They wasted an old man's time, gas and health. I called in a prescription to be filled. Few hrs went by I called to check in , the pharmacist couldn't read the doctor's writing so I help her with what I knew she agreed and said ok got it be ready in 40min. When I showed up the girl took my info and said ok we will order that drug it'll take a day / day&1/2. I let her know the other gal said it'll be ready at noon and it's noon and I'm here drove all the way to town to be on time and ready. I was ask to leave because I was upset for their mistake. Great service and friendly associates. I wasn't feeling well, but they managed to put a smile on my face. The store was well stocked.

The staff in the pharmacy are very polite and try to be helpful but there must be something wrong there because I waited over an hour for a vaccination which I had scheduled. I never did get it because I couldn't wait any longer. I have had other vaccinations there in the last six months and waited almost as long. They have "help wanted" notices in the store so I suppose that is the problem, just not enough pharmacy staff. I won't be going back, even though it is a convenient location for me. Probably one of the worst pharmacies and rite aid locations I have ever been to. Literally no one in the pharmacy cares about your needs and they have no urgency to get your prescriptions ready in a timely manner. I submitted my request for UTI medication over 2 days ago and because I have not been able to get it I know have a worse, kidney infection. Do not give them business. They also don't answer their phones. I have called 10 times in a row. Super rude staff who don't care about their patients. read more

This pharmacy isn't very good but it's close by so it's easiest to go to. One time the girl at the window asked my husband if his birthdate was his instead of having him tell her it which isn't very secure. I had a monthly prescription to get and even after filling out my online portion which is supposed to trigger them to fill the prescription 9 times out of 10 they would not have it ready and I would have to go back. I have heard a lady swearing behind the counter which isn't very professional. It just seems like the staff a little disorganized. read more

Literally the worst place to get prescriptions in Lewis County. It's the closest place to my work, but has the most incompetent people. I don't think this has anything to do with the pharmacist. I have been suffering a nasty migraine ALL day. I had a prescription sent to Walmart having made the erroneous assumption that my insurance would be accepted there. (Eye roll) since it wasn't and I felt that $50 was unreasonable, I figured out the closest pharmacy that accepts Kaiser. Rite Aid staff were very helpful, quickly transferred my prescription and filled it. Cost $11 and I'm feeling MUCH better. Trying to get COVID booster, went to their website which had glitches. Signed up for time but evidently never registered me! Site also said I could just walk in for booster. Showed up, poor signage, didn't know where to go, had to wait through two different lines only to be told they didn't have the vaccine they advertised they had! Complete waste of time! I called about picking up a pricey prescription which wasn't covered by insurance. Markey took my call and wondered out loud if she could somehow reduce the price. She made the effort to locate a discount card, which I knew nothing about, and used it. The price was GREATLY reduced. I was amazed at, not only the price, but the generosity of her time. This location is extremely busy so the wait time usually takes longer. So, give me a personable, caring person like that and I'll wait all day long! read more

What a world we live in today! My wife's sick, so she goes on Tel-a-doc. A telephone service through our insurance. Within 5 min she got a call back from a Dr. 10 min later an email confirming that Rite Aid in Chehalis WA received the r/x. It said on the email it would be ready in 1 hour. So I gave Rite Aid 2 hours. I went in to pick up the r/x and was told they are not ready. The lady said she would put a rush on the prescription and it would be ready in 30 min. So I came back 30 min later. Not ready. Not even close. I waited 25 more min before leaving. So 15 min to get a Dr appt, a r/x put in. And 5+ hours waiting on Rite Aid. And why should I choose your services? Ok. That's right. I won't from now on! read more

This store is in conviant downtown. The store was remodeled and products are convinently displayed. One thing not convinant is the pharmacy. I showed up an hour after leaving the doctor. I was told I'd have a 45 minute wait. Three minutes later I heard my name that my prescription was ready. Then they tell me just kidding. Then 40 minutes later it was finally done. But they lost my insurance info. Which was another 20 minute wait. Next time I'll go to Walgreens. read more

This place is the worst pharmacy to go to. We moved so I moved our pharmacy from Centralia Rite Aid to Chehalis and they are the worst. I stood in line for 35 minutes with only one person in front of me. And then they didn't have my prescription ready. It was sent I 10 days prior. Worst experience ever at a pharmacy. I will be changing pharmacies for future prescription fills and shopping as well. read more

I took my 93 yr old mother there today to get her prescriptions. The told us it would be a 30 minute wait. I told them we would be back in about 45 minutes as she wanted to go to a couple of other stores. We came back and were told the prescriptions weren't ready and it would be another hour. 3 hours later and they still weren't ready! This pharmacy should be shut down! What a bunch of uncooperative people! Nobody should have to wait 4 hours for a prescription! read more

I have alot of prescriptions. Approx 20 with 13 being monthly. Unfortunately they all have different times when they need to be filled, so I'm at chehalis riteaid once a week, minimum. The automated system will lell you times varying between 1 hr and 3 hrs. Don't listen. For chehalis riteaid wait 6 hrs minimum. I usually wait till the next day, and even after waiting 3 days I have had a 45 min wait because it still wasn't ready. I finally called their corporate overlords and talked to the regional manager. He was courteous and got them to immediately fill my rx ( thought it had already almost been 45 min ) and for a awhile my prescriptions were filled in a timely manner. Chehalis riteaid will tell you they faxed your Dr. when they did not. They will call the wrong dr and then not call you back to tell you there is a problem. If there were another option for my insurance I would use it. On a brighter note, the employees are nice, and..... at least they're better than walmart. (Not by much though.) read more
