It was such a damper on the excitement when they returned to the car discussing how the male employee serving the ice cream had such a terrible attitude and made them highly uncomfortable. I do understand there doesn't seem to be someone exclusively assigned to the ice cream counter, and employees likely are pulled away from other duties to serve at the counter. I could see how that could be frustrating but please don't take that out on customers.

Thus, hours and staff have had to be adjusted. They look more like someone scored the beaches of McCall, found ones discarded by visitors and brought them back to sell.
