They make it very easy to fill and refill your prescriptions. There is a call-in feature where you can order through an automated service - and it's available after hours too! Which for me is very helpful, having a busy workday schedule and I don't always remember to call in the prescription during their business hours. They also are easy to work with when it comes to insurance, HSA, and VEBA accounts ... so nice for that! While the inside of their store is pretty small and doesn't have the large selection that one of the bigger pharmacies have, they always are able to find the doctor's prescriptions that I need and it's a great value for what you're getting. With the attention I get from their employees, the speed of filling the prescriptions, and the ease of working with them ... I will ALWAYS come back to Centralia Pharmacy for everything I need!!

Madison, especially, acted like the pharmacist until I asked directly what her role was. Don't take the techs word for it and don't let them push you around. When there was an issue, the techs should have called immediately but they didn't call and left it up to fate. Ask them to call your prescriber if they are difficult and make sure the pharmacist is involved. These techs know little and have a suck it up attitude which is entirely inappropriate for the medical field.

The service tech came up and asked all the usual questions. I told them if they could repair it that's what I wanted to do. The tech told me that if it wasn't able to be repaired they only had one tire in stock. She said they would have to check all 4 tires to see if they had the proper amount of tread on them before being able to look at the flat. When I told her I didn't want that and I only came in to have a that specific tire replaced she said I would have to leave the premises and take the tire off and bring it in as a "walk in" If I could do that I could've just changed the tire myself! The pharmacy tech who helped me looked at the info, transferred the prescription and said the cost using the plan was correct. Fast forward to today. A different pharmacy tech looks for the prescription, and at the Single Care and refuses to honor the price, making the cost of the drug nearly $480. Peeved? You betcha. Will I ever shop there again.
