Unfortunately more often than not, I am met with staff at this location that would rather talk and hang out with eachother while being on their phones and act like customers are rude for interrupting their conversation. I went in one day to grab some underwear for my husband and all of the ones he wears are locked up and you have to ask an associate to help you in order to get them out from behind the locked space. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to come because out of all the associates, only one of them had a key. When the associate with a key came to unlock it for us, they put it in a portable locked plastic box that had to be unlocked in order for us to purchase it once we made our way to the front. It's uncomfortable to be treated like a criminal when you're just trying to shop and not to mention frustrating to wait fifteen minutes just to grab something that has not been purchased yet. We went to the self checkout eventually and we were met with a different associate who was working the self checkout and kept watching us checkout as if to see if we were going to steal something. I don't remember what comment was made, but I made one to the associate because I felt upset and uncomfortable about the whole situation to which their reply was I'm just making sure. The fact that the employees are acting that way is enough to make me not want to return, at least to this location. There are security guards there to check receipts, which I absolutely understand. But it is not their job to make customers feel uncomfortable when they are trying to shop and to make them feel like they are a burden for asking for help. So after they made that comment, I was done checking out, but I couldn't pay yet because I was waiting for another associate that the checkout associate called at the beginning of the checkout process to come unlock the portable plastic box with my husbands underwear. I was standing there waiting at the checkout for another ten minutes and ended up asking the checkout associate if the person with the key to the box was coming so I could finish checking out. The associate told me they are working on it and they had an attitude about it. I waited another five minutes after that before someone finally came with a key. I was debating on just leaving everything I scanned there and walking out. I don't know what is going on with this location and I'm not normally the one to go out of my way to leave reviews, but for anyone reading this, what are your thoughts on this situation? read more

This is a very good Walmart Supercenter. The staff is extremely friendly and the store is very clean; like most Walmart locations, this store has all of your shopping needs. This is my favorite Walmart to frequent in the Colorado Springs area, if you are in East Colorado Springs this is the Walmart to visit. read more

Only one side of self check out is open we came in on a Saturday afternoon. This is crazy for someone who has 30+ of items! When going though self check they make you feel like a criminal when every time you go though the associate has to scan there card. King supers across the street is better then this place now days. read more

The Falcon Wall Mart is the worst store ever. I have complained about dented cans and open packages being put on the shelf. One day I wasn't paying attention and just grabbed a can of Tomato Soup. When I opened it the soup at the bottom the soup was all black then I noticed the can was terrible dented. I thew out all the soup, what if this had been a kid at home alone. I filed a complaint about this and Jared assured me that this was not supposed to be happening, Jared said that he would talk with his stocking team to make sure this was addressed. Since then, I check EVERY can I purchase at Falcon Wall Mart. Just yesterday I went through 15 cans of chili before I could find 4 that were not dented. I think I'm done I will not spend my hard-earned money at the Falcon Wall Mart, I will go across the street to King Soopers I will pay a few cents more on product but I won't have to worry about jeopardizing my health. read more

The automotive oil change people are extremely slow. I hour minimum per oil change. Go extremely early when the open.

My son was so thrilled to get a Nintendo card for 50$ from here and he was so excited he scratched off the back too much that we couldn't read the numbers, we went right back with the receipt as he was sobbing about it and they couldn't care less no refund no anything from customer service. The staff Member in electronics goes by the name of Sherry is full of drama loves to tell everybody's business and talk about you when you are not around, I was working for the store and the head manager I believe his name is Donnie asked for me to be moved from his store because I had three Returns out of the 60 I made on cell phones and may I mention I received a Walmart pin for my great customer service LOL go figure read more

This Walmart is not as nice as the one on Powers/woodmen. Very dark and dingy looking for a store only 1-2 yrs old. Feels like you are walking around a big garage and hate it when the lights go on and off according to the sun outside. If this is a "green" building, I want another co.or building! Does not carry as much selection as the other Walmart store,and the "associates" are no where near as nice and pleasant. Wish they would put this Walmart on Powers and that store here! read more

Ever time I am in this store, the employees are so helpful and friendly. Today was no exception. We were looking for snow markers in the home and garden section and the employee said they were in automotive. He walked us all the way to the back of the store to personally show us. When we got home, we realized we forgot to get our money after checkout (we had requested $60 over our grocery bill). My husband called the store and they had it. Thank you to all of the employees at Walmart!! You guys are wonderful!!! read more

It's always got something going on that's not totally professional. Staff shouldn't gossip about hours and managers while checking out customers. There's usually opened products or used products depending on what you're looking for. They're not always stocked or they get upset because you ask for something that they don't have. sometimes depending on who checks you out can be rude, annoying, grumpy or sometimes nice. The thing I don't like is when the cashier puts their hands on the scale when they weigh the produce. They know what they are doing. Or, when they scan something more than once charging you more... I just wanted to give a shout out to the Walmart grocery pick up crew. This was my 3rd experience at the Falcon store pick up and each and every time its a great experience. I had very friendly service today from Jonathan, he made sure to go over the substitutions, checked the bread items which one had to be replaced and made sure he asked if I wanted to check the produce. Sometimes it is hard to find the kind of customer service that I have always provided in my positions so when I do experience it I like to acknowledge it. I went in to this Walmart this morning at around 8:30 am to pick up one of those rug doctor vacuums which is located at the money services/guest services area. I was focused on carrying my newborn and trying to get the vacuum payed for and situated with the cleaning solution. I asked the lady, and older lady, if I could pay for the product with her. She was kind of rude and seemed like she didn't care to help me. I politely asked how her day was while trying to pay for the cleaning supplies and she snapped at me saying that she wasn't going to talk to me since I ignored her before. I did not know this worker was trying to talk to me, as it was in the morning and I was focused on what I needed to get. This was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience and I was extremely confused as to why this employee was being nasty to me. It makes me not want to go to an establishment with unprofessional and rude employees. read more

