I've been to other Ruby Thai in the east coast malls. This one is the best so far. Generous serving, good food, fast service, does not enforce tips on payment!

I was very hungry when I came to this mall. It is located in the food court on the lowest level. The I ordered the lo mein, green beans and non fried shrimp. The shrimp were seasoned well I wanted more! The lo mein and the green beans were good. My favorite is the shrimp for sure! If you want some seasoned non fried shrimp try them out. There was no wait and the service was great.

The name is a bit misleading, it's standard mall Chinese food which I crave here and there. The food hit the spot. I would suggest a better system with ordering, paying and grabbing the food. They had plenty of staff who were directing customers but the signs are confusing, it says to "pay here" on both sides which is not the case. Looks like they make good business. Food is comforting.

Food was very good, and service was prompt with a big smile--very pleasant. Overall, very good food court experience today. This food court is on the Court side of KP in the lower section. Pad Thai is made fresh when it's ordered, so you have to wait for a short while. They will bring it out to your table for your convenience unless you wait for it at the counter. I assume brothy noodle dishes also are made fresh. Rest of the food is served ready-made style like any other Asian fast food or buffet place. It looked like the kitchen replenishes food very efficiently during busy lunch time. I thought serving size was very generous. Though I thought I was very hungry, I could not finish my two entre combo because it was so big, and my wife only ate about a half of her pad Thai. Though she ordered no-heat/mild version, it had some kick to it, she said. Ruby Thai Kitchen meets the stiff competition in this food court since there are at least four other Asian food outfits--teriyaki/bento, sushi, Chinese, poke... Ruby provides solid performance IMHO.

Spent a rainy day at King of Prussia mall, and stopped at one of the multiple food courts. I was looking around at some of the options around here, and Thai Kitchen seemed to give you the biggest bang for your buck! Unfortunately, that was all it had to offer... the food was kinda greasy and it definitely should've never been labeled as Thai food. I ordered the 3 entree combo, with one of my entrees being vegetables. Each combo meal comes with your choice of noodles or fried rice, similar to your typical Chinese take out from a mall. My next entree was Thai Grilled Chicken, which I have no idea what made this dish Thai or not, but it just tasted like grilled chicken with soy sauce. My third entree was the steak and peppers, but the meat did not even taste like steak, and was kind of bouncy. I think this is one of those times when ignorance is bliss, and you don't ask questions. For $10.99 tho, you do get a lot of food, and maybe I just picked some not so great options.

Asking for simple things meant her carrying eating utensils with her bare hands over to the table. Never in any world is it okay to carry straws from the middle of the straw where it will make contact with what you are drinking and give it to patrons to use. She is not well versed on what the restaurant has and seemed to be rushing us. She started taking things from the table before asking if we were done. These things were a first for me and I was shocked. She does not seem attentive or observant which is a huge red flag when it comes to service. She may benefit from additional training. The drinks (without use of the unsanitary straws) were delicious! The food was decent but there are items that I would not get again. If I were to give this place another try, I would hope to get better service from a different server for sure. The restaurant has a cute atmosphere but there are for sure better options in the area. This is okay for good drinks.

I ordered the bibimbap (no onions) per her recommendation and was very satisfied. The meat was flavorful and the rice well cooked. The edamame was a surprisingly large portion sprinkled with flaky salt. The gyoza were nicely pan fried but looked and tasted like the Bibigo frozen dumplings so I think they might use frozen dumplings. All the food came out hot and I was able to take home half for another meal. Kooma is a more expensive place but all the entrees are a decent size. (Not pictured: beef pad Thai and honey chicken). The restaurant and restroom are both very clean. I enjoyed my experience and would go back again.

It gives a tropical/jungle vibe. We all sat at the very nice curved bar and ordered a bunch of drinks and different food items on happy and off the happy hour. I got the lychee martini ($8) which was pretty and good! A bit more of a floral taste from the rose then actual lychee. I also got the $7 sparkling wine which was also good. The happy hour menu is small but has some good items. The salmon crudo and Korean fried chicken bao buns were a hit with our crowd. My coworkers also enjoyed the mussels, mushroom bisque, drunken noodles and seafood curry fried rice. I got a the waygu pho which had a nice broth (even though it was lukewarm) and a decent amount of meat. Pretty good pho but not sure if it was worth the price tag. Overall it was a good time until we had to settle our bill. Some coworkers left and paid their portion but at the end the bartender decided to put the rest on one tab which made paying super confusing. I think next time we will be upfront and set up separate tabs. I would love to come back and try their AYCE dim sum Sunday in the future!

This is located in a shopping mall with plenty of parking. The ambiance and decor were very welcoming. The menu has lot of options for everyone. The Lemon grass soup base was good but the chicken in the soup was very hard. The chicken dumpling was perfect and liked a lot. The Thai green curry with chicken and veggies was the best. Rice was cooked perfect too. The wait time for the food was not bad either. If you like Thai food this place must be in your list to try. Prices are okay and on par with other restaurants. Definitely worth it and party of six and everyone enjoyed our food.

A nice discount is offered if you sign up online - so that is just a sweet bonus. The portions definitely serve 2-3. The customer service and responsiveness here is top notch and my order was corrected. I look forward to a future experience. Thank you.
