This review is for the pharmacy staff . They are working so hard . I was waiting yesterday for a while and the gentleman answering the phone / managing drive thru was SO NICE to each and every person . I couldn't do it !!! This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs. I've tried to use them three different times and each time they were unable to fill a prescription for one reason or another and never reached out to contact me. One time the prescription was half filled and they didn't tell me, they just bagged up the other medicines and handed them to me as if they were done. Each time it was days of inconvenience trying to get things fixed. I can't imagine a pharmacy could be this incompetent. read more

Avoid this Walgreens at all cost. They are the slowest, most depressed bunch of workers that I have ever came across. I have given this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt several times in the past, including when numerous doctors made direct comments about how terrible this particular Walgreens is. This last time I came, two people were literally spending more than 15 minutes talking to someone in the drive through. The Manager wasn't doing anything, and there was a huge line both in store, and the drive through. The manager gave me attitude when I mentioned it was inappropriate to have more than 8 other people waiting while working on a single customer for more than 15 minutes, especially with the pharmacist literally standing there doing nothing. When you have actual physicians telling you how bad this place is, I really should have known better. Use this pharmacy if you want to spend a minimum of 30 minutes picking up your medication every time. read more

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to!!! Why do I get both a text and an email saying my medications are ready, but when I get there one isn't, and won't be in for 2 days. THEN, they say, "oh, but we have some here, the one that they said will not be ready for 2 days) if you want to wait for it, just make another lap around the building and get back in line (drive thru) we can get it ready for you"?!?! What?!?? If you have it,, FILL IT!! AND DO NOT SEND ME A TEXT AND EMAIL SAYING IT IS READY FOR PICK UP IF ALL OF THE MEDS ARE NOT READY TO PICK UP!!!! Possibly the worst pharmacy in the state. I have monthly prescriptions which due to their nature cannot be filled ahead of time. Month after month after month they are not filled by this pharmacy on time. I have to constantly call in only to be told oh yeah they'll be ready at three o'clock or at 5:00 o'clock or tomorrow morning or whatever. And then they never are. And they will consistently give the same tired arguments about being backlogged or not having enough people or whatever. I don't care. That is a Walgreens management problem- not my problem! I'm a pretty patient guy but this has become ridiculous. We are not talking about a box of screws at the Home Depot or some car part at O'reilly's. This is medicine we're talking about. The pickup line at the pharmacy takes 30 to 90 minutes, so I tried to call to set up auto delivery. I was on hold for 13.5 minutes with "hold please" pickups 3 times until they finally just hung up on me. Probably can't be a worse managed pharmacy. read more

Always good service here not sure why so many negative reviews. We frequently use drive through and there are zero, nada no cars or only 1 or 2 and it goes faster than a fast flood place. We've not had any medication errors. Unlike some places we have been. We have never encountered rude employees. Maybe the customers are rude and low paid don't want to deal with them anymore. On a cheerier note this store is generally well stocked as any since the pandemic hit and supply chain issues. It's clean has a good variety of items for what you might need. read more

I take a medication that I have to have every day. Was told my refill was processing and would be ready the day my other one ran out. Two days later I received an email that it wouldn't be ready until Friday (2 days after my current script runs out!). I called and spoke with a women, unfortunately didn't get her name, to see what happened. She told me it didn't look like they'd been working on it, they don't stock it, and it wouldn't be there until Friday. When I asked her (a tad snarky I'll admit, but politely and honestly) if Walgreens is not a reliable pharmacy to get your prescriptions at? She told me I could think what I want and hung up on me. Not only does the Baptist location seem to have employees that are less than concerned about helping anyone, they clearly don't have good practices in place to ensure that the people whose life saving medications they have to order are available in time. I contacted the Walgreens just up the way at HWY 105. Not only was the woman I spoke with kind and more than willing to help me, they DO stock my prescription and it was ready in 2 hours for pickup. If you have the ability to choose the HWY 105 location over Baptist DO IT! I will never shop at this location again. read more