This is, hands down, the nicest Walmart I have ever stepped foot in. Not only was the store clean and well-organized but the associates are all very kind and helpful. Cory, the assistant manager, was especially helpful on our hunt for a particular item. Ralph, our checker, was fun to chat with on our way out. I am so surprised that this location only has 3 stars. This Walmart seems to be constantly out of things. Yesterday I went to buy red potatoes and a five pound bag of russet potatoes. No potatoes what so ever, none, zero. There have been many time where I've wanted to purchase something, but the shelf spot for the item is empty. It seems as if this Walmart is going downhill fast. read more

Hard to find what you're in need of sometimes due to it being sold out. I highly recommend NEVER ordering a cake here. Lazy decorators in my opinion. I requested cupcakes that looked like the display. When I went to pick them up they looked like my 3 year old frosted them (not professional at all). I had to request they redo them, too embarrassing to serve at a party. The lady quoted me the wrong price then blamed me (despite that I clarified with her and showed her what I wrote in my notes the day I ordered). Another cake was ordered to have poka dots made of fondant. When I picked up the cake I discovered they frosted the dots with a piping bag and it looked awful (nothing like the picture which had fondant dots and looked like clean work). If not for the friendly service in the store (excluding the bakery obviously) I would rate this store a lot lower. read more

If I could give them 0 stars today I would. I looked up some patio seat cushions online that were supposedly a store item. On the website they were listed as a set of 2 for $15 it also listed them as being a store item as a set of 2 for $15. When I got to the store and purchased them I noticed that they charged me 15 dollars each for the cushions. When I took my phone with the ad and my receipt to customer service they simply stated that if they were not wrapped together as a set of two then they were not a set of 2 and that the website must have been inaccurate. I showed them the picture and explained to them that they were the exact same thing and the best they could do is offer to mosey on back to the garden center to see if they had any more but that if they were packaged together they were a set. Do NOT use their pharmacy. BAD Service, wrong prescription, long waits, and the "pharmacy associates" ha, I think their only qualification is they have to have a heartbeat. One lady simply walked away from the register WHILE I was trying to get my prescription. What Happened?? I stood and waited and finally asked - "Oh She went to lunch". Honestly, the lady just walked away from my transaction BECAUSE it was lunch time. Man. They really don't care. The poor folks that they hire there are lucky to have a job - BUT NOT GIVING ME DRUGS THAT CAN BE THE WRONG DOSE OR EVEN FATAL. Luckily I checked on one drug that did not look right, and sure enough it was wrong, and one side effect is suicide. Then on top of all this, just about every other time they don't have enough of the drug to fill my prescription. REALLY, a Wal Mart "SUPER" Store does not have a month's supply of a very common drug I get every month? They clearly are running that place on a very thin margin and it is the customers who suffer. If it was not so critical to my health, no big deal. But these mistakes can be deadly. And when then don't have enough to fill my prescript, then I have to make another 40 mile round trip. But just ask the lady that walked away if she cares! That's the problem They Do Not Care. Honestly, go to the other pharmacies that are 1-2 minutes away - RUN BY PROFESSIONALS. I like using this Wal-Mart as it's kept clean, has a tire/automotive center, and sells rifles/ammunition. The employees are always friendly and very knowledgable. The only reason I have given this Wal-Mart a 4 STAR is because they're out of many items I need when I need them. We're talking simple things like dog food, potatoes, jalapenos, bread, coffee, cooking oil, and other things that should be kept stocked. read more

I gave a one star rating, but would have given a zero if available. This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. You know all those negative comments and jokes you hear about Walmart, well go to this store to verify that most would be true. It is dark and dirty, not well stocked, expired produce and managers that don't care about their departments. The pharmacy is always in a total state of confusion, to the point of misplaced scripts! I like going to this Walmart because it is clean and generally pleasant to go shopping in. The cashier though are terrible. The cashier told my mother who has a bad back to "get that dog food and put it in the cart" then proceeded to give us a hard time when she asked if we want to donate our change and we said no she became even ruder and said seriously you don't want to donate your change. I am very tired of every time I go to the store I am asked to round up my change and donate to something at the register then there are people outside asking for another donation. read more

I shop this store all the time, for everything. I've used the automotive department in the past and was satisfied with the friendly staff and service. HOWEVER; yesterday was a little different....I went to the auto dept for an oil change, the staff was friendly as usual, and they took my car right in. I was disappointed that it took an hour and a half (5:04pm - 6:27pm per my receipt) to do a simple oil change & replace the air filter (their suggestion). I was even more annoyed to find that instead of there being a paper mat on the floor (that protects it from shop dirt/grease), I now have a fresh smear of black grease that goes from the inside edge of the door and across my tan floor mat. Gee THANKS. They also did not replace the sticker in the upper left windshield to remind me when/where to have my oil changed again. I'll take that as a message that you do not want my business or money in that dept again. read more
