Friendly service and plenty of menu options at this mall eatery. Everything tasted fresh and there were plenty of veggies in my Vermicelli bowl. The shrimp were tasty and I got veggie spring rolls, also tasty. But it's quite pricey for Vietnamese food. My Deluxe Vermicelli Bowl was $20. And my coffee drink was $10. These weren't huge portions so it seemed silly to pay that much for the mall setting and plastic-covered drink. read more

This place was pretty empty for a Friday afternoon. They do have a self service station for any sauces you want. Their chili oil was okay. One thing they do get correct is the fish sauce. 100% delicious ! Spring rolls 7/10: Crispy as it should be!!! Filling wasn't anything special. Fish sauce with it was PERFECT Crispy chicken banh mi 7/10: I think I'm just a lover of anything crispy at this point... The classic banh mi 6/10: Truly nothing special. I felt like it lacked in flavor. Would've loved more pate & Viet mayo on it. Lots of meat in here though. read more

We came here when it opened at 11am and there were a few people but it does get crowded later. Your order at the front and then sit down and wait for your order to be ready (they give a buzzer). I got the deluxe beef (I wish there was tendon and brisket in this but otherwise the broth is very flavorful and delicious). The bowl was about $19. We also got the crispy spring roll to share (comes with 3) - also very good and flavorful. Price is a bit higher than what you would find in philly but it is in a convenient spot in the mall. I would come back! If you venmo or pay cash there is a discount. read more

Conveniently located in the mall- the decor is modern and bright. - tables and floor clean. Fast casual- you order at the register and you get a beeper when the order is ready. I ordered the 3 spring rolls- nothing special- flavor was bland. A bit high priced but you are the mall. The deluxe pho came out and the soup was not too hot temperature - should be boiling. Lots of meats - cut too thick. Soup was great and watered down. $17.95 not worth it. I'll drive to the city to get pho. Won't be back unless the food improves... read more

Still my favorite pho place in the whole area. I especially like when Jason is running the registers--he's the best, most friendly among the whole crew. read more

I ordered banh mi and pho. This is my second time ordering from here where their plastic packaging is flimsy and the soup spills all over everything. Looks like they took the feedback from last DoorDash review to heart and really went out of their way to improve. This is what an order of pho, with extra meat and broth looks like. Thanks a lot. read more

This is currently the only Vietnamese spot in the mall, located upstairs by the food court. It's a canteen style setup--you order at the counter and help yourself to condiments at the self serve station, so don't wait for a server. They'll give you a number and you'll pick up your food when it's ready. I tried the Short Ribs Deluxe Pho and the Banh Mi, both were pretty good, and the short rib portion was huge, I even had to take some home. read more

I came here with a coworker when we had a craving for pho. Since he's Viet and loves pho I trusted his opinion on where to get pho in this area. The place is really cute inside and the staff is very nice. We went with the lunch special where you get two phos + an appetizer for $40. It was a steep price for the food but figured since its in the KOP mall things needed to be pricier. We sat down and waiting for the food to be ready. I got the deluxe pho which contained brisket, steak and beef meatballs. The broth (which is the most important!) was very flavorful and the meat was also plentiful. I feel that some places always skimp on the meat or do an extra charge for more meat/toppings etc. The pork and shrimp pork rolls were perfectly fried and had good flavors. I also got a Thai coffee boba tea to go which was also pricey (~$7). It was pretty good as well. Overall its not the best pho I've had but its pretty decent for the KOP area where there are limited pho options. Would come back again when I get another craving of pho! read more

Perfect food, lovely staff in a little spot. The pho broth is fantastic delicate and delicious. I have loved everything I've had at Saigon eats.. This is a little counter order restaurant in King of Prussia Mall near Dick's Sporting Goods. It's been crowded every time I've gone and I order DoorDash often. I actually love their food. I was not expecting to find the best pho in the burbs at the mall, but it really is! Hubby and I got the pho and the bun bo hue and the broth for each was wonderfully rich in flavor and so comforting during this cold weather. The prices might seem the tiniest bit high but they really do not skimp on the meat, which is clearly good quality. Just writing this review has me craving another bowl! Service was fast, and the restaurant is cute if a bit small and tucked away in the mall. It's okay, though, it can be our little secret :) So glad to have found this place because so much of the pho in the burbs is disappointing! read more

i commend them for putting a vietnamese place in the mall, but the pho wasn't that great. the noodles were wildly overcooked. each time we picked them up with chopsticks, they broke. The noodles became mushy and mealy, which is a disappointment. The bo kho was not too bad. I like they had this option on the menu. Kudos to them for doing that. Speed and price was not bad. If the pho rice noodles wasn't overcooked, I'd give this place 3 stars. read more