Note, we're talking specifically about the pharmacy on Baptist Road: Many of the staff are rude and surly, but more importantly, they make a few too many mistakes. Wrong prescription. Allowing a med to expire without refill. One shouldn't have to spend so much time just managing medications. Trying to reach the pharmacy by phone takes an act of congress and way more patience than I have. Of course, there's the obstacle course of "Just say what you want . . . " All you want to do is talk to a live person? Sorry, that's not one of the options unless you have the patience to burrow down several levels . . . and wait. Can you get to them online through the computer site? Not today. It seems like their system is down much of the time, locked up and churning, or it simply doesn't do what one expects it to do. Do you have a question about your prescription? "Please call the pharmacy at . . ." I reckon I'll drive a few extra miles to find somebody who really wants my business. read more

Absolutely horrific pharmacy experience. No one was helpful or friendly. Prescription was called in in the morning and they said they didn't see it and then with a few clicks it was in the system. Was told it would be 10-15 minutes and it took hour and a half. AVOID! read more

Staff at Baptist Rd location are always arrogant and rude. Regularly mess things up (30-day vs 90-day, or restocking meds sooner than their rules) but then blame insurance or customer. Been using this pharmacy for years, and finally gave up today when rude worker told me they never make mistakes...right after mistake. Done with them! read more

This review is only for the pharmacy. The rest of the store is just your typical, overpriced Walgreens. The pharmacy? Where do I begin. If you value your time, even a little bit, go someplace else. I have NEVER seen or been to a slower pharmacy. Not even the King Soopers across the street is this slow, and they're not exactly fast. Even reaching them by phone will cost you a good 10-15 minutes on hold before they pick up. Then you're usually put back on hold. Allow a good 20-30 minutes if you're going to call them. Being on hold wouldn't be that bad, normally you can just put your phone on speaker and do something productive with your time. But Walgreens has found a way to mess this up, too. While on hold they play this relaxing piano music. Nice, right? WRONG. Just as you get into it a woman interrupts the music to tell you they're busy, continue to hold. Ok. Fine...except that keeps happening, every FIVE seconds. I can't anymore with this Walgreens. Will try and move all my prescriptions to The Medicine Shoppe on Wasatch. Mom and Pop Independently Owned Pharmacy 15 miles away? Yes. Walgreens? No. read more

This Walgreens has always been slow, especially with the drive thru, but it is really getting excessive lately. On a recent visit, I was the third car in line when I arrived and I waited 45 minutes to get to the window. Otherwise it is a typical Walgreens. There is a total disconnect between using the app and what the pharmacy actually does. For example: When I order a script 48 hours in advance for an after 11am pickup, it should be ready at 11:30 or I should be notified of a delay ... I shouldn't get a placid response of, "Well we just got it, do you want us to have it ready in 15 minutes?" When I say no, it doesn't mean I don't care, it means I don't HAVE 15 minutes, but I respect your time and will come back later. When I say I will come back later, and that come back later is 4 hours later and I get the same tepid response I might get the idea that no one in that pharmacy is competent, cares or maybe just needs to go back McDonalds till they figure out what customer service is. That's just one example of many, it takes several gross errors to register on my radar to give a bad review of a previously stellar business. I have been a long term customer of that pharmacy --since it opened-- and for years it was incredible. It is so bad that I'm switching all of my scripts elsewhere. It's not me, it's you. read more

If I could give no stars for this Walgreens, I would. Made an appointment for a booster, arrived and stood in line to wait, only to be told they're not giving them. They cancelled the appointments and forgot to change the setting online. There was someone there capable of giving shots, they just refused. The manager was unapologetic, said she called everyone at 8am. We made our appointments after 8am. They did give my husband his, wouldn't give me one. The pharmacy here is open sometimes, sometimes not, hours are unreliable and sometimes only drive through and sometimes only walk ins. read more

