Sagewood Technology Group was built to help businesses make smarter decisions across IT, telecommunications, and utilities. As these industries became more complex and fragmented, many organizations found themselves overpaying, under-supported, and managing too many vendors.
Sagewood was created to simplify that process. Starting in telecom, the company has expanded into a full-service advisory firm supporting internet, cloud, SaaS, AI, and utility cost optimization.
Today, Sagewood works with organizations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico to reduce costs, improve performance, and streamline vendor management through a vendor-neutral, outcome-focused approach.

Meet the Business Owner: Amy C.
Amy Cline is Co-Founder and President of Sagewood Technology Group. She began her career in telecommunications in 1999, quickly rising into a lead role supporting large-scale deployments—including a nationwide rollout across hundreds of Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties. Early in her career, she negotiated and implemented over $1.8M in annual revenue and later developed a product that generated more than $1M annually.
Recognizing that no single provider could meet every client’s needs, Amy co-founded Sagewood in 2004 with her father, Ray Cline. Together, they built the company on a simple principle: leave every business better than you found it.
Today, Amy leads Sagewood with a focus on helping clients reduce costs, simplify decisions, and find the right solutions—without the noise, pressure, or bias of traditional sales channels.