I think I've found my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in a mall of all places. The food here is amazing and very authentic. It rivals some of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to including Phô Today in Chinatown/Bridgewater, NJ. Located inside the King of Prussia Mall next to Dick's Sporting Goods, this charming spot offers delicious Vietnamese comfort food--perfect for refueling after a long day of shopping. The ordering process is simple: place your order at the counter, grab a table, and pick up your food when it's ready. A couple of our favorites include: - Bún Bò Huế: A spicy noodle soup with a variety of beef cuts that will warm you up on a chilly day. - Grilled Honey Chicken Bánh Mì: A perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors in a delicious sandwich. They also have lots of other options like summer rolls, pho, vermicelli bowls and drinks. This place is a great option for a quick, tasty meal with comforting, bold flavors! read more

FINALLY! A knock-your-socks-off Vietnamese spot in MontCo!! It's been a while since I searched for good pho nearby; previous searches came up bust. But today? Today, I am sick and today, I was going to have pho, by gum. Now, I *found* Saigon Eats only by chance. Yelp didn't share the listing when I searched for pho. Neither did UberEats, DoorDash, or GrubHub. I never tap on sponsored posts, but my soup needs this evening were visceral and specific, so I took a chance. SCORE! I have a bowl of piping hot pho, its heat and spices helping to clear my sinuses and lungs, and I am content. Now, the pho is magnificent. The broth is absolutely delicious, the Thai basil and veggies are beautifully crisp and fresh. And the care that goes into preparing this meal for home delivery was A+. Every component packed separately so it's just as fresh as it would be in the restaurant. As if this were not enough, my dashing partner and I got other stuff, too! (1) Shrimp summer rolls. SO GOOD. And the peanut dipping sauce that you dunk them in is so tasty I could eat with a spoon. (2) Egg rolls! The guy's favorite, he said they were fantastic. (3) Fried fish balls. So, the jury is still out on these. The flavor is awesome. The Thai chile sauce they come with is GREAT. Lovely heat there. But the texture of the fish balls is... odd. Not BAD, just... odd. (4) Lemongrass Banh Mi. This was the guy's entree. Based on the moaning and delighted cries of "Holy $***, is this good!" just to my right, well, I think we can assume it was a hit (he couldn't stop raving about the quality of the bread, btw). I am so excited! This is just what I wanted and needed, and now we have a terrific new spot on "the short list." read more

We tried Saigon Eats in King of Prussia Mall for lunch. I had the shrimp pho and my love had the deluxe pho. We were not very impressed with the soup base in either one. The amount of soup and ingredients were good though. We also ordered the pork and shrimp rolls. The ingredients were very good, but they were very greasy. I'd try the restaurant again in another 6 months to see if it's gotten any better. read more

Tucked away in a far off corner of KoP mall, this restaurant is *legit*. They've got a bit of everything to accommodate all diners, from kids to adults, those familiar with pho and banh mi, and those who are not. Kids behind the counter were friendly, polite, and quick to bring out food and take care of a mess a customer accidentally created. The lighting is not overly bright, and there was plenty of seating for dining in with my family. I will be back, this is a great stop anytime I'm in the mall, and a great value at that! read more

Woah the service is so fast, food and drink is delicious. Love this place so much. Would recommend for everyone to come here. ‍

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to!! The seats by the kitchen smells like urine. Uncleared tables everywhere with other ppls left overs. We had to clean previous customers plates by ourselves. Pho came out luke warm! I've never had pho with so much msg before. Worst of all. One of the drinks we ordered had ice filled to the brim. 80% ice at least. When I questioned the kitchen staff he had the audacity to say "oh you didn't ask for less ice?!!" Are you kidding me?! You fucked up. Just own up to it! GROSS!! Never recommend this place to anyone. Ruined my day!! read more

I probably shouldn't have expected much in the mall. But the food was just ok and a bit overpriced. The chicken pho was average and you don't get a lot of bean sprouts or basil for it. My husband and I had to split a portion of the add ins with his and my pho. read more

It's hard, very hard in fact, for me to accept that the best pho spot in the Philly area is found in the King of Prussia mall. Undoubtedly a sign of changing times, Saigon Eats offers a delicious bowl of beef pho that's not only as good as what you'd find in South Philly, but better. Having spent my entire life in the Philly area, I've come to accept that asian establishments out in the burbs will mostly offer watered down food options to appeal to a wider clientele. Glad to say that doesn't happen at the largest mall on the East coast. Saigon Eats offers the best pho you can expect to find outside of someone's home of Vietnamese descent. read more

I've eaten here before unfortunately the last time I saw several roaches next to the register which I was disgusted by.

The Pho was honestly alright not the BEST I've had, but pretty decent! The price fine for the meal

I got the deluxe rice dish. It was good except the egg was overcooked and the broken rice did not taste like broken rice. It tasted like regular white rice the kind that you get from Chinese restaurants. read more

Broth in chicken pho (18 for a bowl of pho) tasted like water and not usual tasty Vietnamese pho broth. Bad.

Second time here with the wife. It was super crowded and the cashier seemed overwhelmed and made our food to go instead of dine in. The manager immediately fixed it for here. The Pho here is the best in the area. Has mad flavor and doesn't need anything added to it. It's annoying cause families would come in and hog tables and not eat like they own the place. They should make so you have to order to sit. But the vibe is cool. Would recommend. read more
