They could not find the order and I stood there for 45 minutes before I went to the counter and asked about my order. They NEVER found it. I had to leave and go to another pharmacy. read more

Don't bother calling ahead, a "virtual assistant" will answer your call and it's utterly useless if you have an inquiry more complex than "refill prescription" and hangs up on you. Won't even let me leave a voicemail for the pharmacist to call me back. There's no other option than to show up in person. read more

I scheduled a flu shot at this location but after waiting 30-minutes in line I was turned away because there's no one there to give it. Please someone tell me how could I be allowed to schedule an appointment at this location, if they are not providing this service? Of course it's all online with no one to speak to. Oh man. Where do I begin? I wish Yelp would allow ZERO STARS. Went here on Thursday after major surgery. Waited two hours in line since only one person was working (the pharmacist). She was filling prescriptions one by one with each customer. Working very slow and didn't communicate with the line at all. I did call before heading to cvs but was on hold for 20 minutes. So I decided to just get there. When it was 2 customers ahead of me , a register shut down. This took a long time to fix. She handed out medicine to people (with pick ups) without charging them and wrote on a piece of paper how much they owed. Probably illegal. When it was finally my turn, she said she isn't filling prescriptions right now. Just issuing pick ups and will fill later. I asked how long since it's already been two hour wait in line. She said about an hour. I didn't believe her since the line had 10 people and figured I'd just head home. Mind you, I just had major surgery so I called my doctor to send it to kings soopers. My doctor said she has many patients complain about CVS in Colorado. I just moved here so I had no idea. King Soopers filled it in 20 minutes! I switched pharmacies and will never ever go to a cvs again. Update: prescription was completed TWO DAYS LATER. Even though they said "it'll be an hour" HAHA. Stay away. STAY AWAY FROM CVS. I hope corporate gets involved. read more

- If you need RXs filled that day (i.e. an antibiotic) be prepared to wait for a looong time (over 24 hours) to have them filled. I have had luck using the chat feature on the mobile app to get RXs finally filled after several days. -Average wait times in line for me, personally, have been upward of about 2--30 minutes on a weekday afternoon. -My last Rx for an ear infection was underfilled by 7 pills - didn't realize it until I only had one day left of dose on a ten day RX from my Doc. -I have witnessed several people turned away as their shipment of RXs for the day did not contain what the patient needs. -Would 100% choose Walgreens over CVS if my insurance didn't mandate that I use CVS. My advice is to utilize mobile chat, keep an eye on the site / app as your RX's will flip to "ready to pickup", and be prepared to wait. The staff are usually friendly and are working hard to try to get caught up, but CVS as a corporation needs to get this location together. read more

waited over an hour on hold. Third CVS pharmacy that this has happened. I spoke to corporate 4 months ago. At the very least allow customers to leave a voicemail rather than letting them hang on hold. I hung up and called again, and after 20 minutes I gave up. I seriously considered pressing one for doctors and or their office. Not everyone can drop everything and go to the pharmacy but apparently that is the only choice. Don't go here. The pharmacist does not care about anyone's health or providing good customer service. Took 3 weeks of stringing us along and my son going to the ER before we were told they didn't have his medicine and pick it up at another location. Honestly, they didn't even order it and just kept telling us to come back in 2 days. Hasn't been filling our medicine with the correct dosage. Called our old doctor in GA for a refilled. When I called then to ask why they are not refilling with the new prescription from the new doctor in CO, the only explanation I got was, we lost it. So they lost 2 prescriptions sent in in May and July! Always a line. They will have one person working the counter with a line while 5 other people ignoring customers. I changed pharmacy! read more

They do not answer their phone or update the cvs app so you're pretty much completely in the dark on what's going on with your prescription. you will be out on hold for an hour, to where you have to go in to fix whatever issue you have, but then when you go in there the pharmacists are always severely condescending and rude, never exactly willing to help you out and are just waiting to get to the next customer. and i get it. it's just not the way to do customer service read more

