I have been a frequent shopper at this store since it opened in Weiser. I have Never been treated…read moreso rudely by staff as I was the last 2 times I have been in the store this week. I am speaking of one person in particular. Dawn should not be working in retail she obviously does not like people and is so rude I will no longer shop at this location! People in our small town just don't treat people the way she treats people. She is obviously not originally from our area. I have complained to the manager but Dawn's attitude has had no change! Still gives people offensive looks and speaks to customers in a condescending manner!

I should have left my $100 worth of products, I went in early to avoid risk (I am very high risk and only shop the slow times during Covid) The store was amazing!  so amazing I spent over $100.  when I was only going in for 4 things.  It was so early that I was the only one there. When I finally was ready to check out, a lady came out with a red nose sniffling and not wearing a mask.  I very politely asked her if they didn't require masks in the store, she replied No.  I stayed behind the plexiglass as she started to ring me up as she used a tissue to wipe her running nose and then she proceeded to touch, scan, and bag all my things.  As I walked out, there was a sign that stated you must wear a mask to enter.  When I drove home I started worrying about her running nose and touching all of my things. I got home and put everything in the garage and wont touch it for several days, (I know it's a very low possibility of transmission) but I am VERY HIGH RISK, I don't know if she has Covid, but the systems she displayed are also signs of Covid-19. If I could I would want to return every single item but, I don't want to spend more time in front of that lady.   I am so saddened by this experience and hope she can change how she conducts business at the Family Dollar tree.   Also on Yelp - for this store - the most recent review about a month ago m, said a lady working there wasn't wearing a mask.  It sounds like it's the policy of this particular Family Dollar.

I made a purchase on their Amazon store front. I order a lot off of Amazon and I have never once…read morehad an issue with a delivery until now. The package was sent through USPS and was marked as delivered. However, the package wasn't in the locker room (packages are secured for each delivery with a code to pick up your package) so I contacted Luxer One and they confirmed that a delivery was not made for my address. I checked my mailbox, it wasn't there either. These are the only 2 places it could be. I have evidence that it wasn't delivered from Luxer One. So I contacted the seller and the only response was to inform me that per the tracking information the item appears to have been delivered. They refused to help and all I wanted was for the item to be replaced. I've been forced to file a claim with Amazon and will be contacting my bank next.

I asked for directions to a specific department, and while the first associate wasn't sure, another employee--Matt--stepped in to help. Matt initially guided me part of the way, but after I made a detour, he went above and beyond by coming back to find me and give clear, complete directions to exactly where I needed to go then walked me over there. That level of follow-through and customer care really stood out. It's rare to see someone take that extra step, and I truly appreciated his effort.
