Avoid this Walgreens at all cost. They are the slowest, most depressed bunch of workers that I have…read moreever came across. I have given this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt several times in the past, including when numerous doctors made direct comments about how terrible this particular Walgreens is. This last time I came, two people were literally spending more than 15 minutes talking to someone in the drive through. The Manager wasn't doing anything, and there was a huge line both in store, and the drive through. The manager gave me attitude when I mentioned it was inappropriate to have more than 8 other people waiting while working on a single customer for more than 15 minutes, especially with the pharmacist literally standing there doing nothing. When you have actual physicians telling you how bad this place is, I really should have known better. Use this pharmacy if you want to spend a minimum of 30 minutes picking up your medication every time.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to!!! Why do I get both a text and an email saying my…read moremedications are ready, but when I get there one isn't, and won't be in for 2 days. THEN, they say, "oh, but we have some here, the one that they said will not be ready for 2 days) if you want to wait for it, just make another lap around the building and get back in line (drive thru) we can get it ready for you"?!?! What?!?? If you have it,, FILL IT!! AND DO NOT SEND ME A TEXT AND EMAIL SAYING IT IS READY FOR PICK UP IF ALL OF THE MEDS ARE NOT READY TO PICK UP!!!! Only 1 star because Yelp will not allow me to post without one!

This particular location is fantastic, I normally don't go to Walmart pharmacies as a whole…read more But, this one is really great; they have always been on top of medication needs, extremely friendly, efficient, and quick. If they're out of a specific medication, they'll call to find the closest Walmart pharmacy that has it for you. Otherwise they'll order it and have it for you in a couple days. I wish more Walmart pharmacies operated like this one. Especially with their level of compassion and personal commitment to the customers abroad.

So I go yesterday to pick up two prescriptions. Get them, (a mood stabilizer and an antipsychotic)…read moreget them no problem. The lady even tells me I'll have another one ready today. Today, I get no text so I call and Adrian informs me that my psychiatrist has been banned from filling "controlled substances." Interesting, because they didn't have an issue with the antipsychotic I got yesterday with equal side effects and withdrawals. My guess is my doctor (Telehealth, yes i've seen him in the last year so the Ryan Haight act SHOULD NOT apply) hit some arbitrary threshold and their algorithm (which walmart has been notoriously opaque about in lawsuits filed against them for this very reason) auto banned him. Yes, I understand corresponding responsibility, but that does not make it right to give me zero notice (even going as far to tell me it would be ready today) so I could make adequate backup plans from a competent pharmacy. How does forcing me into withdrawals (No, this prescription was not filled before the 28 day rule) from a notoriously dangerous class of medicine help anyone? Ive been on this medicine for nearly 4 years and have not gone up in a dose in nearly 3 years. Algorithms with no context are essentially worthless. If you don't trust my doctor, who I see 6 times a year, I don't trust you. It should be illegal to override doctors orders and make a patient withdrawal. ESPECIALLY when they told me 24 hours ago it would be ready. In fact other pharmacies such as Walgreens REQUIRE pharmacists to provide timely alternatives, essentially told me to kick rocks. At least give me the courtesy of telling me you're going to override my doctor and withdrawal me from an extremely dangerous medication in an extremely dangerous cold turkey situation.
