I was left in tears after many calls to this location trying to track down a rx I had set up for delivery a week ago..a delivery that was still sitting in their location. Unbelievable. Alot of "it's not our fault you decided to have it delivered and it was never done. Not our issue". I am not able to pick it up and that is why I paid for delivery. My dad died very recently and this back and forth with walgreens over medication that I cannot be without had me in tears...more than tears. I asked for a manager thinking it was my only possible hope for some compassion..Ha! A guy with a very strong accent came on the line. I could tell instantly this was going to be another disappointment. After explaining myself again he put the phone down and to my absolute disbelief I could hear him complaining about me while telling someone that he doesn't have to do any of this for me. I think he either thought he muted the phone or that I couldn't hear him...but this just made things even worse. I am so sick to my stomach right now...I've got a call into the corporate office. Basically, this place is a fancier looking Wallgreen's. But carries usually a similar set of items you expect regardless. To my surprise though, theu did have Halloween stuff already out. Maybe it is because I am a goblin, but made me feel represented. They did have Snapple Elements in stock, have not seen them forever and a day. And the lass was helpful for what I needed. Overall, though, this place is barren.

My old job unfortunately had a health plan that required me to use CVS, and every time I've had the displeasure of coming to this location, the pharmacists were unkind and unhelpful every single time. They also seem to be confused on how to do their job- my doctor sent in a prescription, and this CVS said they never received it. They told me to call my doctor to sort it out. After calling my doctor, they said they DID send the prescription to this location and to check back with CVS. I called CVS again, and they still claimed that my doctor didn't send it in. I repeated calling my doctor, which they said again that they were 100% sure they sent the prescription to this CVS location. I was tired of playing phone tag with everyone, so I stood my ground and kept saying my doctor DID send my prescription and to please check again. After another minute or so, CVS magically found my prescription in their system somehow. Multiple times, CVS sent messages saying my prescription was ready and when I pulled up, my medication was not ready and I was told to come back later. Sometimes I'd try calling CVS in advance to make sure my medication was actually ready to be picked up, and I would be on hold for well over an hour. I truly don't know why these pharmacists force themselves to do this job when they're seemingly miserable and would rather do anything else. I'm so happy I have a new job that doesn't require me to use CVS, I'm finally freeeeeeee! So yeah, go anywhere else for prescriptions if you can.

I go to Sam's Club often because I like to buy things in bulk. I also like the tire service here…read morebecause they have good deals and tire rotation is free for the life of the tires. You also can't beat the price of gas, and this is where I always fill up. The gas prices alone are worth the price of membership. I also really love the pizza and frozen yogurt- $2 for a slice or 2.50 for a slice and a drink. Or 1.50 for a hot dog and a drink. After a long day of shopping its nice to stop in the Cafe and grab some dinner before heading home.

I received no callback about an emergency prescription request, even after choosing the callback request, so I went in myself, just to have rude interactions with the pharmacists, pharmacists switching in between my explanations and giving me completely different answers as to what would be able to be provided for me, until the head pharmacist finally came out of the back and answered my questions but then had me wait another 20 to 30 minutes to get my prescription that was marked "already filled" on my account. Not to mention the other pharmacist who said she already had it filled, then went to help other patrons while yelling out personal information LOUDLY for everyone in the 10+ person deep line to hear. This is not the only CVS pharmacy that I have had qualms with either. This was the last nail in the coffin. We will be switching all of our pharmacy needs to King Soopers Pharmacy and will not be returning to CVS pharmacy anymore.

So due to their original mistake my fiancé had been contacting this Walgreens pharmacy (our home pharmacy) to remedy the solution. He was reassured that they would make it right and was promised the medication today and promised call backs to provide him with updates throughout the day. He ended up having 8 calls to the pharmacy throughout the day to get updates and ensure he would get his critical medication today. We ended up just showing up at the pharmacy at 730pm when they had ensured that the prescription would be ready by the time they closed, 2 hours prior. Not only was the prescription, not ready, but they refused to give my fiancé an emergency dose of the medication to get him through till the next day. We emphasized that this medication is for a life-threatening condition. All we got as a response, from the desk lady while the pharmacist gawked at us from afar, was that the manager would be available in the morning and that it was 8pm and we cannot help you, sorry as they closed the door on us. It is extremely disheartening that some people don't have some more humanity and compassion.
