Today, I was back at Walgreens as a favor for my daughter and feel the bar was lowered even for them. Lines are long and slow, staff is rude, prescriptions are not ready within timelines promised, pricing is exorbitant and does not match pricing in their own app(!), and full prescriptions are not dispensed causing great headaches with insurance. If you have ANY choice or any other option, drive or walk somewhere else and save yourself time, money, and frustration!!

The pharmacy staff are all very knowledgeable of medications and pricing. I also must say I appreciate that they utilized the CharityRX card that helped me save $72 on my prescription today. I would recommend this Walgreens store anytime for great service, and help. Also I lll share the card they accept to help save on your prescriptions. Works with insurance so even if you have insurance still use the card. That way you are getting your maximum amount of savings.

After waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for 20 minutes, I got to the window and they told me they had lost my prescription and it would be another hour. How do you lose someone's medications?! Especially after calling to confirm they'd be ready less than two hours before? I eventually got them but that was the first and last time I'll use this pharmacy. Super unprofessional, absolutely zero urgency, and the customer service was mediocre at best. Definitely look else where if you're needing a prescription filled.
