The staff eye you suspiciously and stand where they can watch you. If you try to make any sort of "please help me" body language they completely ignore you. The very INSTANT you touch anything they run up to you and interrupt you to ask if they can help. I have actually told them "I am trying to read and you're interrupting me" and had them reply "well I need to know if you need help" This is consistent. Not a one time thing. They're "help" is poorly disguised loss prevention that makes me feel disrespected and untrusted. I would rather warm up my car and drive 10 miles to pay 20% more than walk to this store. The last straw was having a premium product shoved down my throat when I asked for the economy product. They told me that they don't carry that product when I had just found it on the shelf. Worst shopping experience ever. Consistently. 100 times.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hibbert was very friendly as well and could tell that he genuinely wanted to help. I was out in about 20-30 minutes feeling so much better after my adjustment. Will definitely continue to frequent this location even though it's about 45 mins from my house. Worth the drive and the experience. Wish this business continued success.

continuing what has happened since my 3/31/2025 review. i refused the friday appointment and told…read morethe woman i was going to call my doctor and hung up. she evidently put me down for the appointment even though i declined it and said i couldn't wait that long for an antibiotic. the clinic said i didn't show up. the clinic has rules they don't tell their patients so here they are if you go there or ever want to. if you don't have an appointment at least every 24 months they will deactivate you as a patient. patients who are inactive or new patients who have no showed appointments will not be scheduled again per their office policy. if you have gone to another dentist you will be deactivated as a patient even if you are not a patient at the other dentist. i went to mountain valley and spent over $7000 at their clinic several years ago. i am a disabled senior and haven't had the money to go in until i got my back social security from the wep settlement. now with only 4 dentists in baker city, one doesn't do implants, one is not taking new patients, dr. hill was rude, basically called me a liar and i would never go back to him and mountain valley through their insane office policy and their lie about the appointment i didn't accept won't let me in i am stuck in baker without a dentist . i do not recommend mountain valley dental as their office rules are anti patient and the most ridiculous rules from any business.

Nestled in beautiful Sumpter, the Nug' is a great stop for a scenic day trip. Manager Rex has a good handle on the employees; most everyone seems happy to help find product and answer questions! His customer service is some of the best I've ever interacted with. Their product selection is fair, and there are several ways to add discounts to your basket. It would be true to say I had some misconceptions about the Dollar Tree. I had always thought it as beneath me, a store for the lower class, and had therefore avoided it. I was very pleased to see that it has a host of everyday goodies, many of which I immediately snagged on the very first visit, and some spectacular deals on items that would normally cost much more at another store. One example of this would be light bulbs- a 4 pack of 65 watt for just a dollar! Amazing. The isles and shelves are neat and clean. There are always adequate lane staff to ensure no long lines. Really, I can't believe it took a move across the state to appreciate this gem.

Ok, so the store mngr calls snd apologizes for the inconvenience and offers her assistance. So she encounters the same glitch in Verizons web site that I did. But, the attitude was much diffetent and eager to help. So they are working on getting my veterans discount so I don't have to wait around. A little effort in customer service goes a long way!
