Today, when I contacted the insurance company I was informed I needed the procedure/equipment preauthorized. I contacted Elaine to ask if she would send a copy of my pre-paid procedure receipt to the insurer with a note in the fax listing the procedure code & my information so it could be processed asap -YES! Super easy and agreeable to work with (after explaining my last pre-authorization fiasco took 9 months to clear up), her immediately agreeing to send the fax was a HUGE relief after 2 hours on the phone with the Dr's office, the insurance company, then her. This place isn't a place of healing or medicine at all, but rather a hormone pellet sales lot. I've been having gastrointestinal issues for year, and they convinced me they could help me. However, all they did was scam me. First off by having me get testing done through them, instead of letting my insurance pay for the testing, then all Dr. Hope wanted to do for my stomach was sell me high priced gastrointestinal products that I had already tried, as well as to put me on a bunch of testosterone. She had absolutely no intention of helping me get to the root of my gastrointestinal problems at all. Her main goal is to sell you expensive hormone pellets. She takes pride in spending a whole hour with you but it isn't to help you, it's to try to sell you expensive therapy you most likely don't need. She's a salesperson, not a doctor.
