I got a brow tint and shape today (Monday) around 1:20pm and it was not very busy since it was a Monday. It was so pretty and clean inside. The owner was working today and she saw me immediately was really friendly and so fast on my brows. Actually this whole experience was the fastest and best brow experience I've ever had! Never felt more confident with my brows and I was in and out. Not to mention the pricing is very very affordable. My brows look beautiful and shaped perfect. The tint is also very natural and not harsh. Will never be visiting another brow spot!

I've been here a couple of times to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. They always look decent. The tint does not last very long, but that's the joy of having oily skin. Knowing I can't wear makeup for my upcoming surgery I decided to get my lashes lifted and tinted. I have decent length lashes that are a dark blonde and I am very particular about removing any makeup to ensure their health. I called the morning of to see if they could get me in and no problem. Halfway through the first eye I noticed the tech talking to the other tech about my lashes.... She started to do the other eye and then started wiping it all off my eye lashes. She then simply said it wasn't working for my lashes and to come back for her owner to try. Ok.... That's fine. I rinsed off my eyelashes more when I got in the car because they felt strange, kept all makeup away from my eyes for 24 hours etc. Today I went to get ready for work and my lashes are visibly shorter and straight as an arrow...... Eyebrow threading they are decent. Other services I now don't trust. read more

OMG! I love my permed lashes so much, I am telling everybody about it. I can't do eyelash extensions because my eyes are so sensitive, so I resorted to an eyelash perm and I am so glad I did. Staff is wonderful, Karen made me feel secure and made me feel comfortable. She definitely wanted to guarantee that I was happy. I will for sure be going back in a couple months for my lash perm!!! read more

I am so so careful with my brows. I've tried benefit brow bars in Newport and South Coast Plaza and they charge so much for mediocre results. But this place! Not only is it affordable but Karen did such an amazing job and was so fast (eyebrow threading literally 5 mins). My first visit of many to come in the future I am beyond excited to say I've finally found someone I can trust with my brows!!! read more

I urge you to do your research before choosing a microblading "artist". I made the mistake of coming here because the price was SO CHEAP! I regret it so much! I had 1 initial visit plus 2 touch ups and my eyebrows are MESSED UP! I literally have one tatted eyebrow and 1 eyebrow that's not even tatted. I keep texting Karen to fix them but now she's ignoring me. Do yourself a favor, don't come here. She charges dirt cheap for a reason. Go elsewhere, see before and after pics. Make sure you're getting quality work. Now I have to get my BOTCHED eyebrows fixed by another artist. Message me privately and I can show you pictures. read more

I was excited to find this beautiful salon but unfortunately I wasn't able to get their services because the staff does not wear masks. Not even face shields. I don't feel comfortable with someone that close to my face while having zero protection. So I went to magical brows threading studio .2 miles away and had fantastic, covid safe, service. They did have hand sanitizer at the door, but that isn't enough for me. read more

Updating my review because i am NEVER going to another thread salon again! I have officially found my spot. Karen has taken over and i am obsessed with her work. Many artists have threaded my eyebrows way too thin, or if they are able to keep hair, they don't know how to work with my hair and find a shape. And i don't blame them, my eyebrows have a weird way of growing. Karen was able to do that. She spent time to find my brows' shape and angles. This place is fabulous. I've been coming for about six months and the service is excellent. Swati is such a beautiful person all around. New lashes $80 for Classic and fills $65 every two to three weeks. She really tries to work with your schedule. Also they are great for microblading for $250 first time and $50 for followup. read more

My daughter has been going here for some time (pretty much from when they first opened and she was a high school student), but our last two visits were extremely disappointing. Last visit she got her eyebrows threaded and some waxing done. We saw that there was a student discount, but she happened to not have her college student ID on her. Kiran knows she's a student but refused to honor the student discount. Okay, fine, whatever. Today we went in for my daughter to get her underarms waxed and she BROUGHT her student ID with her this time. Well, this time they said the 15% student discount is for eyebrows only. OMG. Seriously? Where does it even say that on their signs?? Seriously bad customer service to lose a customer over a measly couple bucks. And to top it off, she walked out with all this sticky stuff/residue still under her arms. Will definitely not be going back here again!!! read more

UPDATED REVIEW: I've been coming to this place since they've been opened and have always been serviced by Paru. I recently went in for my regular wax and came to find out this place is under new management. WHAT?! I was nervous because I've only ever trusted paru with my waxing. HOWEVER, I decided to go worth with my waxing because I wasn't going to go to a new place. Okay, let me tell you. I was slightly nervous because there is a new gal running the store and I normally don't trust new people with my waxing, but this has been THE BEST waxing experience ever. I love paru and all she's done over the years. But the new manager, Karen, knows what she is doing I left from my Brazilian wax without pain. She did such an amazing job! I came in nervous, left feeling super happy and satisfied. This place is definitely a MUST come. Try it out. You won't be disappointed read more

Saw a groupon deal online so I thought it was a good deal. Called and no one pick up. Went in person and the place was dark until you walked in and all lights will lit up. No one in sight, but a minute later, someone came out said gave her 2 mins. Ok. Waited for a bit since it has good review, I thought I went for it and wait. I asked for threading service. During the service, I felt very rush. There was another customer waiting. Happy with my threading but I'm not happy when she picked up the tissue she was using to wiped my face with on the floor. ON THE FLOOR and re wiped my face with it. Yuck That's a big no. Nonethess, tipped her and wish her luck since I'm not coming back. read more

Happened to stumble across this place on accident because I usually go down the street to another location. However, it was Friday evening and to my surprise the other location closed at 6 and I arrived at 6:10. So I left and was driving towards the freeway when I saw Sai Eyebrow Threading. I had made a bad review awhile back about Sai Eyebrow Threading. I needed my eyebrows done asap for a wedding so I decided to give Sai Eyebrow Threading a try once again. I got the lady named Tina again. Tina is so rough with my skin and irritates it so much. She made my eyebrow bleed and I had a HUGE scab on my face for the wedding. I left a review about Tina before and i was expecting at least some kind of improvement since it's been 7 months but no. She has not changed. read more