Really bad service - only 1 open counter and 5 people in line! When the bloke at the counter asked a co-worker who was walking by to open up a 2nd counter, the guy responded back that he was done for the day and headed to the door! Just really bad experience overall when checking out - In his shoes, I would have tried to find another staffer - I mean it wouldn't have taken that long to find someone else in the store to open the second cash-counter and meanwhile the line continued to grow!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR VACCINES. I showed up for my Covid Booster and they were unable to use my confirmation number for my appointment. The tecj said, "I don't know if we have any more". The someone in the back said, There is a vial that was left out on the counter last night." THE VACCINE AND BOOSTER ARE TO BE STORED AT WELL BELOW FREEZING! Then the tech tells me I have to have my paper vaccination record, and that the electronic one I have on my phone won't work. I think I'm glad I have to reschedule - with someone else. Best Walgreens in the fleet! Friendly staff. Clean. Helpful. Not the Monument store. That's all I'll say about that store. But Baptist is what a small convenience store should be. Lesvia very friendly. Historically for at least 5 years this store excels in staff, treating people with respect and yes sir, no sir. Pharmacy: First visit - I say I'm waiting and they tell me it will be 10 mins. 45 mins later I'm walking out with my meds upset. Second visit - drop off and they tell me an hour. I come back in 90 minutes and wait another 30 for my meds, I walk out upset. Third and my last visit ever - drop off and they say 90 minutes. We come back at 2 hours and wait another 30 mins. We walk out upset. The staff is either not trained well or more likely the company is trying to save $$ and are not staffing the pharmacy to meet the demand they have. After waiting over an hour past the time they said my prescription would be ready, they could only say sorry we will fill your 10 pills as soon as we can and text you when it's ready. They are also the highest price around. I will definitely be transferring pharmacies. read more

Stay away from the pharmacy!! They will NOT ensure you have your medication on time. I contacted them numerous times to ensure they were on top of their job, they had the wrong doctors office information, let my prescription expire, didn't contact me before I ran out of medications, said they could do things they couldn't, they're a nightmare. And they're not even close to my home, so they can waive goodbye to my business. read more

I am very disappointed. I called this pharmacy to refill a prescription for my daughter. The pharmacy said we needed to contact the doctor as her prescription had run out. Over the phone they told me they would give her a dose to get through the weekend if I came to the pharmacy. I showed up at the pharmacy at exactly 6:00 PM. I know that wasn't convenient but it took all I could to get there since my daughter was Out of her medication. The pharmacy tech saw me at the drive-through and asked how she could help me. I explained the situation and asked for an emergency dose and then she stated the pharmacy was closed. It wasn't closed! If it was closed, I wouldn't have been talking to her. What the actual HELL. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a pharmacy. I get that they're understaffed but figure it out SERIOUSLY. I have gone back to pick up my prescription 6 times now and each time they say "give us an hour and we will have it ready" and I return and it's not. The staff is beyond rude and has no problem giving attitude and letting customers in on the fact that "people don't want to show up for their shifts" that's NOT my business nor is it MY problem. Learn how to be professional. You are dealing with peoples MEDICATIONS that they need, that is a very serious thing. If you're not staffed properly SHUT DOWN the pharmacy so people can get what the need sent elsewhere. They should be absolutely embarrassed. This is so beyond ridiculous. DO NOT get your prescriptions sent to this location unless you are okay with waiting 2+ weeks for it. Whoever is running/ managing any of this is an idiot. And if you need to call and get in contact with anyone, you'll be waiting on the phone for well over an hour. Get it TF together. read more

I live up the street from this Walgreens and I usually don't have a nice, quick experience. There is never anyone to help at the photo counter, I always have to find someone to help. I try my best to avoid Walgreens but some times I have to use their photo system to get prints quickly. Today I went to pick up my pictures at the time I was given and they hadn't even started printing. I think I'll have to start going out of my way to other Walgreens and that is so inconvenient, but I'd prefer a quick trip, not having to wait around on the staff. read more
