The staff eye you suspiciously and stand where they can watch you. If you try to make any sort of "please help me" body language they completely ignore you. The very INSTANT you touch anything they run up to you and interrupt you to ask if they can help. I have actually told them "I am trying to read and you're interrupting me" and had them reply "well I need to know if you need help" This is consistent. Not a one time thing. They're "help" is poorly disguised loss prevention that makes me feel disrespected and untrusted. I would rather warm up my car and drive 10 miles to pay 20% more than walk to this store. The last straw was having a premium product shoved down my throat when I asked for the economy product. They told me that they don't carry that product when I had just found it on the shelf. Worst shopping experience ever. Consistently. 100 times.

I will be making an appointment for a root canal or crown, whatever he recommends. I am so disgusted with my other dentist. 9 months for an appointment, then they cancel the day of, then schedule one in another 9 months. Toothache? Bummer. Here's antibiotics. Can't do diddly, can't pull it, it's too scary, can't root canal it, also too scary, can't crown it. No new appointment. Just 4 minutes and sorry about your bad luck. See ya. Dr Hayden NEVER treated me like that. I will swish with peroxide daily to keep the toothache at bay until I can see Dr Hayden - and I'll pay out of pocket.

I have nothing but good to say about the dentist and hygienist. When your billed for a routine visit that is covered by your insurance you ask questions as to why? It could be a mistake with the code being put in wrong. The insurance company said it happens to call the dentist to have them look it over. She made a comment that it would be insurance fraud to change the code. Yes if your telling a lie but I am so confused as to what they put down for the code of my cleaning at this time. She was rude and basically dismissed me. After several more minutes on the phone getting no where she hung up on me. I still need answers to this and have none. I walked over a bit upset and paid the bill and told her to cancel all appointments. :( This is sad because she gets no repercussions for her poor behavior on the phone with me. Her behavior doesn't reflect the care you get here but telling me I can no longer be seen due to my behavior in their office is out right wrong. I didn't yell or show my butt I simply asked why she hung up on me. This lady should not be the face of this establishment!!
