I would give this place zero stars if I could. Pharmacy only open until 7pm on weekdays and 6pm on Saturdays?! I'm moving my prescriptions over to one of the other many pharmacys in town because that is just patently stupid. For forbid you actually work during the day and need to pick up your prescription on the way home. I hope this store ends up being one of the ones Walgreens shuts down. read more

Like so many others, I feel the service here is so consistently awful that I must leave a review to warn others to choose any other pharmacy they possibly can. Have lived in area for over 5 years and after multiple horrendous experiences moved prescriptions to other pharmacies. Today, I was back at Walgreens as a favor for my daughter and feel the bar was lowered even for them. Lines are long and slow, staff is rude, prescriptions are not ready within timelines promised, pricing is exorbitant and does not match pricing in their own app(!), and full prescriptions are not dispensed causing great headaches with insurance. If you have ANY choice or any other option, drive or walk somewhere else and save yourself time, money, and frustration!! read more

This pharmacy is constantly understaffed and constantly refuses orders. -put in an order on 1024, 2025 it is now November 7 and they still have not filled it. The prescription is in the insurance will pay for it. They're just so very poorly run, and the pharmacy is so apathetic, and apparently Just hates its customers that it's kind of a random lottery if you get your prescription or not. - They have closed three different times on Days. They were supposed to be open because they had nobody to work the pharmacy. -the pharmacy techs who are an outside agency do not care. If workplace incompetence were an Olympic sport, this Walgreens Pharmacy crew would be undefeated gold-medalists for eternity. I have never witnessed such a flawlessly assembled collection of clueless, checked-out, "how-are-you-employed?" individuals in one building. Interacting with this team is like watching a toddler trying to carry a full fish tank across a hardwood floor while confidently explaining that "everything's under control." This location is absolutely horrible. I requested a refill of my medication on 10/21/25. I was told it would be ready after 2:00 pm on 10/23/25. I went Thursday, Friday and again Saturday. The RX was not available. On my way home, I rec'd a call from Walgreen's stating the pharmacy was temporarily closed and they would contact me when it reopened. Monday, I rec'd a message that it was reopen but my RX was not available. As of today, 11/3/25 it is still not available. I try to call and speak with a person to find out what the delay is. The pharmacy states that I will have to talk to the pharmacist to find out the reason for the delay. Each time (3) the phone disconnects. read more

I have never had an issue in any department of the Falcon Walgreens. Everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and helpful.

The employees of the pharmacy are rude and have no compassion for the people they claim to care for. Their turnaround is unacceptable for patients in need of emergency medications. They will not make exceptions for people that are willing to wait for a medication to process. The person I spoke to one the phone blatantly hung up on me after telling me that they failed to pull my prescription to fill after it was authorized by insurance. Not our first 0 star experience with this pharmacy. Walgreens just lost a 10+ year customer. read more

I have NEVER had a worse experience with a pharmacist in my entire life. They refused to help me find my medical information, even though it was ALREADY ON FILE. Whitney (the second terrible pharmacist I talked to) literally hung up on me mid sentence after I asked to speak to a supervisor. I called the general Walgreens line, spoke with the store supervisor, and she was able to get me help in less than 5 minutes. Neither of these two "pharmacists" (Amandaa and Whitney) should have a job helping people, because they simply lack compassion. Looking at the other reviews for this location, this is not the first time that these two have been extremely rude, un helpful, and narcissistic. I went there two times in two weeks for vaccines. I made an appointment and filled out the form online, but the wait time was still close to an hour. They seem extremely disorganized, and are very rude to the people waiting. I will never get vaccines at this location again! read more

The pharmacy tech has a 'youre bothering me" attitude. Over the past three days, I have spent close to $300 on copays. When I had a question at the drive through, this particular tech couldn't be bothered coming to the window to speak to me. When she finally did .... She acted soooo put out because the pills were put in a defective vial and I could not open the vial. She is a rude one. Didn't appreciate the attitude at all. Can't wait til King Soopers opens. This tech acts like a robot. read more

Prescription was called in around 2:30. At 4:30-after sitting in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes--we got to the window and they said it will be another 10 minutes!! The car line was wrapped around the building and it was pouring rain and I have 3 kids in the car. The lady at the window suggests coming inside. Why even have a drive they option?? read more

