I ordered a book, the money.... $57.95 came out of my account. I called to make sure the book was in stock because it is hard to find (I have ordered it from 2 other stores and they canceled the order due to it being out of print). The girl said she would talk to the woman in charge of online ordering and call me the next day. She did not, So I called and just asked if she had a chance to get any information. She stated that the book was not in stock and was actually way more expensive than what I it was listed for. I told her the $57.95 had come out of my account and asked if they could just refund it. She once again told me she would speak to the online ordering person. Moments later (I am on the east coast, so they are 3 hours behind). I get a voicemail threatening to call the cops on me??????? like really? I was kind and patient on the phone, willing to wait for a response and did not DEMAND a refund. This is how you treat people as a small business.? Attached is the transcription of the voicemail (I did not answer because they blocked their number), the withdraw from my bank, and the email confirmation of the order. Talk about shitty business! Next stop....better business bureau.

She explained, asked good questions, listened, and taught me about silver with her magnifier & test kit. She & her husband were extremely nice, patient and pleasant to visit with as we went through and sorted a LOT of items. She was knowledgeable on many items and running prices, and offered a very fair price. I feel she was honest, reasonable, and HIGHLY recommend! A wonderful treat to see that integrity is not a lost art.

NO STARS, ACTUALLY!!!!…read more I can't believe this place!!! For several years I have been looking for a mirror to match a bedroom set I have and my husband found the PERFECT one at this store last week. He took a pic, sent it to me (we live in Boise-two hours away...) and I immediately fell in love with it!! It was PERFECT!!! He bought it...tried to fit it in the car-wouldn't fit...took the piece that had come off the top to show me and was told he could come back and pick it up with a different car. This store called him yesterday after he was already on his way back to Baker City (2 hour drive, remember?) and had taken the day off from work to say they had "mistakenly" sold it to him, that it had already been sold to someone else...!?!?! WHAT?!!??!? He had the receipt!!! He paid what the price said!! There was NO sold sign on it!!!! When he got to the store they tried to give him $50 to just walk away and when he refused full well knowing that there was something else going on, they tried to say he was an extortionist and that HE WAS IN THE WRONG!!!!! What kind of business does this??? I will NEVER shop here again!!! And I will tell everyone I know to do the same!! Unbelievable business practices... AND, I still don't have my mirror....:-(. I'm beyond angry!
