I've been to other Ruby Thai in the east coast malls. This one is the best so far. Generous serving, good food, fast service, does not enforce tips on payment!

I was very hungry when I came to this mall. It is located in the food court on the lowest level. The I ordered the lo mein, green beans and non fried shrimp. The shrimp were seasoned well I wanted more! The lo mein and the green beans were good. My favorite is the shrimp for sure! If you want some seasoned non fried shrimp try them out. There was no wait and the service was great.

The name is a bit misleading, it's standard mall Chinese food which I crave here and there. The food hit the spot. I would suggest a better system with ordering, paying and grabbing the food. They had plenty of staff who were directing customers but the signs are confusing, it says to "pay here" on both sides which is not the case. Looks like they make good business. Food is comforting.

Food was very good, and service was prompt with a big smile--very pleasant. Overall, very good food court experience today. This food court is on the Court side of KP in the lower section. Pad Thai is made fresh when it's ordered, so you have to wait for a short while. They will bring it out to your table for your convenience unless you wait for it at the counter. I assume brothy noodle dishes also are made fresh. Rest of the food is served ready-made style like any other Asian fast food or buffet place. It looked like the kitchen replenishes food very efficiently during busy lunch time. I thought serving size was very generous. Though I thought I was very hungry, I could not finish my two entre combo because it was so big, and my wife only ate about a half of her pad Thai. Though she ordered no-heat/mild version, it had some kick to it, she said. Ruby Thai Kitchen meets the stiff competition in this food court since there are at least four other Asian food outfits--teriyaki/bento, sushi, Chinese, poke... Ruby provides solid performance IMHO.

Spent a rainy day at King of Prussia mall, and stopped at one of the multiple food courts. I was looking around at some of the options around here, and Thai Kitchen seemed to give you the biggest bang for your buck! Unfortunately, that was all it had to offer... the food was kinda greasy and it definitely should've never been labeled as Thai food. I ordered the 3 entree combo, with one of my entrees being vegetables. Each combo meal comes with your choice of noodles or fried rice, similar to your typical Chinese take out from a mall. My next entree was Thai Grilled Chicken, which I have no idea what made this dish Thai or not, but it just tasted like grilled chicken with soy sauce. My third entree was the steak and peppers, but the meat did not even taste like steak, and was kind of bouncy. I think this is one of those times when ignorance is bliss, and you don't ask questions. For $10.99 tho, you do get a lot of food, and maybe I just picked some not so great options.

The best recommendations: edamame dumplings, grapefruit lychee martini, scallop & risotto entree, mushroom pad Thai, and the cheesecake. The sushi was extremely fresh and delicious! We ordered many different rolls-- All great. The Pink Lady roll (special) was delicious. Adding a jalapeño inside would have been the perfect balance with the mango. I ordered the shrimp & beef entree, which was marked as spicy but not spicy at all. I wish it had more flavor, but the vegetables stole the show. Would come back!

I asked for a table in a quiet section of the restaurant. They put us with my back to a table of 8 women who laughed, screamed and cackled so loudly that we could barely hear each other. But the food was the worst part. I ordered the Crispy Calamari & Edamame - $19 with a very interesting description. What came to the table were deep fried calamari rings, no different than you'd get at Denny's. I then ordered the Pan Seared Wild Alaskan Halibut - $43 and what arrived at the table was pathetic. I've had Halibut many times and it is moist and separates in large moist flakes. What was on my plate turned into mush when I tried to use my fork. Literal mush, which typically indicates that the fish was many days old, else it would have been flaky. With it being mush, it was disgusting and inedible. After dining at Nectar many, many times over the last 10 years, I'll never go back.

We started with: - Pillow Bread (3 pieces of fried dough, pandan spread, sweet miso butter), which I thought was delicious with either spread or butter; - Crispy Duck (4 bao buns, cucumbers, tamarind hoisin), which had extra-crispy duck, though the tamarind addition to the hoisin slightly dampened the flavor profile; - BBQ Pork Buns (3 steamed pork buns, milk bread), which were great when you got bits of pork, but were generally light on filling. On the recommendation of a diner who had been before, I went with the Drunken Noodles (wide rice noodles, eggs, bell peppers, spicy thai chili basil) + Lump Crab, which was plentiful, but I think I'd have preferred a less overpowering, more traditional protein. I asked for it extra spicy, but it was only slightly spicy.

We were greeted with complimentary mimosas - yum!! The selection was a mix of asian dishes and some more traditional dishes like an omelet. The food was DELICIOUS!! I enjoyed the dumplings, the crude, the short rib, sesame chickens, potatoes, and omelette. We were there for Father's Day so unsure if they had a different menu than usual. The sesame cookie was also delicious. The price was super reasonable compared to brunch buffets I've been too!

This is located in a shopping mall with plenty of parking. The ambiance and decor were very welcoming. The menu has lot of options for everyone. The Lemon grass soup base was good but the chicken in the soup was very hard. The chicken dumpling was perfect and liked a lot. The Thai green curry with chicken and veggies was the best. Rice was cooked perfect too. The wait time for the food was not bad either. If you like Thai food this place must be in your list to try. Prices are okay and on par with other restaurants. The Thai tea with jelly was so yum - the ravioli soap, spring rolls and drunken noodles were also so fresh - I like that vegetables are not overcooked. Definitely inquire about spice levels bc they can bring the SPICE if you ask LOL! I hope to return to try the mango sticky rice which seems to be a favorite. A nice discount is offered if you sign up online - so that is just a sweet bonus. The portions definitely serve 2-3. The customer service and responsiveness here is top notch and my order was corrected. I look forward to a future experience. Thank you.