I have been chasing around for 3 days trying to get a prescription refilled at the Safeway pharmacy across the street from this Walgreens on McLaughlin. The male pharmacist had become very unpleasant, condescending and accusatory to me that I was trying to fill this prescription before it should have run out. 3 days of nonsense from that pharmacy and I just called the Walgreens across the street on Mclaughlin here in Falcon, and a professional, polite, compassionate, caring person named Haley, immediately took my call, was extremely kind and empathetic and pushed a key on her computer, and respectfully told me, there was not an issue, and she could have it ready for me to pick up in one hour. We are not talking about an opioid/narcotic/anxiety medication, we are discussing an anti depression medication that I have taken for years. There was evidently a miscommunication with my provider on the number of tablets taken daily on the prescription refill, and I ran out early. There was no need for the complete run around for me for three days straight from the demeaning pharmacist across the street. I am an RN and I hope I would never make a patient experience what I was being dealt. However Haley was nothing short of a rockstar and exemplified a level of patient care that was so was off the charts amazing and as a result I will be transferring any prescriptions any of my family members require to this Walgreens and it is 100 percent due to the experience I have had with Haley. I look forward to picking up my prescription in an hour and thanking Haley in person for her outstanding service, support and care. This is the level of patient care that we as healthcare providers should strive to achieve, I'm going to nickname it the "Haley Effect!" Bravo to this Walgreens for being so exceptionally fortunate and insightful to have the "Haley Effect" in their staff. Great job!!!!! read more

This location is a disaster. It always takes forever to get prescriptions at the drive thru. In addition, I always know when I have a new med called in it's going to take DAYS to get it! When you call to ask if it's ready they tell you "yes!." You excitedly, but breathless because you haven't had an inhaler for 24hrs., drive to go get it and are told it actually isn't even there and won't be ready until tomorrow. Dropped off written prescription at 0930, told to come back at 1100. Went to pick up at 1200 and was told "we are still working on this, just got the prescription 20 min ago come back at 1400". Find somewhere more efficient for your medication fills, don't waste your time. read more

I agree with the other posters. This is the absolute rudest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. First of all they need to not send me a text saying my prescription is ready for pick up when it's not. Then when I show them the text quit acting like it's fake and they didn't send it. Finally when I say I want brand name so I can use a co pay discount card from the manufacturer and pay $4 instead of $88 for generic I mean it. Don't look at me like I have two heads and the pharmacist doesn't need to yell at me from across the pharmacy. EASY: Save time, don't be treated like crap, save yourself some frustration - GO TO WAL-MART across the street! Tired of being TREATED LIKE CRAP by the pharmacists & techs in the pharmacy department of this Walgreens! They never have my prescriptions ready (even after the call) and they treat me like crap when I show up to pick up my prescription I was told was ready. I've honestly waited hours for my prescriptions to be filled after I was told that they was all ready. Another HUGE mistake by this Walgreens is that they WILL NOT call you to tell you they're not able to fully fill your prescription or it'll be a few DAYS before they can fill it at all! You may NOT want to have your Doctor call in a prescription to this Walgreens as the pharmacist is always TOO BUSY to check the messages. They'll tell you it'll be hours for them to check the messages when you're standing right in front of them watching them joke around in the back. The pharmacist and the techs are short tempered and just RUDE to you! I guess asking "When do you think it'll be ready" is the wrong question to ask ANY of them! They'll let you know when it's ready and you better NOT question them! You really think they would have a little more understanding for someone who has been called by them, told your prescription was ready, just drove an hour one way to get to the store, and is now you're being told you'll have to wait 3 to 4 hours for the prescription to REALLY be ready. The actual pharmacist is THE RUDEST out of all the ladies in the pharmacy. Guess she really wants to LEAD BY EXAMPLE! I've tried over and over to give this Walgreens repeated chances. I've called the assistant manager on the phone and even received a call directly from the store manager when I filed an online complaint with corporate. NOTHING HAS CHANGED at this Walgreens so I have now changed where I get prescriptions filled at! My grandparents only used Walgreens, my parents only used Walgreens, and I only used Walgreens! I literally grew up with Walgreens and it has truly been a staple in my life! You need a medication, go to Walgreens. You're sick, go get medicine at Walgreens. This HAS CHANGED for me now. I will NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS WALGREENS for anything!
