I called Krahn's around 11am on a Saturday looking for a new box spring for our bed. The woman who…read moreanswered the phone was very helpful. Because of their lake front location we thought it would be expensive. We were pleasantly surprised at their good prices and our ability to buy over the phone. More impressive, they were willing to deliver the same day! The delivery guys showed up within a few hours with masks and great attitudes. I highly recommend Krahn's and will be buying more furniture there in the future!

There selection of some key brands would put some of the big box retailers in envy. While not a lot of other options they have a good kitchen selection with some great brands. I was also impressed while it was scaled back because of being winter were the grills with key brands like Weber, Blackstone and Traeger. For being in a small mountain town on some key things I looked at didn't seem to be to our range in value and price. The good news on some of these brands they are MAP priced so it's the same price back in the city. Service was nice and employees were very friendly. My wife found a few home decor options and while we didn't buy much this wound be a destination for sure if you owned a place or an extended vacation. We have purchased 4 large cost items from People's. 2 of the 4 were 5 star and involved…read moreappliances. The other 2 involved special order furniture and both times the delivery time was longer than expected or promised. On April 4th we ordered a bedroom set that we were told would take 8-12 weeks. On July 7th we were told it was on the truck enroute from Pennsylvania. On July 28 we were promised delivery no later than the 2nd of August as the truck was due on 7-31 or 8-1. Matt promised that it would be delivered Friday or Saturday depending on what day it arrived. The freight wasn't delivered to People's until Saturday morning. By the time delivery is finally made it will have been 18 weeks from purchase to delivery. After calming down I realized that the problem didn't lie with People's primarily. The reached out and explained the situation and satisfied me that they did their best but the delivery from manufacture to them was out of their control.

Bought a couch, bar stools, coffee table, a rug, a stove and a couple of washing machines from…read morethem. All turned out excellent quality except the cheap LG washing machine. It was wired wrong from the get-go and didn't use cold water. Most of the time service was good, but there were a couple of disappointing times over the years. I am sure that was because of the salesperson. The last sales person we had, though, was excellent.

In short: Incredible response time to many questions leading up to the move; the crew were on time and so professional, I mean REALLY really professional; the invoice was incorrect at the end but the manager caught it and reached to me to refund the correction within an hour of the movers leaving. I swear if I ever move again it will be too soon. But if I do, I'm calling these guys.
