I asked three times for help and was told the "person in the back" needed to help me. This person never showed. There were three staff in the store while I was there. One was with two women and another sitting at a table chatting on the phone and the third standing at the front not helping anyone or acknowledging costumers. This person told me they had to be at the front of the store to greet costumers. I waited fifteen minutes- no other costumers walked in and I asked for help again from the "greeter". This person did not want to give me their name because they said I would "bad-mouth" them. After a while, they told me their name was Alex.
