These things were a first for me and I was shocked. She does not seem attentive or observant which is a huge red flag when it comes to service. She may benefit from additional training. The drinks (without use of the unsanitary straws) were delicious! The food was decent but there are items that I would not get again. If I were to give this place another try, I would hope to get better service from a different server for sure. The restaurant has a cute atmosphere but there are for sure better options in the area. All the food came out hot and I was able to take home half for another meal. Kooma is a more expensive place but all the entrees are a decent size. (Not pictured: beef pad Thai and honey chicken).
