bad!) read more
