Went through the pharmacy drive thru about 10 minutes after leaving the ER to see when my scripts would be ready and they told me 1-3 hours. It was roughly 3 and a half hours before closing, so I asked if that meant I could grab them before they closed, and they said no. Fast forward to the next day, I give them a call about an hour after they opened and they told me the prescriptions (I had 3) would be ready in about 30 minutes, so I headed that way within the hour. After waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for 20 minutes, I got to the window and they told me they had lost my prescription and it would be another hour. How do you lose someone's medications?! Especially after calling to confirm they'd be ready less than two hours before? I eventually got them but that was the first and last time I'll use this pharmacy. Super unprofessional, absolutely zero urgency, and the customer service was mediocre at best. Definitely look else where if you're needing a prescription filled. read more

I'm so over this pharmacy they are always closed. I'm always having issues with this place. They started closing for the weekend the only one in town to do that than they finally open on Monday but open for a few hours than closed again. Do they not realize people who take meds daily count on them to be able to refill when there do. Not only did we have to wait the whole weekend now there closed again. Don't get your prescriptions from here go to different walgreens because this place is always having issues I mean ALWAYS! read more

Walgreens used to be one of my favorite pharmacies, however, I will do everything I can to avoid using them in the future. UC Health Urgent Care prescribed ear drops and I asked that they be filled at the Barnes Walgreens location in COS. The app pushed a notification stating that medication was unavailable and said the Constitution location had it in stock and recommended I get it filled there, so I transferred the prescription via the app there. Next, I got an alert on the app that without insurance (I have insurance), it would be $183. I tried to call the pharmacy, but there were many callers ahead of me, so I decided it would be faster to just pop by to get my insurance added to my existing account (why it wasn't there, I have no idea). Isaac assisted me at the pharmacy. First he told me they were out of the medication also, and it would be Monday (FIVE DAYS LATER) before they could get it in. Then he said he could check the other Walgreens in town to see if they MIGHT have it. He told me neither the app, nor their internal inventory system was reliable. Then he said he would TRY to call the Walgreens that had it in stock. At that point, I told him that none of his statements were giving me a sense of security and how bad is their inventory system if it is that inaccurate. Then he started backpedaling and told me the provider prescribed an obscure medication and that no Walgreens in COS had it. Next, he said becuase it was still early in the day (10:30 AM), he MIGHT be able to get it in tomorrow. I said no, and to please cancel processing the medication as I had zero confidence in anything he said. I have had increasingly bad customer service at both this location and at the Barnes location for several years, but I know they were understaffed, etc. from the pandemic. This was the icing on the cake. As I said up front, I will do everytihng I can to avoid Walgreens in the future. I called The Medicine Shoppe on Union and they had me squared away quickly and started processing my prescription. read more

So annoyed. I drop off a script here for a magic mouth wash for my tonsillitis and the computer system was down so I told them I'd just come back in a few hours to pickup. I drove back after receiving a phone call that it was ready by their automated system. I waited in the drive thru line outside for 30 min...there was ONLY one car ahead of me. I was so pissed off that I didn't get to pickup because this car was sitting in the pickup line for 30 fucking min...he hasn't even gotten his medication yet...like dude pickup and drop off window is supposed to be fast as fuck. At this point I needed to leave without it because I had to go to an appointment. Mind you the next day I drop my kid off at school drive back to the Walgreens at 8am only to find out they aren't open...the pharmacy.....even though it states online they are fucking open......picture posted for proof. I walk inside they tell me they open at 9am....I wait in my damn car for 1hr this time until 9am go through the drive through just to be told THEY HAVEN'T made my medication yet because they wanted to make sure I was okay with the price. Apparently my insurance doesn't cover it. I'm like wait wtf I had a voicemail saying it was ready for pickup....this place absolutely blows go use the King Soopers off Constitution if you need scripts they don't know what they are doing there and have no sense of urgency. read more

This pharmacy showcases the exact reasons you should avoid it. Poor communication, slow, and blatantly rude. I wouldn't come back if they had the last bit of insulin on CO. I'll drive across town before I step a foot back in front of these miserable people. This was over MULTIPLE interaction. read more

Twice now I've been treated and spoken to poorly but the woman that runs the photo lab. Seriously it's not even worth the free 8 by 10 to have to deal with her nasty attitude. I've been getting photos at Walgreens for ten years and refuse to now. read more

Has taken 4 tries to refill on prescription for an ointment. Nothing but attitude and delay on the phone. My insurance and doctor info has been accurate and timely. This is an ointment we are talking about, I feel terrible for those who have serious ailments. read more

