Came here while on vacation and found some pretty great button up short sleeves. Fairly priced for the most part but dressing rooms are closed because of stupid Covid. Meh! Guess we just have to deal with that. The store itself was a bit messy and there were a couple big holes in the parking lot, but other then that it is what we have come to appreciate from Marshalls. I always find a good deal at Marshalls. While the Springs Marshalls is not as well stocked as stores in metropolitan areas, it's still worth a visit . Prices are good and you just may find that favorite item. read more

Thee worst Marshall's perhaps in the entire Rocky Mountain area and the southwest. Not being overly critical at all, I've made a habit of stopping in to this location on a weekly basis for about a year or two and literally can count on one hand the number of purchases I've made. When I visit Marshalls stores on the east coast, out west or even in the midwest it's so obvious how poorly this one is being run in terms of inventory, and I make like 10 purchases. This one is small city horrendous and that's being kind. I'd like to support them, but they gotta do better in terms of actually having things to buy. I really am not sure how they stay open, maybe by selling a lot of bedding and housewares and hygiene items at a slight discount, I dunno. It sure isn't due to their actual horrendous stock. I remember for a 6 month stretch once, this store literally got nothing new in the men's tops area. It was flabbergasting. If you're a fashionable young or even older man avoid this place and hit up the Nordstrom Rak just a bit further up Academy if you like finding fresh gear at good prices and expect the selections to be updated once in awhile. Before I forget, the shoe area in this Marshalls is also a disaster. Same story; exact same inventory for years. No variety. read more

WATCH YOUR CHILDREN!!! This store has "alright" merchandise, not great...just in between good and alright. Anyway, what I am most concerned about is alleged predators in this store during the evening hours. The first time my husband and children visited this store was in November of 2019, after sunset. We and our daughters noticed a middle-aged, normal in appearance man, walking/prowling the store, not buying anything for about 30 mins, eyeing our children. He kept doing awkward laps around the store, just roaming, but when he noticed "momma bear" (me) eyeballing him, he walked and joined a woman with an empty shopping cart. When I started to follow him, he and the woman left. Well, a month later, we visited again, around the same time of day and SAME thing happen. Same type of guy, but this one was even more obvious, attempting to make eye contact with my daughter, so she ran and he swirled his head looking for her. When I loudly voice my distaste for this particular store and it's predictors, he joined a woman, with a shopping cart. Listen, these people come with women appearing to be married or a as a couple, but they're very suspect and I solidly believe they were human traffickers. Asa matter of fact, the whole plaza is suspect at night. read more

I've been to nicer Marshall's stores but for what the store offers you can't beat it. It's so much like TJ Maxx but of course there are some things you can only get at one and vice versa. I love these rice cake things I found here and their selection of candles is amazing - I bought like 8 of this amazing scent last time I was there! read more

Their mask mandate is ludicrous. Left TJ Maxx off Powers and stopped in at Marshalls on the way home. Their "gate-keeper" asked if I needed a mask. I politely told her I did not. Angry, she stated it was Marshall's policy to wear a mask (vaccinated or not). I explained I just left TJ Maxx (who purchased Marshalls) and they let me in without question. TJ Maxx & Marshall stores in other states don't require them. The inconsistency is laughable. read more

Gina in the fitting room was absolutely terrible. She was obviously frustrated at the fact, customers were still in the store 20 minutes before the store closed, trying on outfits. She told me to hurry up...she really told me to hurry up. From there, her attitude only got worse and I really hope she's not there when I return to shop again. Yes I will be back because I love Marshall's and all of the other employees, but Gina HAS TO GO. read more

I always have a good experience at this location. What has always stood out is: The store is usually clean, the customer service is responsive and friendly, the selection always surprises my though the hot sauce I usually pick up there is gone and the atmosphere is better than many. My wife loves shopping here, I think it's just ok. Like typical discount stores the selection is pretty hit and miss. My biggest gripe: the shoe selection is always pretty poor. Probably the most frustrating part of going here is the tight parking spaces. I just know we'll have a new door-ding by the time we leave. Maybe next time they restripe they could eliminate a couple spots to widen everything out. read more

Deep discount clothes and other household items. They were lacking in the sheets and bedding items but honestly we weren't expecting too much. I'd say this place is great if you have a large family of growing kids that need decent name brand clothes...not high end name brands but at least brands you have heard of. Like most other stores of similar marketing strategies, it reminds me of an LA, Seattle or other Yuppy/hipster Goodwill. Slightly in disarray, layered clearance tags on most items and display items that seem like they were used on the Bataan Death March. So, if you are looking for a deep discount and not really concerned about quality this is the place. You can get lucky on a great product but you have to get here on the first first day of the sale (I would imagine). read more

Just about any Marshall's is hit-or-miss. Somedays, you find treasures. Other days, there is nothing to take home. This store is heavy on kitchen stuff and clothes, light on linens & men's wear. Seasonal stuff is nearly always available and the candle selection is great. Poorly organized, but great selection. Oftentimes, the store is a bit of a mess. Clothing items are not on the right racks, and certainly not in the right size on the racks. If you have time to really look and go finding, it's great . . but if you are looking to walk in, make a specific purchase, and walk out, you'll end up frustrated. Plan an hour or so for all the looking and standing in the checkout line, which can snake back upwards of 10 customers. Good news: it moves pretty fast. read more

This Marshalls gets some really nice brands in but there is a manager there her name is Holly. She is absolutely awful. Very rude and has no people skills whatsoever ever. I spend a lot of money there & stopped going because a customer literally stopped me outside when I was walking to my car to tell me she was talking bad about me. She thought it was completely inappropriate that I just spent $500 in their store and where talking bad about a good customer. I have never set foot in that Marshals ever again & I never will & I told many people who won't shop there anymore because they told me they had a bad experience with this one manager too. Out of all the discount stores in town (Ross, TJ Maxx, etc.), this is my favorite. It's especially good for higher end men's brands, like Calvin Klein and Perry Ellis. I also go there for housewares and gifts. read more

When I am not buying used at ARC, this is my go-to retail store to purchase great items at a fraction of the cost you'd find them at other retailers. Their shoes section is pretty nice, and they also offer men's. They do not have any jewelry (for that I visit tjmaxx off of Powers) but they have a large selection of accessories and home decor. I was so disappointed by this new Glenwood Marshalls store. I often shop at the wonderful Marshall's Boulder store and was looking forward to a Marshall's opening in the Roaring Fork Valley. Yet, here was a very limited selection of clothing and the calibre of clothing was awful. It seems like they are sending that store all the left overs that no one else will buy elsewhere. I hope it improves as there are no decent department store in the valley and there are many people from Aspen to Glenwood who would shop there if the calibre of clothing was as good as the store in Boulder read more

This is my favorite discount department store. They are remodeling and their home section is amazing. I have found so many great items here from quality clothing to lamps, to baby accessories. I'm updating my kitchen now and have found dish towels, wall decor, utensils etc. to complete my new look. I have bought tons of clothes, not your low quality dumpy clothes like other discount stores, higher quality, good clothing. You get great deals at fair prices.
