Manager Dave told me same thing but he would call the manufacture and see what they say. Told Dave would take new unit, but now he refuses to do this. He refused to keep the one time used broken whacker. Felt the older return woman with all of her pins on her vest was not friendly and had to keep giving her my name about 10 times. Her and Dave kept asking me who said I could return the whacker and told them it was a young girl that was working returns like I would have remembered her name. Very Very poor business tactics and customer relations from this store and HOME DEPOT.

Of course upon picking up the vacuum I asked for a receipt and was told I would have to come back the next week?
