I ordered the Kabash meat and the Zurbian meat. I know one of them is lamb and the other, I think is beef. I was not expecting the plates to be 5lbs each! The portions were HUGE! The texture of the meat is so tender and both will give you a mouth full of flavor! It's is one of a kind FOR SURE! Both dishes were so colorful and the spicy sauce and yogurt goes hand in hand with each other! The desserts were outstanding! The cake-like dessert was sweet but not overpowering! I think it has cassava in it if I'm not mistaken. The flan looking dessert seemed like a hybrid between a flan and a cheesecake.
