This last time I came, two people were literally spending more than 15 minutes talking to someone in the drive through. The Manager wasn't doing anything, and there was a huge line both in store, and the drive through. The manager gave me attitude when I mentioned it was inappropriate to have more than 8 other people waiting while working on a single customer for more than 15 minutes, especially with the pharmacist literally standing there doing nothing. When you have actual physicians telling you how bad this place is, I really should have known better. Use this pharmacy if you want to spend a minimum of 30 minutes picking up your medication every time.

They remembered my name right off the bat, they remembered what the doctors would get wrong and they would mark it down and check with me, they'd call me if the doctor was being responsive - they really go above and beyond in every way. Earlier tonight, my bank had locked down my debit card due to a fraud alert. While I was on hold with the bank, the woman who was helping me grabbed her phone, reached across, and payed my bill with her phone. It was an unexpected and completely selfless act of generosity that I won't forget! If you're looking for a new pharmacy or a place with people who will actually care about you, this is it.