I may have to switch pharmacies all I get at this Walgreens is aditute and it is like they are doing you a favor when they deal with you. It is not like my insurance does not pay them my medications cost about 6,000 a month NOT HAPPY WITH EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION read more

Was told by my usual pharmacy that I was on my own and would have to search the other Walgreens and other pharmacies for the medication I need after they screwed up my prescription yet again. I called here an when I tried to explain what was going on and ask if they had any as I was told to do by the Barnes location, they rudely muttered liar and hung up on me. If they meant liar by the fact that the pharmacy staff should be doing that instead of me, I agree. But given the endless attitudes, ever-changing policies that contradict what was said the time before, and constant screwups on a basic drug, we're done with Walgreens as a whole. read more

Okay, I absolutely HATE leaving negative reviews, but in this case I'm going to have to. This is not my regular Walgreens. I usually go to one closer to my home. Unfortunately after wasting a trip to my usual Walgreens, I found they had ran out of my medication, and transferred my prescription to this location on Constitution. The gentleman called while I was at his store and told me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I gave them an hour... I pulled through the drive-thru and waited quite some time for the lady behind the glass to help me. When she finally acknowledged me and asked for my last name she practically snickered at my name and then said it won't be ready for another 20 minutes. Thinking maybe there's been a mistake in where my prescription was actually sent to, I asked her if it was in the system. Uhhhh okay lady no need to turn into a dragon or anything... She very rudely told me with just about all the attitude and head rolling she could muster that yeah it was in there but I was just going to have to wait. She told me to leave the drive-thru and come back around in 20 minutes. No apologies and no explanations, but she did pull off a very condescending smirk like she was happy to piss me off... Really Walgreens? I've been using you exclusively for 10 years now... But at this point I'm thinking I just might take my business elsewhere. Especially considering my medication cost me half the price at most other pharmacies. Loyalty means nothing to you? Maybe it should mean nothing to me. read more

This review is mainly attributed to the new Healthcare Clinic based at this location. King Soopers and Target have similar clinics I have used seamlessly in other cities. The main draw to these places are the short wait times and low fees (I guess if you consider $80+ low). Being that I am uninsured and currently going through the Medicaid application process, dropping that kind of money was not in my budget but I had just started a new job and taking a sick day was out of the question. First impressions were good but the exam was lacking. Walgreens advertises flu and strep tests but none of these were done. The physician felt a glance at my ears, nose and throat were good enough. I was told whatever I had was viral and to just continue taking the OTC medications I was already taking. I'm thinking if those were working I wouldn't be here! I felt taken advantage of and that the physician did not listen to me. I'm the type of person who usually needs an antibiotic when I get sick and I know antibiotics have been over prescribed in the past but at least write a script for one if the patient gets worse. Fast forward a couple days and my illness has gotten worse. I've lost my voice (something that has NEVER happened to me) and my uvula is swollen. I've called this location twice trying to get a direct line to the Healthcare Clinic and all they will give me is a 1-800 number that gives the number I've been calling. One employee actually told me over the phone to just come in if I wanted to talk to the physician. This Walgreens has terrible customer service. In closing, why advertise flu and strep tests if they're not going to be used and why make it so difficult to get into contact with the physician you paid to see?! Never again. read more

As well as everyone on here I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today. My husband got off work this evening and went straight to pick up our Perscriptions. The lady at the counter clearly didn't know what she was doing. My husband Called me to tell me that they wouldn't give him my prescriptions because I was an adult, and if he want to pick them up, then I need to call the insurance and get them information, when I asked what information they needed they stayed they need the my Rx bin, Rx PCs etc. basically everything that was on the card....right in front of them. When I argued that it was all right there they stated they needed that information from THEM. So I called them and they are confused as to why they needed that info when it's on the card, AND WHY THEY DIDN'T CALL THEMSELVES. Fast forward the insurance representative called them herself, and she put us all in a conference call. The pharmacist that took the call was beyond rude. At one point she completely cut the insurance representative off and said "AND WHAT IS YOUR NAME INSURANCE LADY!" After being such an inconvenience to her for a bit more the insurance representative asked her, her name as well. And I made her repeat it so I could write this review. Her name was Charmay! Not positive on spelling. Once we took her name she was condescending with her "politeness" and then all of the sudden figured out the problem... Then to top it all off, after I got off the phone with her, I called my husband to tell him they were available to pick up now. He went in to fill both of our prescriptions, and despite having more refills on file, they "all of the sudden" need to speak with his dr. When my husband tried to argue it, the cashier said "I could get you a three day supply until then" my husband agreed but then he said "that'll take too long, I'm going to get these other customers first." My husband had been there for almost an hour at that point. He was first in line. Why does he have to wait? read more

