I've seen this establishment's entire org chart and it's one guy and a trash can with wheels. The Vietnamese coffee and salted cold foam, though? Genuinely incredible. Immaculate. The only reason my card has ever been charged here more than once. I racked up a small fortune in reward points on the strength of that coffee alone -- and then went to redeem them, only to discover the website has apparently also fallen into a noodle-textured crisis and is completely down. So now I have points sitting there like Monopoly money for a bank that closed. Great coffee. Great foam. Genuinely inspired idea for a business.