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE I have been with them about 6 months and it's literally impossible to get them on the phone if you have an issue. I called Target yesterday to try to get them to HAND them the phone and even the Target employee switched pharmacies because it's so bad. Imagine switching pharmacies when they're in the same building that you work, that's how bad it is!! They don't fill prescriptions when they're due. Recently I had to wait a week just for my prescription to be filled. I'm literally out of my medicine and currently standing in a line of 15 people waiting for my prescriptions because I have no other choice after waiting so long for them to be filled. I'm switching pharmacies ASAP, just hoping if anyone reads this they can avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for about 2 years now. I was here yesterday to pick up a prescription for nausea and o e other thing. I have new insurance, so I thought I could just hand my new insurance card to the pharmacy attendant and pick up a couple of items and come back. Instead, she tried to process it and told me that, once again, it was coming back as inactive. I was literally feeling like puking, so I asked her to call the number and find out what the problem was? And she did. I can't believe how hard she and the pharmacist worked to advocate for me, especially when they had a staggering number of people there to pick up prescriptions and all of these calls coming in and no one answering them. In the end, I said, just fill them and I'll pay for it, but one prescription alone was $120.00. They found a substitute prescription for me that cost $18.00. Amazing customer service from a pharmacy that was vastly understaffed. read more

This pharmacy has messed up my insulin prescriptions multiple times despite me calling and them allegedly "fixing" the issue. Last time I called the pharmacist clearly didn't understand type 1 diabetes or how much insulin comes in a vial. Seriously don't walk, RUN from this place especially if you have something that causes you to need multiple prescriptions on a regular basis. read more

First time using, will never use again. Do not use this pharmacy if you actually want your prescription filled in a timely manner. My doctor called in my prescriptions, one for nausea that needed to be filled the same day, that was Monday. I called to get a pickup time, was on hold for 12 minutes just waiting for someone to answer. When she did, she said she didn't have the order, maybe the doctor just didn't call it in. Rude. I couldn't call the next day but the day after, Wednesday, I did call, waited 30 minutes for someone to answer and finally hung up. The next day, Thursday, I called and waited 17 minutes for an answer. They told me they filled my prescriptions on Monday but since my doctor only sent my email address they couldn't notify me because they don't email. WTF so I told him they are very rude and should've done something to be able to notify me. He said they're too busy for that. The next day I went to pick up my order, the nausea medicine was completely unnecessary at this point. They told me they made an executive decision to cancel my prescriptions because of our previous conversation. Sounds like a bunch of unorganized cru baby sallies working there that can't handle a little truth and are in serious need of customer service training. read more

We come here every fall to get our flu shots. The pharmacist and staff are always very friendly so five stars for that. Beware of the auto refill program! First, you will get endless annoying texts and it is somehow impossible to get your number removed from the list. I have submitted several requests to have my number removed and/or change my contact preferences to no avail. Although that is probably more of a CVS corporate issue, I thought I'd mention it. With this pharmacy in particular, I have a medicine that I take daily registered as "auto refill." When my prescription ran down to zero refills here, I chose to take my new paper prescription to a different pharmacy to get away from the text madness. When to went to fill my paper prescription at Walgreen's, I found out that they had sent in an electronic request to my doctor for a new prescription (same medicine) without my knowledge or consent. I find this totally unacceptable and when I called to sort out the situation, the staff member was polite but really unapologetic. read more

This pharmacy at this location has got to be hands down THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They keep sending me a text to tell me I have a prescription that needs to be picked up when their is nothing there to be picked up so when I show up to get it they say they have nothing for me. I work 75 to 80 hours a week so it's extremely hard for me to get there and to have them be all f@#*ing stupid and not have anything not only wastes my time but really pisses me off. Then when I call in a refill they don't even bother to text me. They really do need to pull their head out of their a**.