Very sad with the care from your Little Clinic. We went in there due to a horrible cough, sore throat, fever and down right awful feeling. No one was waiting, but the NP was clothes shopping online while we waited to be called. We get called and from the Get-Go you could tell she had no desire or want to help us or even be there. She asked us what test and told us how much, I felt like I was in an Ala Carte situation. She then told me "Well, if you are coughing that proves it's not strep." Huh? Then she told me it's an old wive's tale that if the mucus is green there is infection, she stated more than once that that is NOT true. She said that was false. So, in one minute the 40 plus years of our lives and teachings were all wrong and with strep you can not cough and green mucus is NOT infection. So she finally gave us our buying options and, not knowing how to handle this sort of help, went with Strep. She commented she was glad because it's a lot of work on her to have to do all of these tests and come back and forth since she is the only one there. Then she explained the billing and pricing as if we were in the class she took and would understand the short version. She was irritated and didn't want to help. We were told to take over the counter meds and if that doesn't work, call your doctor. We walked out in a haze of confusion and wondered if we went to a test and med buffet or was that a health clinic? It was awful! Then 3 days later we are able to get in to see a REAL doctor and I left with antibiotics, cough medicine with codeine and a better regiment with two days off of work. The NP at Walgreen's didn't give enough explanation about the paperwork she handed us and just wanted us gone. I recommend NO ONE goes there and sees her. She will not even touch or talk to you about YOU until you pick from her menu of tests and dollar amounts, then once you pick she will stand up and look at you and kind of care. Just awful! I am truly disappointed and will continue to share my awful experience with many people to make sure this does not happen to them. read more

So I walked up to the pharmacy and handed them my military ID. After about 20 minutes of them trying to find my account with no luck, they asked if I was using Tricare. I said yes and they said they won't accept it until December. So of course I said I've been waiting here for 20 minutes to get antibiotics for my toddler and you couldn't have ask that question first. They played dumb and said we didn't know you were going to use that insurance provider but I gave them a MILITARY ID. Then the nerve of the young lady there to brush me off and say well we are very busy so if you don't mind we have other customers. No apology or nothing. Was in the ER with my toddler for hours and rushing to get his meds before pharmacies closed for the night especially with thanksgiving being tomorrow. Such rude customer service and I'll never go to a Walgreens again. I don't care if you accept Tricare in the future because that's no way to do business. read more

Had a very disappointing experience with this Walgreens. I never usually use this pharmacy, but King Soopers does not take my.health insurance. I had surgery on Thurs 6/26. My husband took my two prescriptions to Walgreens and was told it would be an hour and a half, they would call when ready. 2 1/2 hours later, I called. The phone system said there was one caller ahead of me. 45 minutes later, still waiting to see if my prescription is ready. Called again, spoke with manager of store, he transferred me to a number they use. It rang 30 times. I hung up. Needless to say, my husband just went there. A young woman called him up. She went to get my prescriptions. Another employee came up and had been working with another customer at consultation window. He was very rude to my husband, told him to sit down because he was helping this customer. He then proceeded to help everyone else but my husband. Over an hour later my husband finally got my prescriptions. One was not covered, and my.husband was not offered discount program. They also didn't ask our Colorado address. The next day I called to ask about one of my medications. Again on hold over 30 minutes, just ended up hanging up. Very poor service in pharmacy. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the pharmacy. I busted my butt to get there by the posted closing time and they refused to fill my Rx because it was close to closing time. Who does that? There website states the pharmacy closes at 10pm, not 945pm. Pissed off! I then go to the 24hr Wlagreen's pharmacy on N Carefree. It's 1015pm, they have a 45 min wait. So I give them my phone number and say I'll pick it up in the morning. I go back the next day and the pharmacist says we couldn't find your Dr in the system, so we didn't fill it. I expect that is what the PHONE NUMBER was for! Pharmacist- "Oh by the way the computer is down you'll have to come back later." Me- "Can you send my Rx to a store closer to my home?". Pharmacist- "Sure!"(nice woman) Hours later I go to the Chelton and Academy store. Pharmacist- "I didn't receive anything. You'll have to wait or come back." WTH???? Not like the antibiotics are important or anything. read more
