Impressive company!…read more I was having an issue with my HVAC air conditioner fan motor. I did a Yelp search, and Fix it Frankie responded immediately! They are a Yelp Guaranteed company, but being new to Yelp is the reason for no reviews yet. All of this matters to those of us that use Yelp for solid advice and references! I was able to get a quote and book an appointment just about as soon as I liked. "John" was the technician assigned. Very polite and professional, he called prior to arrival and got right to work. He had my issue resolved fast and not only went over everything but took the time to answer all my questions. Very happy and will be using them again.

The color is adjustable and the extra lumens add so much clarity to the rooms. The rooms now look more modern and updated. This is the third time this month we have had electric services, and we couldn't be more pleased. The price is very reasonable too. Jeffrey and Nathaniel are professional, courteous, and very kind. Jeffrey worked with us to make sure the lighting was just right for us. We are having them come back to do the same retrofit on the outside. Thank you!

The woman took down all the notes and said it would be 97.00. The technician came and within 2 min said he didn't do that and doesn't have tools etc. ??? What did he think he came to do? Anyway, Demetrios said it wasn't a charge because he didn't do anything and was gone in 5 mins. Then 20mins later we get a bill for the 97.00. When we called back right away, we were told that it couldn't be handled until Monday (this was Sat). First exposure to this company and we were NOT impressed. **Update- To their credit, Sarah did phone back that same day and apologized and said that the invoice now reflects a zero balance. She offered to reschedule later in the week but we found another company and could come out quicker and was cheaper.

Great customer service! Priced fairly for the industry in our area. They met all my asks promptly…read moreand were very knowledgable about their products. I initially called for a repair as my AC motor died. They diagnosed it promptly and offered the fix. Trane repairs are not cheap and my refrigerant was retired by the industry. So, we replaced our AC and Heater at the same time. Their initial offering was at the budget model from Goodman but I didn't want a system that would only last 10 years. I wanted something that woud pair with my replaced Trane system and last over 25+ years. They recommended Amana as their high end and it has a lifetime warranty. However, I was not told I needed to register these units within 60 days to keep that extended warranty. So luckily, I read the fine print and completed that. Its almost been two months and the systems are working well! I highly recommend this team for any installations and repairs.
