STORE. ...wanna know why? ...maybe hear my story a little, and hear what happened to me yesterday morning, you'll either understand or disagree, which you have all rights to choose either. Worst case scenario: you spent 5 minutes or less reading a real recent review of a clothing store. I hope this helps at least one person. STORY TIME: This 'clothing store' had a couple cute things I've bought in the past, and before yesterday, I had NEVER seen them completely deny all clothes from ANYONE. I've watched more than two homeless people come in and all their old, dirty, wrinkly clothes were accepted. The last time I came in, my Mom had come in with maybe 12 pairs of Hollister or Abercrombie or BKE (ALL good name brands and ALL clean) jeans all brand new never worn, and the human at the counter didn't take any of them, not even the ones that still had the tags on them. Why? Oh, they told my Mother that *every* pair she had brought in 'aren't stylish anymore'. Yeah, um, I'm gonna leave it at that. BUT, YESTERDAY MY DUMB AS* tried to give them a second chance after they completely disrespected my mom in a line full of customers. OK, SO, I've bought things in the past two years since they opened. I was actually one of their *very first customers* when they opened their store two summers ago. (40$ super old D&B Wallet, 28$ old pair of Vans sneakers, etc.) In the last year especially, I know it's been a financial struggle to survive for literally almost everybody on Earth. Obviously, including me. If you love your clothes and take care of them, you are just like me. I love cute (and sometimes very expensive) clothes. It is my weakness and downfall, probably always will be. I love my favorite name brands and the items from their collections or fashion lines. That's why I take damn good care of my things and honestly it's REALLY hard for me to get rid of the really nice stuff I never really wore because I didn't want to mess it up. On that note; I have accumulated so many beautiful things over the years that simply don't fit me anymore, but STILL look and feel BRAND SPANKING NEW. Yesterday morning I walked in (was not greeted) and it looked like they had just about finished a homeless lady's 3 black trash bags stuffed full of damp and dirty looking stuff. A girl comes up to me and takes my bag of beloved items and says she will call me up in 20-30 minutes and give me an estimate or what they will or won't take. About 7 minutes later, I hear her call me up to the counter. I happily walk up; because I had started a dressing room and was getting ready to try some jeans on and actually buy stuff. The girl told me "Ummm Yeeah we just can't accept any of these items because of their quality". I think my eyes almost popped out of my skulll. "Umm, Yeahhh. Can you simply show me even one item that your store wouldn't accept because 'of their quality'?" I asked with curiosity. She pulls out a black/grey/blue snakeskin printed silky tank top. "This one." She says. "What's wrong with it?" I asked. She said "The print, we just wouldn't sell that here." She snapped at me while chewing her gum. "So, you're telling me, you guys cannot or do not sell anything that looks like snake skin?" She stayed SILENT. I pulled out a lavdender dress with lace at the top that had never been worn before. I asked her, "What about this one? can you tell me what's wrong with this one?" She just stared at me. Then she stared at the dress anf started going inch by inch over the whole thing, doesn't find anything wrong, so she looks at the tag. "Oh, we don't sell 'No Boundaries" here." She snarled at me. "So, you're telling me that if that tag wasn't there, you would take it?" At this point a very face pierced person with hot pink eye shadow came in and said that I had to leave. When I got into the car, I looked in the bag and noticed, more than half of the clothes were still folded and put the same way I had left them. I had a pair of 'Miss Me' jeans & a pair of 'Rock 'n' Revival' jeans that she obviously hadn't even seen or unfolded. She didn't even look through my effing bag. And IM THE BAD GUY who gets kicked out for being SO CONFUSED? like WHAT?????? If you don't want to deal with basically rude wierd human robots, do yourself a favor, don't waste your time. Sincerely, L.S. p.s. sorry I typed this really fast so if you have any comments or questions please feel free to reach out!

I tired on clothes twice and the first girl was actually so rude and just making faces like I was bothering her. I didn't know where to put my clothes I didn't want went I left the room and put them in an open rack due to her not being there when I was done. She ended up passing by when I began looking at some other clothes and ROLLED her eyes.. the second girl I believe her name is Lola. I was standing waiting for a room to try stuff on again. She looked at me giving me another weird/rude face then proceeded to ask a girl that came up after me if she needed a room. Lola then walked off completely ignoring me and then finally came back and asked if I needed a room as if I was again annoying her. I was so uncomfortable shopping here I felt like I didn't "belong" and I was BOTHERING these little high school girls working at a thrift store. Also the lulu shirts I bought that are apparently PRE INSPECTED had literal brown discoloration in the crotch area an I didn't realize until I got home which is over an hour away....

I will not be going back. That was incredibly disrespectful and quite frankly disgusting behavior.

I have had mixed experiences at this Old Navy. Coming from Denver the selection down here seems to…read morebe a lot more limited, which is the main thing I've noticed. I am one of those people who needs to try on the clothes I'm going to buy because depending on the store I'm at my size can vary somewhat dramatically. A few times I have received a coupon for a discount, however when I try to apply the discount at the register, I guess I should learn that I need to read the fine print. The discount is only available online and they won't honor it in the store. The interesting thing here is you can buy it online and then pick it up in the store. What a pain in the butt. This is a big problem in today's world and Old Navy corporate is doing a disservice to their stores. I spent many many years working in corporate retail and this is absolutely an example of the worst business practices out there. So on this day, after I found out they wouldn't apply the discount at the register, I tried to pull the pants up online and buy them in the parking lot so that I could go back in and pick them up without having to drive all the way back. 20 minutes later, after searching for them online and having bad cell reception in the area, the Old Navy site said that they didn't have the pants available in the store. Not true since I almost JUST purchased them. I went back in and asked to speak to the manager. She was extremely helpful. First, as far as trying to find my pants (lost in the store in the 20 minutes I was in the parking lot trying to deal with this problem), since they were no longer behind the cash register, and second, in giving me the discount that was online since they had the pants in the store. So, while it's a frustrating experience, I understand that it's not necessarily the stores fault. The manager deserves a five star for solving the problem.

The employee said it might've been online-only. Nothing online said this. In fact it said if I ordered now I could pick-up at that very store. So it was a difference between being rung up at the cash register or ordering online and showing them my order? Makes no sense. Didn't want to give them my business at that point so I left. Hadn't been in an Old Navy in years and I see I'm not missing out. Poor business practices.
